I still can't believe that falling in love with Venat was what finally helped Stubborn accept that Minfilia is... Gone. That no matter what she does, she can't bring her back... Just like how no matter what she does in Elpis, Venat will become Hydaelin, the past must happen for there to be a future,,,

I still really, really liked Endwalker, but gods if it wasn't a roller-coaster between utter elation and utter 'i hate this' xd

Ough, as I was getting ready for work an idea crossed my mind and I felt myself taking emotional damage,,,,
The alchemists of Radz-at-Han were able to make two vessels for Vrtra, right? With the specification to receive one of his eyes etc, and the vessel is capable of eating and emulating other tasks that make it feel lifelike for both Vrtra and the people who encounter Varshahn.
Well, Stubborn did manage to somehow finally make peace with Minfilia not coming back thanks to Venat, but what if the thought crossed her mind that had she journeyed earlier to Thavnair and petitioned the help of the alchemists, they could have helped create a vessel for Minfilia's soul...
A scary thought Stubborn would need to dismiss immediately, ere it took hold of her..

I went from Endrunner to Endwalker bc the Trip to Elpis changed my entire perspective on this godsdamned expac
#I wanted to rush through to get to Tural bc I was not having a jolly good time#But then I started liking the expac#Esp once fandaniel and zwnos were removed from the picture#And the main antagonist became Meteion#And the theme became hope despite hopelessness#And opposing nihilism with warmth#OUGH#I'm at the final dungeon now#But i have to work in the morning tomorrow and it's almost midnight and I know these final things need 2+ hours#Charu plays ffxiv

Ough, I need to do a write up of how meeting Venat changed Stubborn,,,,,
#She changed#Stubborn is now again much closer to how she used to be#I think she remembered again why she was fighting for Eorzea. For Etheirys.#A promise to Minfilia yes#But also the love for the land#It feels like her bitterness got healed#But now she longs for something thet can never be achieved#Coming back to the Scions and everything...#It's nowhere near as close to how her short adventure with Venat and the others felt#She felt like she belonged#Was it her soul as Azem?#We will never know#Oh to go on adventures with Venat after the final days are averted#Charu plays ffxiv
