I’ve been in shambles over this for a few days so I need to share it somewhere

Been working steadily on loading words into Scrivener and SALM finished making foods and came up to the shared space to work on academic article stuff and I had a back burner Oh Noes because I have been highkey grooving on lofi hiphop dot youtube dot tnz but I was heavy in the copypasta so I didn’t look up until

he was standing beside me holding out a nice over-the-ears cushy headphones all “Hey, do you want this? Otherwise I’ll just take it back to Savers”

So I popped them on and could immediately hear almost nothing in the meatspace world and then I plugged it in and the lofi groove went meat-local and I happygasped but at the same time he went WOAH and pointed at my ear

and it turns out the logo on the outside of the earthings glows rainbow so that rocks

Also, I’ve been wallowing in my social executive dysfunction most of the afternoon/evening wanting to be chattycakes but not feeling at all cool enough for literally anybody (yes, even YOU, no really) to reach out and talk about nothing at all

BUT THEN

someone reached out to me in a messageything and totally vibed about meatspace versus cyberspace

and I’m still cruising through transferring my writing into Scrivener and there’s so much MORE of it than I thought and a lot of it is so much BETTER than I thought and anyway

this is the energy I want to bring into 2021, this is the energy I bring for you all
