And another thing - Trudy Platt should’ve been the one beside him, not Nina Chapman. She is an ASA. Why was she even in the field to begin with? No. Fuck that.

I’m so glad I decided to stop watching after Jay’s exit like I don’t mean to be rude but Gwen Sigan literally changing narrative to fit her crazy and honestly quite disturbing agenda is very scary. How is this a worthy exit for Hailey Upton I would just like to know.

Upstead aside, that was so much worse than I expected

You know, I could understand this ending if there had been actual work behind it. But no. She didn't get better. She didn't figure herself out. She isn't healed. She just continued running but this time to another city or a country for all we know.

This is such a good point. Yes, she needed a fresh start. Yes, she needed to get away from Voight. Yes, she probably needed to get out of Chicago. They were all things she needed, but what led to her pursuing those things fell flat. There was no realization, no push, no growth that got her there. She was stagnant all season and she basically left the same way she started. A fresh start without a purpose can easily be the same cage with different bars. There are about a few dozen far better and deserving exits she could’ve been given. Some lazy, half-assed exit justified by “hope” or whatever bs reasoning Gwen tossed around is certainly far below what Tracy and Hailey deserved.

I have never been more stressed or anxious watching a singular episode of PD.

12x01 Spoilers

I feel like I aged twenty years. Between the constant anxiety of the episode and the complete shock at the end… come on.

They just pulled a Jules again like what is this BS. I actually liked her and how she and Adam got along.

Give me another girl/guy best friends without making them date like why did she have to die.

Hank having PTSD and it showing is wild and I love it.

Also it was excessive the amount of times he was shirtless. Like we get it.

(Not complaining because Jason is good looking but it was just awkward after the second time…)

Seeing the picture of Al so much made me cry.

Hank, baby, this is not the way we cope 😭 I’ve never seen it this bad before.

Hank needs someone to take care of him and that someone is NOT Nina Chapman.

Why wasn’t that conversation with Trudy instead?

And I just… can’t deal with this. I don’t know what to do with myself now. Ugh.

Spoilers for 12x04 (The After)

I think the thing that pisses me off the most about Nina telling Hank she has feelings for him, is that she doesn't even know him.

Nina doesn't know Hank outside work. Like for the love of God, this is the first time she even found out about his wife. About Camille who is a huge part of Hank's life.

I highly doubt Nina knows about Erin or Justin, and she doesn't even know about Al by name (Hank just mentioned in 12x01 that he saw his old partner when hallucinating) she doesn't know any part of his family or anything about Hank.

Like Nina can't even handle how Hank works cases (and the like) let alone that he's killed several people in revenge.

AND might I mention, Nina has to be very similar in age to Erin (like Erin would be about 40 now) and yeah, Erin hasn't been on the show for years, but she's still his foster daughter. Like that's just fucking weird.

It's just weird. Hopefully this few months away for this case or trial or whatever, will do Nina some good.

Anyway in conclusion, Hank has never ever spoken a thing about dating again. It's clear Camille was the love of his life, and in my opinion, they shouldn't try to force anyone especially Nina Chapman, on him.
