Absolute euphoria. That’s what Mickey felt. Ian thrusted into him over and over again. A huge freckled hand wrapped around his throat and Ian pressed their mouths together.

Mickey quite literally couldn’t think about anything except how good it felt to be under Ian again. How much he had…fuck, how much he had missed him.

Ian fucked him harder, faster, caressing the top of his so it didn’t slam into the car door. Mickey reached for him, needing to touch him, dragging his nails down sweaty skin.

“You forgive me, Mick?” Ian breathed against his lips. “I tried to stay away, baby.”

Mickey watches customers arrive, the families who are oblivious to the true dark nature of the maze. He glances at their hands, their purses. “Opium should be easy, right? Everyone carries a vial of it.”

Ian adjusts his costume. “Not these days. We’ll be more likely to find a poppyseed bun.”

“And for bull’s blood, what? Snag someone’s hamburger?”

“‘No outside food or drinks,’ genius. We’re a haunted house, not a diner.”

Mickey’s eyes shine with defiance. “I say we rob the old witch blind. Snag the ingredients from her lair.”

He turns a corner … and collides with Madame Zelanski.

Stroking his hair, Tate’s eyes almost closed as you continued reading page after page. It was the only thing that helped soothe him to sleep after a rough day at school.

Mickey hadn’t seen him in two months, felt his touch, heard his voice, been fucked by him so good his soul left his body.

He was getting antsy. He hadn’t gone this long without him. Every night he worked the club he looked for him. Nothing. Not even a whisper of his name.

He needed to get laid. But as he was leaving the club he saw him. Pissed, arms cross, so sexy. Leaning against his car, an unconscious body at his feet.

When herhand slid into his, he squeezed it a moment, before raising his head so shecould see his own blinding smile. Without a word, he pulled her close by herwaist with his left hand, still clasping hers with his right. “Ballroom dancelessons.” He said, before twirling her with enough speed that the dress shewore billowed out like a top, blue lace just brushing the floor. He pulled her back into his arms, and right intostep.

“Notenough to be good at this, mind you.” He laughed, “But enough for tonight. Foryou to feel like the Queen to my Kingsmen.” He waggled his eyebrows, grin everwider, before pressing a gentle kiss to her lips.

500 Word Weekly Drabble 7/27/2018

Prompt:  “You know, you can stay if you want to.”

Word Count: 574

Synopsis: Cheyenne gets hurt and Derrick feels guilty.

“Oh, hello Derrick.” Mrs. Milton leaned against the doorjamb, arms crossed.

Derrick gave a small smile. “Hi, Mrs. Milton. Is Cheyenne awake?”

“She is, but she should really be resting. She said her ankle hurts pretty bad today.”

Derrick couldn’t help but wince. He looked away, rubbing at his arm. “Oh. She texted me and asked me to come over. She wanted to talk to me.”

As if on cue, Cheyenne’s voice floated down the stairs. “Mom, is that Derrick? Send him up!”

Mrs. Milton’s eyes narrowed, but she moved out of the way, and Derrick quickly slid past her and up the stairs. He paused, however, outside of Cheyenne’s door. He couldn’t go in. He couldn’t face her, not after what happened.

“Derrick?”

Sighing, he stepped inside. Cheyenne lay in bed, propped up by the many pillows that usually resided on her bed. Her ankle was wrapped, propped on a smaller pillow. She didn’t look too bad after all. He took another step inside.

“Hey Chey, how are you feeling?”

“My ankle hurts, but that’s about it.” She waved him over, and he came closer, sitting on the edge of her bed. She picked up the remote, muting her TV. “Where have you been? I got out of the hospital and you weren’t there.”

“My mom picked me up. Your mom said it would be better if I left for a while. She just told me at the door that I should let you rest. She’s probably right, I’m gonna go.” He stood up and headed to the door, but Cheyenne’s voice made him pause.

“You know, you can stay if you want to.”

He turned back around, biting his lip. Cheyenne pouted at him, eyebrows drawn together. “You’re my best friend. You’re supposed to keep me company while I sit and suffer.”

“You wouldn’t be suffering if it weren’t for me.”

Cheyenne groaned, looking up at the ceiling. “Derrick, you didn’t do anything! I was the idiot who jumped off the monkey bars, not you.”

“I could have stopped you if I hadn’t been late!”

“Derrick, I do what I want. I probably still would have done it even if you had been there. Me twisting my ankle wasn’t your fault.” She sat up looking at him. “Did my parents say anything to you?”

“No.”

“Liar.”

Derrick shrugged. “Your mom said you always seem to get into trouble when you hang out with me.”

“I wasn’t even with you when it happened! Stop being a dork and come sit back down. I’m lonely and bored, don’t leave me. My mom’s just being a jerk.”

Derrick hesitated, then went back to the bed, leaning against the pillows. Cheyenne rested her head on his shoulder, picking up the remote and unmuting the TV. Slowly, Derrick relaxed.

“Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you.” Cheyenne sat up, leaning over to reach into her bedside drawer. She sat up, holding a crumpled bill. “The kid who dared me to do it said he’d give me fifty bucks, but then he said he lied, but his mom heard him and made him give me the money before she called my mom. I was crying too hard to tell you that day.” She put the money away before leaning against him once more. “We’re going to Giselle’s as soon as I can walk again. No arguments.”

Derrick couldn’t help it - he smiled, taking her hand in his. “Okay.”

Nervous

Okay so all of the wonderful authors of Tumblr have inspired me to do two things. 1) I entered a thing on here to showcase my very first written fanfiction. 2) I am going to start writing and actually posting things that I have written. There will be poetry . Random ideas or scenes . Full fics and drabbles. Well I guess there is actually a 3rd so 3) I am going to start editing and refining the book I started writing. 

Thank you to all the authors of Tumblr (I hate just saying writer because to me the worlds you all create with your word, the emotions you make me feel, the rough and scary and heart wrenching moments of my life that you all have gotten me through. You aren’t just a writer because you share so much of yourselves with us and you publish on here for the world to see and I think that is friggin beautiful) I want to thank you guys. I want to thank you for being brave and posting the things you have written, for being brave just to get through the day, for checking on followers and making sure we are okay even when you aren’t, for everything you guys do please don’t sell yourselves short cuz you are totally loved and adored.
