If you don't know, I've been slowly working on a project where I draw a fake album cover for every song by The Crane Wives themed around the Life series. IT'S ALMOST DONE! I have around 8 left!

So as a sort of precursor for what's to come, I made 2 more matching covers for "Take Me To War" as another DTIYS! I just thought it would be a fun thing to do as another build-up for the final product :)

If you don't know, I've been slowly working on a project where I draw a fake album cover for every song by The Crane Wives themed around the Life series. Originally, it was only going to be 4 albums, but I decided to add the album "Here I Am" to the collection. That's 20 more drawings I now have to make.

So as a sort of precursor for what's to come, I'm sharing with you guys the covers I made for "Take Me To War" as a DTIYS! I just thought it would be a fun thing to do as a bit of build-up for the final product :)

Wheeee, avoiding stress by drawing my first ever mcyt fanart :)

This DTIYS was by @cherrifire, one of my more recent favourite artists. Her artworks colours and shapes are wonderful!!!

I just played around with these to see what I felt like doing, which turned into a ton of experimenting with stylised lighting and elements.

Just wait, I'll probably do their other dtiys because I have no self control — Also I kinda like that little stamp I made to mimic Cherri Fire's, maybe I'll alter it into a watermark later (°∀°).
