I have no idea. Apparently it's a known issue and it's happened to a lot of people. It's pretty goddamn annoying and there doesn't seem to be a concrete way to fix it; the solution for most seems to be just "quit and try again".

Basically, when the cutscene of your Inquisitor falling out of a rift and being held at weaponpoint by soldiers finishes, you're supposed to be taken to a dungeon for the next cutscene. Sometimes, though, the game dumps you back into the character creation area (minus the smoke and NPCs) and you can't progress at all.

Haha, yes, it takes Krogan balls to handle this :D I loled at Grunt, he seemed to be having so much fun :D (and no, I didn't see that scene on the Krogan statue :3).

Yes they are and that’s done via ME3Explorer.That’s really advanced modding and I’m afraid there’s no tutorial out there. Check out the ME3Explorer forums, that’s where it all started. What few ressources exist on the subject, they’re there.

Also I’m sorry but I’m not planning on making tutorials cause if I ever made any, I’d spend 158 days to write them down for them to be accurate and reliable so I’d rather not write anything at all than write approximative crap :D
