Two Wheels in Paradise: How to Ship Your Motorcycle to Hawaii Like a Pro
Dreaming of the wind in your hair as you ride along the stunning coastal roads of Hawaii on your beloved motorcycle? The allure of the Hawaiian Islands is undeniable, drawing motorcycle enthusiasts from all corners of the globe to experience its breathtaking landscapes and vibrant culture. However, the journey of getting your motorcycle to this tropical paradise requires careful planning and consideration. In this comprehensive guide, we'll navigate through the intricate process of shipping your motorcycle to Hawaii like a seasoned pro, ensuring that your two-wheeled companion arrives safely and ready to explore the island's unparalleled beauty.
Choose the Right Shipping Method
Before you embark on this exciting endeavor, you'll need to make a decision on the most suitable shipping method for your motorcycle. Generally, there are two main options to consider: air freight and sea freight. Air freight offers the advantage of speed, allowing your motorcycle to reach Hawaii quickly. However, it can also be considerably more expensive. On the other hand, sea freight is the more commonly chosen option due to its affordability, although it does come with a longer transit time. The choice ultimately depends on your timeline and budget.
Research and Select a Reputable Shipping Company
Selecting a reliable and experienced shipping company is paramount to ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. Look for a company that specializes in motorcycle shipping to Hawaii and has garnered positive reviews from previous customers. Don't hesitate to obtain quotes from multiple providers so you can effectively compare services and prices. The shipping company you choose should offer transparent communication, a solid track record, and comprehensive insurance coverage for your motorcycle during transit.
Prepare Your Motorcycle for Shipping
Properly preparing your motorcycle for its journey is a crucial step in safeguarding it from any potential damage during transit. Here's a comprehensive checklist to guide you:
Thorough Cleaning: Give your motorcycle a thorough cleaning before shipping. This not only enhances its appearance upon arrival but also allows you to identify any existing scratches or dents that may be present.
Document with Photos: Take detailed photographs of your bike from various angles before shipping. These photos will serve as essential documentation in case of any disputes regarding the motorcycle's condition upon arrival.
Remove Personal Belongings: Clear your motorcycle of any loose items, accessories, or personal belongings. Ensuring the bike is empty will prevent any potential damage to both the motorcycle and its contents during transit.
Secure Detachable Parts: Secure any detachable parts, such as mirrors and handlebars, to prevent them from shifting or getting damaged during transportation.
Tire Pressure: Check and inflate the tires to the manufacturer's recommended pressure. Properly inflated tires minimize the risk of damage during loading, unloading, and transit.
Fuel and Battery: Drain the fuel tank to a minimal level to comply with shipping regulations. Disconnect the battery to prevent any potential power drain during transit.
Protect Fragile Areas: If your motorcycle has any delicate or fragile components, consider adding extra padding or protection to safeguard them from potential impacts.
Gather Required Documentation
Shipping your motorcycle to Hawaii involves certain necessary documentation. Ensure you have the following paperwork in order:
Proof of Ownership: This could be the original title or a bill of sale indicating your ownership of the motorcycle.
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Verification: Confirm that the VIN matches the one on your motorcycle's documentation.
Photo ID: Prepare a valid photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, which will be needed for various administrative purposes.
Shipping Company's Paperwork: Ensure that you have all the necessary paperwork provided by the shipping company, including contracts, invoices, and any special instructions.
Plan Ahead for Customs and Import Regulations
Bringing your motorcycle into Hawaii involves adhering to specific customs and import regulations. Be proactive in understanding and preparing for these requirements. Research the guidelines outlined by Hawaii's Department of Transportation and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to ensure you're aware of the necessary paperwork, fees, and inspections.
Secure Proper Insurance Coverage
While many shipping companies offer insurance coverage for your motorcycle during transit, it's recommended to carefully review the terms and coverage limits. Consider purchasing additional insurance coverage if needed. Having comprehensive insurance coverage offers peace of mind, especially during the international shipping process.
Timing and Booking
Planning is key to a successful motorcycle shipment. Book your shipping slot well in advance to ensure availability and accommodate any unforeseen delays. During booking, ensure that the shipping company has a clear understanding of your preferences and requirements.
Track and Monitor
Opt for a shipping company that provides tracking services. This feature allows you to monitor the progress of your motorcycle's journey, providing you with real-time updates and an estimated arrival date. Tracking your motorcycle's transit ensures you're informed every step of the way.
Receiving Your Motorcycle in Hawaii
As your motorcycle arrives in the tropical paradise of Hawaii, your involvement isn't quite over yet. Be present during the customs inspection process to oversee and address any potential issues. Carefully inspect your motorcycle for any damage or discrepancies compared to the pre-shipping photos you took. If there are any issues, document them immediately and contact your shipping company to initiate the claims process.
Conclusion: Riding the Hawaiian Dream
Shipping your motorcycle to Hawaii is an exciting step toward realizing the dream of cruising the island's stunning roads. By following these expert tips, you can navigate the process like a seasoned professional, ensuring that your motorcycle arrives in paradise safe, sound, and ready for adventure. From selecting the appropriate shipping method and preparing your bike meticulously to managing documentation, complying with customs regulations, and securing insurance coverage, each step contributes to a seamless and enjoyable shipping experience.
Your motorcycle's journey to Hawaii isn't just a physical transit; it's a symbol of your passion, your dedication, and your eagerness to embrace the spirit of the ride. With meticulous planning and unwavering attention to detail, you'll soon find yourself cruising along the scenic routes of Hawaii, soaking in the sun, and experiencing the true essence of riding in paradise. My Ex Girlfriend Is Still Hot
Being recommended this place was good, apparently they can fix any vehicle at a cheap price, but it's not the cheapness that first attracted Leon into this place. It was seeing his ex-girlfriend covered in oil. It had been years since he had seen her, she looked older, but that that didn't reduce his love.
content: angst, fluff and smut
notes: afab fem!reader x leon, reader is divorced mom, mentions of leon's situation-ship with ada, reader is mean to leon (he kinda deserves it), fixing old relationships, baby!, leon is in love with the past, mentions of leon's unhealthy coping mechanisms. the smut is kinda fluffy. this took forever. rewriting and writing again. blah, anyways, minors, um, be care what you read. don't interact, the standard stuff, sorry. also, um, i don't know how this was. it felt rough, sorry. not prove read and... it's long
part one (here)
taglist: @argreion
He was tired. Leon couldn't deny that his 'exciting' life had bored him and broken him up. It was always issue one or issue two causing problems, but he won't think about it.
All he wanted to do now was fix his poor bike that got destroyed after his fight with Maria. His body was still sore from his body being infected, from his body being hit once again. He stepped out of Chris's truck and entered the garage to fix his favorite vehicle. A teenager was flicking through his phone; the kid was kind of covered by oil stains. Eh, he is willing to trust Claire's recommendations of fixing cars. The kid looked old enough, probably fourteen or fifteen to handle himself here.
"Um, hey." He put his hands on his jean pockets, Leon cleared his throat a bit, "I'm guessing you aren't the owner, huh?" The kid slowly looked up at Leon, he looked annoyed as hell to see him, "Duh." He put his phone back in front of his face. Leon cleared his throat again, "Well, is the owner here, kiddo?"
"Mom!" The kid yelped loudly.
Leon pursed his lips together. This kid had lungs. He heard boots approaching them, a woman appeared, "Sorry about the wait." Her hands grabbed a rag and cleaned her hands up. In that exact moment, Leon immediately recognized her- it felt like a one of those smacks he was used to. Her eyes went on the ground for a bit before looking at his eyes.
"So, how can I help you?" She put her hands on her waist. Leon swallowed his spit that was forming on the back of his throat, "Oh, I was..." What the hell? Was he returning back to his stupid roots when he was always awkward with women. He pressed his lips into a line, his mouth now felt dry as hell, "My bike... it needs to be fixed." Finally. Those poor words seemed to struggle to even pop out of his throat.
She nodded her head, "Yeah, can I see the... damage, jeez." Her eyes widen at the extent of the damage, pieces of the bike were dangling and sections of it was scrapped up and turned into a small balls of metal.
Did she recognize Leon?
Stupidly, that was he first question when she tilted her head to see the damage from bellow. She turned to see her... son. Gosh, Leon just connected the points that this kid was actually her son.
"Hey, bring me the gloves," She cleaned her already dirty hands with her black tank top, "There are on top of engine I just bought." With every word she spoke, Leon recalled how much he adored her.
The kid nodded his head and hurried to another room leaving Leon alone with you Her eyes met his, "Are you sure you wanna fix it up?" She put her hands on her waist, "Everything will have to be replaced, and..." Her eyes trailed off to the room where her kid went, "I can promise cheap, but this baby needs all whole bath on oils."
Leon nodded his head. "Yeah, it's one of my favorites."
She looked back at him, a certain similar twinkle was in her eyes, "Oh, curious, you have more?" Leon felt his heart freeze for a second, "Yeah," Leon muttered softly, "My friend, Claire made me like motorcycles." Leon knew it. He knows she recognizes him, but she making herself like she doesn't remember. Before he could comment her child came back with the gloves, she put them on and got on top of truck, she sat on the edges of the truck and moved the bike around.
"So, how much will it cost me?" Leon asked her.
"By the way you treated her, I want to say 100k, but," She jumped off, "You are lucky I have spare pieces everywhere in this shop. The engine, the clutch, the starting gear- everything got broken one way or another." She took off her gloves for a second, "So, it'll be 20 something. The bike looks from this year so it's pieces might be a little expensive or further on."
Leon nodded his head, "Y-yeah, okay."
Her kid and she got on top of the truck and carefully unloaded it to the ground. Leon swallowed, seeing her get dirty was something he never expected from her. Leon helped her down this time, her hands grabbed his arms to assure a safe fall. "It'll take a while to patch her up." She said. Leon smiled, "You do remember me." He whispered.
She rolled her eyes, "You..." She fell into his trap. Trusting his hands on her body would be a red flag to anyone, but for her... it was normal. Seventeen years without seeing each yet, his touch was normal... still normal. "I hate you, Leon Scott Kennedy." She pushed his hands off her waist. Leon tsked his tongue, "I know you do." He can't even deny it. Yet there was a nice feeling. That sense of comfort he never apparently lost.
She gave him her back, "I'll finish the motorcycle as soon as I can." She muttered softly. Leon felt his body hurt, this feeling was always so familiar. The bittersweet feeling of appreciation. Leon stepped forward without thinking, "I'm sorry." He muttered softly. She gave him the finger.
Leon clenched his jaw. "Are you married?" Leon muttered again in his low voice. "I'm sorry for touching you-"
"I'm not married, and my status shouldn't matter to you." She snapped back. Leon nodded his head. He used to not super care if married women threw themselves at him, but hearing those words made a huge pillow to the fall. Hearing her angry was something Leon barely heard from her. But that's what happens when you just leave.
Her son kept an eye on Leon now.
"Is the kid mine?" He whispered softly.
All he was met with was a witch's laugh, you couldn't stop laughing at his utter audacity. "Y, you think I would just have your child and not tell you?" You turned around, you couldn't even see him in this exact second, but it was your job now tying you to him. You could reject fixing his motorcycle. Though, that will make you weak. He left and you are still crying over the past.
"When I heard about what happened in Raccoon City, I thought you died," You licked your lips, the nerves were shaking every detail of your mind, "Not even a letter, a phone call, a fax." Your hands went towards your face and gently rubbed the veins that were slowly popping. "I waited for two years. You know, like a fucking idiot."
The shop was silent. Everyone couldn't look at each other and... once again your dumb feelings got in the way.
"Then, I find out you saved the president's daughter. That was the only damn news I got from you and it was thanks for the government." You turned around angrily. Finally, those tears began to form under your eyes, it was frustrating seeing that idiot with a smile. You only knew Raccoon City got infected, you knew they bombed it and after nothing. Maybe you were selfish. But... didn't you have that right?
Those feelings. Those damn feelings.
"What was the reason's name?" You asked softly.
Leon blinked.
"Name?"
"What was the person who stole your heart? Made you forget about the people you knew in college? The people in our town?"
Leon swallowed. Would you even understand what he went through? Seeing those mountains of dead bodies forming because he accidentally helped Ada? He wanted to help people so badly that he had forgotten the life he once lived. He was a hockey player who lived with his grandmother until she died when he was nineteen. Yet... was he even that guy anymore?
Apparently, the only person who knew him from the past was you. Only you.
"If I tell you, you won't believe me." Leon sighed, his blue eyes met yours, and a sad smile appeared in his lips. "A little girl named Sherry." He crossed his arms against his chest.
"Yeah, was that an excuse to never call for the last couple of years?" You retorted back. "Leon, you didn't leave for a couple of days or weeks. You were gone for six years until I knew you were alive and another couple of more years happened. You left for seventeen years."
All those years passed, yet Leon couldn't stop looking at you. He nearly forgot your details. Even if you are angry with him, he is happy to remember your face and your voice.
"Sorry." Apparently, that made you angry. You didn't mean to, but sometimes you didn't know how much you dealt with him.
-
You refused many times to see him as you fixed his bike, and Leon was trying to fix what he broke. He wanted to ask about your child, who just played with his phone and sometimes helps.
He wanted to ask about your old marriage.
Leon just sat down beside your son, "So, your mom-"
"Not talking to you." The kid immediately said. Leon nodded his head, "About your mom or about everything?" Leon asked politely.
"Everything."
Great. This kid is stubborn. Leon began to tap his thighs, he can try to ease up the kid and get what he wanted. What do kids think is cool? Gun? Zombies? That was Leon's life in a nutshell. "Alright, I'll tell you about me." He sighed softly. "I'm Leon Scott Kennedy. I was born in 1977, my parents died in a car crash, and I was raised by my grandma." Wow, he truly barely spoke about his past until now.
"I met your mom in high school, but I properly knew her when I went to her work." He could easily now remember how you asked for orders, and Leon mumbled a shy, "Milkshake."
"She... she wasn't my first love, but she slowly turned into my first." Leon sighed softly. He smiled. He couldn't get rid of those feelings, but that sad feeling came into his mind. She was his first love, and he nearly forgot about her.
"When I went to Raccoon City, I thought about your mom. She thinks I didn't, but I did." He muttered softly. He leaned back to the chair, "But once you see your first death, it's not even a normal death," Leon chuckled bitterly, "A zombie eating a person up. Zombies are trying to desperately kill you." He clenched his jaw as he thought about his shitty life.
"I know I should've called. I should've called her and told her I was fine, but I wanted to be a hero so badly. I volunteered to be one of their guys to be trained..." He closed his eyes. He could've just gone home. Gone back to your arms and forget, but it was too late to defend himself.
"I had a girlfriend - Ada, when I was in that life." Leon muttered softly, "I was desperately trying to search your mom in her." Poor Ada. Having to deal with his dumb issues, he caused himself.
"I got angry at her for not being her. I remember when she betrayed me, I was shocked because I knew your mother would never." He rubbed gently his wrist.
The kid turned to see Leon. It's as if Leon could feel the judgment of the kid, "I don't know what to say." The boy turned off his phone.
Leon nodded his head, "Your mom is allowed to hate me." He whispered softly, "I fell in love with another woman that wasn't her yet I begged her to be... her." Leon rubbed his mouth firmly. He wanted to shut the hell up. He didn't want this kid to actually have a valid reason to hate him.
"Don't be like me, kid." Leon muttered softly.
"Wasn't planning on it."
He heard footsteps and saw a guy with silver hair, "Um, hi." Leon crossed his legs. The kid groaned. Before Leon could wonder why your kid would groan at him, the kid muttered the word, "Dad, what are you doing here?"
What? This is the guy you married?
"Don't give me that look, it's the weekend, it's time for you to be with your dad."
Your son stood up. "I'll tell mom-" Before your son could mutter another word, you were already near the door. "Yeah," You forced a smile, "Don't worry about me, kiddo. Just go with dad. You have fun with him." You kissed your son's cheek. The son stood up straight and went outside with his father. Leon and you were only in your shop.
He sighed and you groaned.
"I didn't say anything." Leon defended himself. You turned to see him, "I know, I know your little mind is trying to figure out my life." You turned away from Leon and looked as your child left with his father. Your hands fumbled nervously to your pants' pockets, "The bike is almost done." You whispered softly.
Leon swallowed weakly, "T-that's good."
A small pregnant pause made the two think your life's. Thinking it through in all those picky details that you once not thought about. You are happy with your life, yet you wondered what would've happened if Leon stayed. Leon wasn't happy, but he accepted those details. He thought about him probably being the divorced husband. It was a bitter thought. You deserved a person who would stay with you. Not an unstable guy who was a functional alcoholic until now.
Leon stood up silently and looked at you.
You saw him.
"I'm sorry for leaving." He whispered softly.
"For fuck's sake," You laughed bitterly feeling all those same emotions, "I doubt you missed me, but I missed you." Leon's hands cupped your face, he didn't mind the oils or anything anymore. Sure, his ex girlfriend is still hot, but she looked so beautiful right now.
"I wished I did miss you, but I know I would've been worse." Leon muttered softly. He couldn't even imagine him living his life. He already hated his shitty life and remembering he failed you. But... he still did fail you.
Leon's eyes soften, "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." He leaned to finish the gap and kissed you. The kiss felt desperate from the two of you. You held him tightly as his lips moved against yours, very politely put his tongue between you two. You slowly pulled away from the kiss; the small feeling of feeling pathetic grew. So many years away from each other, yet his hands belong in your hips.
"I'm dirty." You whispered softly.
His heart clenched. He felt so stupid loving you even more with that simple mutter. "A date." Leon held your hands with his. "I need a date with you. Just you and me."
You couldn't help but laugh a bit.
Was it bad that nothing really changed between you two?
-
The date was in your house. You doubt this date will grow into a relationship, and it would be foolish if it did. Leon was still wearing a normal jacket and shirt underneath it. You prepared food and you two ate. He asked about your child, you answered, but you couldn't ask him about his life outside of you. He didn't want to make you know.
You washed the dirty dishes as Leon looked at you.
What if...
A married couple just enjoying time with each other, holding and appreciating each other. Leon sighed softly, "I love you." He whispered softly. "Thanks." You laughed softly. Your hands felt nervous, trembling a bit as they grabbed the rag to dry up the dishes. You had a question and you hoped he'll answer it.
"Who is Ada?"
Leon's breathing stopped, "Ada?" You heard his conversation with your kid. Your eyes fell down, "Was she important?"
He didn't like the next words coming to his mouth, "Yes, she was." Leon won't lie about that. Ada was the most normal thing in his life. Ada was more in his life than you ever were. You temporarily closed your eyes and felt the small buzzing feeling in your heart.
"I was truly stupid one, huh? Waiting for you." You turned to see Leon.
Leon looked down at his lap. He didn't know how to comfort you, and it felt like a horrible task.
The last time he saw you came into his mind.
You were kissing him repeatedly, and less than twenty-four hours, Ada Wong kissed him, and he couldn't say anything. It wasn't his fault for failing you there. But what came after... it was his fault.
"I fucked up." Leon forced himself to look at you, "I know I did, but you having your child. Having a life without me," Leon stood up, "Don't regret that." In the end, he got what he deserved. Then, for a moment, the idea of you being in Raccoon City, you dying... He would've hated himself even more.
Leon caressed your face again, "Please, I don't want you to regret your life."
"I just hate you." You mumbled pathetically.
"Then, hate me."
Leon and you looked at each other for a while. Before you can say anything else, Leon dropped to his knees and unbuttoned your jeans. "Hate me." His hands rubbed gently your thighs, the softness of your body remained, and he loved it. Being between your thighs was his heaven. He always thought of that. His tongue licked them a bit, and he gently opened your legs open and looked up at you.
Your breath was shakey for a bit before he licked your pussy. His breath and a bit of his teeth was felt, you shivered weakly, but he made the feelings grow a bit more. His hands traced your butt and went underneath your underwear to hold you tightly. His tongue slowly began to lick your folds, gently flicking his tongue in your opening.
"Leon-" Your voice was a different tone of pathetic.
Leon felt himself growing. Your taste... God, your taste... Leon looked up at you again and grasped your butt harsher.
He sucked a bit on your clit. He needed you so badly. You were his first love. You were his first everything.
His hands slowly pulled down your panties. He wanted to avoid crude language in a way. He wanted this to be romantic. He licked a line in your opening. His tongue flirted with your opening until the tip of his tongue was inside of you. You gasped weakly, "Leon..."
Your arousal made Leon grab you harsher. Holding you tightly as his tongue flicked in and out of you. Sucking your pussy and feeling safe again. Your legs almost failed you, and he grabbed you. His tongue moved a bit, sucking and licking your pussy. A small growl escaped his lip, licking your cunt was his only goal right now. You gasped weakly. You couldn't speak properly, but all Leon did was shoved himself deeper.
Your hands grabbed his hair, "Le- Leon." You gasped.
He looked at you, "I love you." Leon muttered softly before kissing you gently. He stood up and held you. "I love you." He kissed your cheek gently. Your eyes closed tightly, feeling exposed, "Can we go to my room?" You asked. Leon nodded his head, he lifted you up in ease. You kicked down your jeans and panties, you needed to remember to pick those up later. Leon walked upstairs, his eyes were focused on you and on his destination.
Slowly and gently placed you on the bed, Leon smiled at the view, "Always beautiful." He muttered softly.
Your head turned away, your cheeks were feeling that flushing sensation. All your blood was on your face with those simple words.
Leon grinned. His fingers quickly unbuttoned his jeans. His hands rubbed his cock, "Do, do you have a condom?" Leon asked softly. You shook your head, you haven't had a one night stand for so long that you didn't have the things ready.
He pouted, "Guess we are doing the college route." The quick fuck and the slip it out.
Leon slid down his boxers, his hands grabbed his cock, "I got better with the pull out." He promised you.
"Sure." You couldn't help but chuckle.
He pressed the tip of his cock on your folds. Leon bit on his lower lip and rubbed his pre cum around your clit. You whined, "L-Leon..." Leon growled softly, "Missed my pretty girl." His cock moved around your folds until he pressed it against your clit. The pre cum was spilling pathetically, Leon's free hand grabbed your hip that kept twitching.
Begging.
Slowly, the tip of his cock opened you up. Your hole was ready for him, he pushed himself deep and deep. Slow and gentle for you.
It had been a while since you slept with someone. Your hands patted your bed and grabbed your covers, "Fuck." Even your voice was pathetic. A pathetic whine that made Leon growl, he pushed his hips until all of him was in you. Your warmth made him want to cum. "I love you." Leon whispered softly.
He began to move, his hips moved away and in; Leon leaned close to you and gasped his air into your lips. His hands caressed your thighs and forced them a bit more open, Leon wanted you.
Leon was never meant to be a rough lover. His stupid life made his mind think everything was cruel, but your whines made him want him to nicer. Leon's eyes met yours. His hips moved faster. Those small facial reactions, your eyes wanting to close and the way your nose twitched a bit.
His hands gently folded your legs against your stomach.
Those small sexual noises were small plops. His hand grabbed your face and caressed your cheeks and neck. He was gone for so long and...
"Why- why are you crying?" You asked.
Leon didn't even notice it. He smiled, "I, I d-don't know." His hand traveled down your hips and caressed your stomach. The new and old details of your skin just made him miss you despite having you close.
Your hands caressed his cheeks and pulled him close. Those gentle kisses were he can melt and turn into nothing. His thrusts turned faster now, he sucked your bottom lip and pulled away. "I need you." Leon muttered weakly. His hands grabbed your hips and thrusted faster. You grabbed the back of his head, "I need you too." You agreed with his words.
Was it lust? Was it the painful feeling of being separated away?
This felt odd. Even the sex you once shared with each other never felt this desperate.
He wasn't going to pull out. His empty promise showed more as he growled weakly, "I have to..." Leon looked at you again and kissed you. His tongue entered your mouth, he licked evert detail... begging. Needing.
Leon groaned and finally came. You hissed softly as you finished as well. He didn't know what else to do but hug you. He didn't want to leave anymore.

ahhhhhh I need a mota ship please 🥹
i’m a total introverted, shy girl type when i meet someone and it’s so annoying bc once i’m out of my shell im like a total different person but it usually takes a persistent type of person to get me there. i love to read and study english lit, writing and poetry are just my favorite things ever. romance is just 😍🥰❤️ i love it. i could talk for hours about my favorite books or even movie adaptations especially if ive had a few drinks. im very girly and love having my nails/hair/make up done but in more of a muted neutral kind of way. i do feel like i have a secret adventurous side though, it just takes some time and comfort for her to show up. i used to date a guy with a motorcycle and going for rides made me realize maybe i have a secret adrenaline seeking side? ive realized there’s still a lot of me i have to learn lol. sometimes i think im boring or a bit of a priss but if im comfortable enough i feel like a normal person in their early 20s every once in a while 🥲
no you can't have a ship bugger off. joking. of course you can!! yk what all these mota ships have in common? ... Including me as the writer. We are all suckers for writing and romance.
︵‿୨Curtis Biddick୧‿︵
Ima be real any man in the army air force definitely was naturally persistent and stubborn (and possibly arrogant)
I feel like you two would look so pretty together
like youre such a cute couple 𖹭
but because you have a shell people need to break through
...that means a friend introduced you two, that's the only logical way of this relationship coming about
he'll pay for your nails to be done
and if you paint them? he'll help you pay for nail polish because good quality nail polish isn't that cheap anymore
perhaps, you two first meet and he's just intrigued by you.
so he HAS to know more
absolutely has to.
so he'll be a quiet presence around you, making some small talk
because small talk can grow !!
it can become useful !!
the way he gets you to talk? books and their adaptations
he had to ask a friend of yours about what you love so he could get you to talk but
he did it
first date? a bookstore
he picks out a book for you
you pick out a book for him
praying that you get a good book
as for the adrenaline side?
definitely can handle that
you two can definitely do random things for the thrill of it together just because it'll help you wriggle out of the shell for a moment
I think that's the best part of the human experience doing something that makes you uncontrollably smile as pure joy fills your body
and that smile that you'll wear in that most is like the smile a kid wears when theyre in a candy shop.
so when he's able to get you to smile like that, he's so smitten
Which is how the first kiss occurs
it just sort of happens when you're in the midst of smiling
He presses this sweet kiss to your cheek and pulls you into a tender hug
he can't help it
when you're in love, things like that just sort of happen
He'll be there for you no matter the era of your life, he loves watching you discover yourself.
mwah love this dynamic
song ooo song ok
I think it'll be something light hearted but sentimental?
what about
with or without you by U2
That's a lovely song, I think?

ship meme: Joey/Valon
Oh HELL YEAH
Who's the cuddler? They are both big on cuddles.
Who makes the bed? HAAA neither. They both have the mentality that they are just gonna mess it up again later so what's the point. Joey will if friends are coming over but that's really it.
Who wakes up first? Joey. I feel like Valon is a night owl or works nights so him being up before noon is a big nope.
Who has the weird taste in music? I feel like they both listen to similar type of music. Yugi probably has introduced Joey into so weird shit though so i'll go with Joey on this one!
Who is more protective? Both are super protective over the ones the love just in different ways. Valon is quicker to throw hands while Joey has gotten better about trying to defuse a situation but will still 100% throw himself into a shit show without thinking about himself.
Who sings in the shower? Fuck i really feel like they both would be singing together in the shower.
Who cries during movies? Joey totally cries during movies and tries to hide it. Joey such a weird mix emotional dork that still tries to play off the whole macho act. Valon gets sappy at the found family trope but that's really it.
Who spends the most while out shopping? Valon. He's always looking for new stuff for his motorcycle. He totally builds gundam models too as a hobby and that shit aint cheap.
Who kisses more roughly? Valon. He can never get enough of Joey when they kiss. He def leaves hickeys ALL over Joey too.
Who is more dominant? Valon mostly because he's just more confident sexually. Joey gets flustered with sex so he likes when Valon takes the lead
My rating for this ship : 10/10 This is my favorite ship at the moment! There's like no content but im hoping to write some stuff soon!

Thot abt putting this in the tags but honestly, if I had to type this out there I'd kms...
Anyway, I worked retail all of like 4 months. Shit gave me the worst anxiety and on top of working 55hrs a week between that and another non-retail job AND going to school I was definitely not in the best headspace. Anyway, it was an upscale motorcycle safety gear shop. I think the cheaoest thing we had in store besides trinkets were some gloves. Full mesh with calf leather (iirc) palms and plastic pads over your main knuckles. They were like $100 I think? Anyway, just set dressing.
The first item I sold that was the big ticket was the airbag jacket. Full leather jacket with an airbag vest inside that was self contained. Most airbag jackets have a tether you attach to the bike and when you come off the bike it pulls the tether and poof, airbag. This was one where it had some accelerometers and gyros to detect when you were moving in a non-standard way and poof airbag. Our store got three in sizes that don't really match up with thr locals and they were $1500/ea in an area where locals don't wear gear and if they do its cheap shit. I sold the first in the store to some dude who took it AND THEN started piling more shit up too. Cash fuckin mobey babey. Dude was super chill and hella loaded and he paid for his stuff and off he went. The owners of the building our store was in would host bike nights every week and he'd show up every so often, always in his airbag jacket.
Next up was a bit funnier. In the shop we'd host MotoGP watch parties every weekend they had a race during the season. I personally didn't care much for MotoGP. Went to a race once and it was fun as hell but watching on thr tv didn't really do it for me. Anyway we had a dude in the shop looking at race suits. I think the least expensive one we had in shop was like 11 or 1200? This dude was looking at one that was originally 1600 but was marked down to 13 because it was a style we were getting rid of. I laid hard into the sale, pumped up the benes of the design and brought up the discount and BOOM sale made plus some matching gloves and boots that we had to mail order.
OH WAIT homie's in the fuckin military and he's getting shipped to korea in like a week and a half. Before his boots are set to arrive! And not only that. My coworker said she tried to sell but him leaving made her pull back. I didn't see that interaction at all so that's why I went full sales pitch. THEN he finds me on facebook right before he ships out just to say that he bought the fuckin suit bc he thought I was cute. Sux for him, I was DEFINITELY not into a relationship. Esp not with someone about to be halfway across the world.
Anyways we kept making "worlds farthest booty call" jokes after that saying I was gonna fly to Korea to drop off this mfs boots and then suck some dick for america" or w/e. Ahhhh funny times at that shop.
Every sales job I’ve worked has that one item. The white whale. The biggest ticket you can sell. The sale you brag about when you’re chatting with other industry people.
When I sold mattresses it was a split king adjustable base. That’s two twin extra long mattresses next to each other to make a king, but each side can move independently. They’re insanely expensive and honestly kind’ve impractical but it was the biggest ticket thing to sell.
When I sold sex toys though our white whale was the 20lb ass. It was a female pelvis, a cut out from the waist to the tops of the thighs. It was hyper realistic material and cost about $500. I definitely had bigger tickets but not in one item typically.
In my time at the sex shop, I sold three. Each time was completely different in terms of how the guy acted about buying it. The first man was a little embarrassed and shy about it. I was professional and supportive as I rang it up. Once I handed him the receipt he looked at the box. Then he looked at me.
If you’ve ever wondered how big a box has to be to fit a 20lb ass let me just tell you: it’s pretty damn big. It’s an uncomfortably large armful of box and every side has a picture of the sex toy inside on it. It’s not subtle.
“Could I get a bag….?”
There was no bag that existed that could possibly contain all that ass. “Hang on,” I told him.
I got scissors and tape and covered the box in cut up black bags. Looking relieved he picked up his purchase and left.
The next man to buy one carried it proudly to the counter; self assured and not embarrassed in the least. When I said I didn’t have a bag, but I could wrap it for him he gave a hearty shrug and hefted it into his arms, marching out the door with the butt on full display.
The last man to get one was just kind’ve an odd guy. Not creepy, but eccentric. We got along great, and as I rang him up I said, “Well one guy wanted his taped over, and one guy carried it out. What would you prefer?”
“There’s no bags?”
“No store bags. I think our jumbo trash bags in the back might fit it….?” It seemed rude to suggest putting a $500 item into a trash bag, but he wasn’t bothered.
He considered this then said, “Bring me the trash bag.”
When I delivered it to him he still managed to surprise me. Instead of shoving the huge box into it he opened the box. He took out his new $500 sex toy, and all the little things it came with, tipping them unceremoniously into the trash bag.
“There! Now I don’t have to deal with the box later!”
I was slightly stunned but agreed that I could easily deal with the trash. Then in a move I still think about with delight he flung the trash bag over his shoulder like a Santa with a sack full of ass and sauntered out the door.

Peaceful Property EP 3 Thoughts
First, let me say this isn’t a criticism of the show or even of Pangpang’s character. I like the fact it’s shown that Peach’s issues aren’t the only reason he and Pangpang are struggling financially.
Pangpang could get a more conventional job, but she’s not responsible for any actual dependants. If she wants to chase her dreams of being an influencer, good for her. The fact she’s clearly sticking with Peach instead of trying to strike out on her own, where she might have some more luck, shows how much she loves her brother. At this point, Peach would be in much worse shape if he were all alone.
All this said, she can be so exasperating.
Her buying some vitamins, fine. For some people, vitamins do fall within the role of a necessity. Even her buying some makeup before giving the rent over would have been fine. But it seems as if she bought really expensive makeup, possibly too-expensive vitamins, and who knows what else instead of giving the rent to the landlady, and then, using what was leftover to buy some things, and then, saving the rest.
Exasperating.
To further this, awesome Kan is a fair dealer. She, a lawyer, told these non-clients to actually read the contract before signing it.
Trust between people doing business is good, but still, always read or have someone with a vested interested in you read for you any contract before signing it.
One thing, I don’t think Peach was actually shown signing during this scene.
Kan explaining how much money they’d get was a nice character moment, but still, the fact this is a non-objectionable deal to them doesn’t mean Home isn’t a massive asshole for tricking them into taking what he assumed would be objectionable to them.
And I’m still not feeling New in this role. He’s not doing a bad job, it’s just, there are several moments that I think, if a different actor did it, I’d feel what was expected. As it is, I’m watching New act. I mostly despise Home with me occasionally giving him tiny amounts of credit, but it’s sort of hollow.
Moving to a different part of this scene: Just buy two cheap full mattresses, at least, you asshole. Expecting the siblings to sleep on a blanket until/unless they can provide their own bed/beds is- ugh. It wouldn’t cause you any real effort at all to have two queen beds with decent quality mattresses set up. Even bunkbeds!
Next scene.
I’m kind of shipping Pangpang and Kan again.
Poor Kang, glad she didn’t quit last episode, by the way, she just wants to enjoy her sweets and complain about these idiots she’s been saddled with (no disrespect to Peach and Pangpang), and here they come running.
It’s weird Peach is all floor it! When I’m not sure how much harm the ghost can actually do. One did possess Pangpang, but it seems ghosts are limited to what they can do.
But then, I’ve never known about a ghost on a motorcycle riding straight towards me, a family member, someone awesome like Kan, and someone not awesome like Home, so.
Okay, that was funny.
I mean, it looks like the siblings have actual mats rather a blanket to sleep on now. Still, even though that’s a step up for them, it’s really not for Home.
Poor Kan keeping getting startled by living people. Heh.
I don’t know if Home’s vendetta against gas cooking is legit or not. If so, though, just get them a damn electric stove. Expecting them to only do takeout, which they might not be able to afford, or microwaveable food is- ugh.
I didn’t write it fast enough, but at the beginning of this scene, I was questioning the amount he ordered, presumably for himself. But yeah, he totally ordered it for the siblings.
Maybe a sliver of credit.
But no more.
I mean, I won’t take the sliver away for him clearly mourning his grandfather, but seriously, just take your emotionally stunted self over the siblings with these bags of food, and you won’t feel so lonely and lost.
But the thing is, I think New could play grieving and lonely so well. He has played the latter well. It’s just, this role requiring some of the comedy to come from this character being something of an ill-socialised, emotionally stunted asshole, again, he’s not doing badly, but I’ve very aware that I’m watching an actor act.
Going on an off-topic tangent, before all this with Johnny Depp and Amber Heard came out, I always thought 1. Johnny Depp was normal looking, outside of roles where he drastically changed his appearance. I’d call him handsome, even, but basically, he looked like a normal guy, not some drop-dead gorgeous person.
And 2, I don’t think I have ever connected with any character of his. He’s a great actor in I never found myself analysing his acting choices, but I’d be able to recognise what his character was thinking and feeling, and I just wouldn’t feel anything unless another actor was in the scene. Sometimes, I do think he helped heighten what the audience was supposed to feel about and/or towards other characters, but I never felt anything particularly about his.
Now, Leonardo di Caprio, I never feel like I’m watching someone act when I watch him, and I do feel things when I’m watching whatever character he’s playing.
Likewise, I’ve said before, there are some actors, like Matthew Goode and Chris Hemsworth, where, if the character is intended to be likeable, I’m all in. If the character is meant to be an asshole or outright villain, then, they do it very well, but I don’t want to watch them do it.
Thankfully, New isn’t at the extreme of being like Depp or the above two, but as much as I’m glad he’s in another project with Tay, I really don’t think this type of character is right for him.
Back on topic, glad Home found an excuse to go crash with the siblings, but also, I’m sorry for them. No one deserves having to put up with him.
As much as I’m on Peach’s side, when someone mentions their dead parents, maybe, immediately calling them a rich brat isn’t the best thing.
I do like this scene.
Where are Peach’s glasses, though.
Damn it, show, if you get rid of his glasses, I swear…
I mean, the ghost rider could have been trying to hit on a guy or trying to deliver whatever to a man he loved.
This is reasonable.
I understand Kan is trying to do her job, but this man, I think he’s the sinister attorney from last week, but I’m not sure, is absolutely correct. Home owning the building doesn’t mean he can just having access to resident information.
Something might be up with the uncle. Shame, because, I really like how nice he was with Kan here, even if it should have been much harder for this information to be obtained.
If the translation is accurate, Pangpang called Home “big bro”. If this means they won’t end up together, fine.
Or trying to hit on a guy. I don’t think this will be the case, but just pointing out.
Try calling the men!
So, Peach’s glasses are still around, but he’s not wearing them. The show’s going to get rid of them, isn’t it?
Damn it.
Oh, good, he still has them for now.
Based on the way it was shot, I’m guessing Jennie Panhan’s casting is a big deal in some way. I don’t really know much about her. I remember she was in Only Friends, and I watched a YouTube video where she and Offgun reacted to an episode of Not Me.
Anyway, her and the ghost rider’s first meeting is cute. I think I’m going to be sad at the end of the episode.
However, I am a little taken out by how young the actor for him looks. According to mydramalist, Chokun Puttipong Jitbut is 18. The show couldn’t have gotten someone a little older to play opposite of 37-year-old Jennie?
Oh, that’s awkward.
Okay, Home didn’t handle that badly.
Aw, he was getting her favourite food and planned to bring that with the rose on her birthday. Aw.
By the way, New is doing really good in this scene, but I don’t think Home would have this sort of emotional maturity and delicacy.
I was a little wrong. It might not be her favourite food, but he got her a house!
Her tears are like rain.
Aw, Pangpang clung to Kan.
“She never got a chance to go out with our rider.” For some reason, I love this line.
Peach is right, but that makes it even more tragic in a way.
Welcome back, Home.
I preferred the other you who acted like a nice human being and wasn’t annoying.
And I’m definitely shipping Kan and Pangpang again.
Actually, Home/New’s English is better when he’s singing.
My first thought when Home walked in with the food is, ‘Well, they can’t kick him out.’
Probably not what the show was going for.
Good on him to offer them, possibly, a proper house.
No, Peach, accept the offer. There’s a chance it won’t be given again. Sigh.
Little Home is adorable, though.
It does add an interesting layer to everything, Home depositing the siblings in a place he loved as a kid and being protective over them not accidentally destroying it.
Still, get them an electric stove, then. Or other cooking instruments besides just a microwave.
I wrote too soon.
Good, Home.
I like how everyone is not there for some of Pangpang’s antics.
I love Kan casually taste-testing the salt before adding it.
I like the mirror shot of the sinister guy. And I still hold out hope that the uncle really will be a good guy in the end.
Why has YouTube changed the title to On Sale?

china car in a bo - Google Search
This is the cheapest vehicle I've ever seen I don't mean price I mean it's made real cheaply it's too cheap and the **** **** over there in giant and it's ridiculous nobody can buy that and drive down the road in 40 miles an hour that's stupid but our son and daughter are saying it proved something it really does and what he says is the design is not too bad it looks a little funky but if you make it a foot wider and a foot and 1/2 longer you stamp the bottom and you put in a ladder it takes seconds and you attach the top and the dash and the top of the dash and the dash with equipment is metal a stamp and the interior is just a simple felt and a simple carpet and simple controls and then the new owner can put in whatever stereo they want and air conditioning is an ad it comes down to a motor and you can use motorcycle motors if you had to from Harley Davidson going out of business and going to buy a whole bunch of stock like that and those motors are useless the transmission is heavy enough duty for a car and I like his idea it's probably lighter than this vehicle and you put in some white seats and it would be a 4 seater and with 100 horsepower and 140 foot pounds of torque from a Harley Motor that thing would be turning on the top and the tires and roofs would be bigger and the vehicle slightly bigger but he he thinks the design is kind of cool because it shows hey I'm a small car i'm I'm really cheap and you can sell them cheap and we looked at the box and it can be like a foot wider and a couple feet longer and you don't have to sell it broken down you just ship tons of these and we can make a nightmares shipping night and just moving big huge ships and trucks everywhere and then it'll be over for the dealerships maybe even on the weekend from 1:00 AM until 4:00 AM for tons of stuff. Is a great idea and we do understand what you're saying they they sell broken down but boy that's OK that's a way to start it they sold a whole bunch of those trucks and they found out that they're just not worth it because the electric is so weak you can put gas in and says it's just really not worth it you can make it work well enough it's easier than starting from scratch I tell you you make a simple vehicle like that and you stamp it and build it and it's gonna run it's gonna sell everywhere china doesn't seem to want to do it they're putting out crap now that these idiots still so he says they had a knock down one so he wants to try and find it and explain his idea.

The timer thing fundamentally doesn't work unless it's an estimate because of the Final Destination bullshit it would inevitably lead to. In such a world, one of the core responsibilities of flight attendants would be looking at the death counters of every single person onboard, and if too many of them are almost exactly the same time / within the next few hours the flight gets immediately canceled. Ditto for ships. Like you think somebody boarding the Titanic wouldn't notice that half the people they saw had a death counter of around 5 days? People would figure that shit out very quickly. The world would devolve into a nonsensical clusterfuck of everyone trying to avoid their prophecized deaths unless only a couple people had the ability to see the death counters.
Cause of death is way more interesting because of the possibilities for employment discrimination, healthcare, discrimination, and so on. Like, will companies refuse to hire someone to a warehouse job if their cause of death reads "Forklift Accident?" Will health insurance companies discriminate based on your cause of death? Like, you could probably get pretty cheap life insurance of your cause of death included "Alzheimer's" vs if it read "Motorcycle crash," but health insurance companies would rather avoid insuring people they know are going to die of cancer. How does it affect medical prognosis? If you know you're going to die of, say, lung cancer, do you still opt for aggressive treatments on the gamble that the words on your forehead mean you still get to enjoy many years of comfortable life in remission, or do you start putting your affairs in order and opt for palliative care when you get the diagnosis? Can pandemics be predicted decades in advance by how many people there are whose cause of death is a disease no one's ever heard of?
And it's still fucked up when you see somebody whose cause of death is "plane crash" get on a flight two rows in front of you, even if you know you're going to die of something age related.
The most cursed ones would be stuff like "Autoerotic Asphyxiation" because imagine growing up in a world where everyone knows how they'll die but whenever anyone meets you they either have a shocked reaction or stifle a laugh, and adults refuse to even explain what your cause of death is and go "I'll tell you when you're older."
everybody’s always on writing prompts like “what if there was a world where everyone had a timer ticking down to their death… but you met someone whose timer said infinity!” or “what if everyone had their cause of death tattooed across their forehead… but you met someone whose forehead said THE CREATURE!” Enough -
enough. stop with the shock value. there is no need to insert THE CREATURE; the benign concept of such a world is horrifying enough. not even in urgency, but just in banal, everyday interaction. imagine you meet someone and their timer says two years. not tomorrow, not urgently soon, but two years. enough to do quite a lot. they could fall in love in that time - could they get engaged? have a baby? you might otherwise get to know them, befriend them, but perhaps you opt not to, make a conscious choice not to invest in your own grief. what balancing act would every individual person have to participate in - I have ten years, is that long enough to be a good mother to children? is that long enough to secure a caretaker for my own mother? my wife will die a few months before me. my newborn’s timer reads nineteen years.
and cause of death. you interview for a job and emblazoned across the healthy, smiling face of the HR lady is MALNUTRITION. your country is prospering, safe, but every person you meet on the street from the babies to the old women read BOMB. BOMB. what kind of havoc would fate wreak on the world? what about the loss of privacy? how would that shape our notions of hope? idk man I think a lot of those ancient poems were right, and the fates are monsters. I’m interested by the framing of these ideas as trite horror tales when the premises themselves are so much more disturbing if simply taken to their logical ends
#writing meta#death#the only certainty#besides taxes#but having everyone's tax rate permanently visible on their forehead is a different kind of story

Beginner's Guide to Motorcycle Shipping: Tips and Tricks You Shouldn't Miss!
Are you a motorcycle enthusiast gearing up for an exciting road trip, but the distance is too far to ride? Perhaps you've purchased a new bike from another state or country and need to get it home safely. Motorcycle shipping is the solution to your dilemma! In this beginner's guide, we'll walk you through the essential tips and tricks to ensure a smooth and stress-free shipping experience for your beloved ride.
Research Reputable Shipping Companies:
The first step in motorcycle shipping is finding a reliable and trustworthy motorcycle shipping company. Conduct thorough research to identify companies with positive customer reviews and a solid track record in handling motorcycle shipments. Look for specialized motorcycle shipping services that understand the unique requirements of transporting bikes.
A reputable shipping company will have experience handling motorcycles of various sizes and models, making them better equipped to ensure the safe delivery of your prized possession. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations from fellow riders or check online forums and communities for testimonials and feedback.
Choose the Right Shipping Method:
Motorcycle shipping offers various methods, including open-air transport, enclosed transport, and crated transport. Each method comes with its own set of advantages and considerations.
Open-air transport is the most common and cost-effective option. It involves transporting your motorcycle on an open trailer, exposed to the elements and road debris. While this method is generally safe for short to medium distances, it may not be ideal for long-haul trips or if you're shipping a vintage or luxury bike.
Enclosed transport, on the other hand, provides additional protection for your motorcycle during transit. Your bike will be securely placed inside an enclosed trailer, shielding it from weather conditions, dust, and potential damage. If your motorcycle holds sentimental value or is a high-end model, this method might be worth the investment.
Crated transport is the most secure option, as your motorcycle will be placed inside a crate during transit. This method is especially suitable for delicate or customized bikes that require extra protection. However, crated transport usually requires some preparation, including removing mirrors, draining fuel, and securing loose parts.
Select the method that aligns with your budget and level of protection desired. If you're uncertain about which option to choose, don't hesitate to consult with the shipping company to find the best fit for your motorcycle.
Prepare Your Motorcycle:
Before handing over your motorcycle to the shipping company, ensure you've completed the necessary preparations. Proper preparation is crucial to safeguard your bike from potential damages during transit.
Clean your bike thoroughly to remove dirt and grime. A clean motorcycle will make it easier to inspect for any pre-existing damages and ensure it arrives at its destination in pristine condition.
Inspect your motorcycle from all angles and take photographs. Document any existing scratches, dents, or other visible damages. These photographs will serve as evidence should you need to file a claim for damages that occur during shipping.
Disable the Alarm System: If your motorcycle has an alarm system, remember to disable it before shipping. A triggered alarm during transit can be both annoying and distracting to the shipping crew. Ensure your bike is in "transport mode" to avoid any complications.
Drain fluids and disconnect the battery: To prevent leaks and potential hazards during transit, drain all fluids from your motorcycle, such as gasoline and oil. Additionally, disconnect the battery and secure it properly to avoid any electrical issues during shipping.
By adhering to these preparation steps, you'll ensure that your motorcycle is ready for its journey and minimize the risk of any mishaps along the way.
Consider Insurance Coverage:
While reputable shipping companies take utmost care with your motorcycle, accidents can happen. Inquire about insurance coverage options to protect your bike against any unforeseen events during transit. Peace of mind is priceless, especially when it comes to your prized possession.
Full-coverage insurance: Some shipping companies offer comprehensive insurance that covers your motorcycle against damage, theft, and loss during transit. Opting for this insurance provides the highest level of protection for your bike and ensures that you'll be compensated in case of any unfortunate incidents.
Limited liability coverage: This type of insurance typically comes at a lower cost but offers limited protection. It may cover specific damages up to a certain amount, but you may have to bear some expenses in the event of a claim. Consider your bike's value and your risk tolerance when choosing the appropriate coverage.
Your own insurance: Check with your motorcycle insurance provider to see if your policy includes coverage for shipping. Some insurance policies might extend coverage to your bike during transit, but it's essential to understand the extent of the coverage provided.
Before finalizing your shipping arrangements, discuss insurance options with the shipping company and ensure you fully comprehend the terms and coverage limits.
Double-Check Legal and Customs Requirements:
If you're shipping your motorcycle internationally or across state lines, familiarize yourself with the legal and customs requirements of the destination. Each country and state may have specific regulations related to vehicle importation and shipping.
Ownership documents: Ensure you have all necessary ownership documents, such as the motorcycle title and registration. Some countries may require additional documentation, such as a bill of sale or a letter of authorization if you're shipping the bike on behalf of someone else.
Permits and licenses: Verify if there are any permits or licenses required for transporting vehicles across borders or state lines. Some regions may necessitate temporary import permits or specific licenses for motorcycle transportation.
Identification and inspection: Be prepared to present identification documents and allow for inspections at customs checkpoints. Keep all relevant documents easily accessible to avoid delays in the shipping process.
By being aware of and adhering to the legal and customs requirements, you can prevent potential issues and ensure a smoother shipping process for your motorcycle.
Time Your Shipping Wisely:
Timing is crucial in motorcycle shipping, particularly if you have a specific deadline or event in mind for your bike's arrival. Here are some tips on timing your motorcycle shipping wisely:
Plan ahead: Schedule your shipment well in advance, particularly during peak seasons or holiday periods when shipping companies may have high demand. Early planning will give you enough time to prepare your bike and handle any unexpected obstacles.
Flexible timelines: If your schedule allows for some flexibility, consider choosing a time when shipping rates may be lower. Rates can vary depending on the time of year and demand, so exploring different shipping dates might save you some money.
Avoid extreme weather conditions: Be mindful of the weather conditions in your area and at the destination. Shipping during extreme weather, such as storms or extreme heat, can potentially impact your motorcycle's safety and overall shipping experience.
Shipping and event schedules: If you're shipping your motorcycle for a specific event, make sure to coordinate the shipping timeline with the event schedule. Allow ample time for the bike to arrive, and consider any potential delays that may occur during transit.
Conclusion:
Motorcycle shipping can be a convenient and efficient way to transport your bike across long distances. By following this comprehensive beginner's guide and keeping these essential tips and tricks in mind, you can ensure a safe and successful shipping experience for your two-wheeled companion.
Remember to research and choose a reputable shipping company, select the most suitable shipping method, and prepare your motorcycle adequately for its journey. Explore insurance coverage options to protect your bike and ensure you comply with legal and customs requirements, especially for international shipments.
Whether you're moving to a new location or embarking on an exciting adventure, motorcycle shipping offers a practical solution to transport your beloved ride. With the right planning and careful consideration, you can rest assured that your motorcycle will reach its destination in excellent condition, ready for the road ahead. Happy riding!

So as some tif you may have put together I'm attempting to put a video together about motorcycles
Part of the reason this video is taking so long is the bike I'm using keeps breaking down yesterday I took it on the motorway for the first time thinking most of the problems were behind me.
I was wrong, and I had my rear brake fail pretty catastrophically without warning.
Now I'm fine but I want to reiterate a warning to people thinking that cheap parts bin motorcycles might be worth it to save a few pennies. Don't, don't buy mutt or herald or any other company that just assembles bikes from Knock off drop shipped parts because some of them will fail.
This bike didn't come with a manual and there isn't one available because herald coulybe botherd making one , just like they couldn't be bothered providing a center stand or even an actual tool kit to go in the tool kit holder .
but right now I consider it's service interval to be closer to 800 kilometres than the 5k or so of a low end pre-2020 Royal Enfield.
Yes the bike is pretty and with the peashooter exhaust on it even sounds aggressive and bassy for a 250. But the build quality ranges from charmingly quaint to just unconscionably dangerous. Im not sure I could sell this bike on in good conscience to anyone when I'm done and at the same time I'm not sure I've the heart to scrap it after the work I've put in.
#biker#herald motorcycles#mutt motorcycles#dangerously cheap#mechanical woes#seriously they actually bragg about their brakes and suspension as a major selling point
