What’s your motivation? What’s your drive? Every day we wake up we look for motivation to push us forward. Whether it’s something on a podcast, or listening to the radio, or maybe a friend or someone we know that we look to for the motivation. Or even something that we read that  would provide us with the motivation to make it through the day. But regardless to what source we get that motivation from it is important that we get that motivation. Because without it we get caught up in the negative things that come to us on a daily basis. Because as we have discussed in the past these negative things are inevitable. And they are meant to strengthen us.  We just need to recognize that and use the motivation to help us through it. .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Think about all of the negativity we hear from the news, from social media, and even through your peers Or people around us. How’s your #saturdaymorning so far?...I’m really asking.... . . . Good and pleasant Saturday Morning to you all. Although there may be issues in our lives. Although circumstances may arise. Although the past was recent and was a bit shaky. We need to let go. We need to allow the past to be the past and understand there’s nothing that we can do to change the past. And though it may sound a bit cliché there are times that I myself try to fix the past and that is so impossible. But what we can do is work on today. And this is the hard part; trying to live today without focusing on the past. Trying to be that “new person” today just as new as this day. Feeling and being the BEST YOU that you can be. What does that do? It is a practice to help you forget about the past and attract new beginnings on a new day. Because if we continue to dwell on the past, then we bring the past to our new future and cause the chaos to happen all over again.
