Do you ever have high tea? It seems so elegant. Do you even drink tea? Am I being offensive by asking? Oh dear, I do not know what proper vampire etiquette is. Please don't be angry, there is simply so much I want to know.

 Madam enjoys both high tea, and during certain eras, tea that gets her high. Madam regularly enjoys a cup of Yorkshire Gold, while Igor often drinks a green tea that smells and tastes (to Madam) like elbow sweat. High teas are looked over these days, and are a social event seen as being “rich old lady things”, but Madam truly enjoys them. They are a gossip hub, which is essential for running the business, and a pool of potential (and loyal) clients. Also a convenient source of mini-croissants.

 Quite honestly, Madam enjoys them immensely. They’re an excuse to dress up and be glamorous and wild. Besides, who wouldn’t want to gossip with a dozen old ladies all dressed like this:

 (and the one grandson who showed up in the outfit his gran picked out specially to meet the ladies, because gran won’t give him his allowance until he’s met all her friends’ granddaughters)

 (For the record, Madam would. Because of the hat).

 And you are not being offensive at all! Most people think that vampires only drink blood, so it’s nice to have a chance to correct that assumption. I eat and drink the same as I did when I was human, I just added blood to the menu.

 Surviving on only blood would be impossible- between nutrient deficiencies, energy vs blood intake, how many people I’d have to consume + energy to hunt, etc… Its a headache! And Madam is too pretty for a headache. I still have to consume blood regularly, but usually I can do so in reasonable quantities (and in unreasonable states of dishabille, generally).

aussies also like adding "azza/ano/evo/azzo" to names like steveo, robbo, dazza, I have known at least 3 chases that were Chazza or Chazzo

Okay, now I'm curious. What would the nickname be for Chase? Nobody's given me one in the two years I've officially had the name, probably because it's already a single syllable and also they're all cowards 👀

Aussies thrive of single syllables and hate being called cowards so, in that spirit...

yeah tbh Chase makes it hard for us to give you a nickname. if you wanted one you would definitely need a defining characteristic or some kind of legendary moment you starred in. my advice is throw something with a catchy name at the prime minister. we’ve had egg boy who threw an egg at ScoMo and a couple sandwich throwers at Julia Gillard so if you REALLY wanna stand out find something new to throw at ScoMo and I promise you will be immortalised
