What is your opinion about the Bakugou vs Uraraka fight in the sports festival. I really don't understand the praise this fight gets. This seems to be the fight where narrative shifts when it comes to Bakugou's character and literally feels shoehorned by the author to make Bakugou be painted as a feminist and a missunderstood characrter and hype him so much and to me it feels like it is downplaying Uraraka's merits and her resolve and making the fight all about Bakugou. I also feel the way Bakugou's respects for Uraraka is hyped by the author in the Ultra books/archives to me seems to downplay the level of respect Izuku had for her before the fight/during the fight/even after the fight. imo Izuku's respect for Uraraka as a fighter and as a person is way bigger than what Bakugou has for her.

Bakugou tells Uraraka to quit , Considering Bakugou's stats like being good in close combat, good reflex and good reaction and great in air mobility, he had many options to easily win the fight. We even see that in his fight with Izuku where he uses his explosions to move in the air easily. Yet here all he did was just stand there, went overboard with his explosions on her and was dragging the fight to hurt and destroy her instead of using the options to simply win like using his combat skills to push or thow her out of the ring.

When Pros question hiss way of fighting , Aizawa berates the pros and declares that Bakugou saw her strength and is keeping her at bay. the way the fight potrayed and Aizawa's declaration doesn't make any sense. We don't even see any inner thoughts or monologue from Bakugou about this to prove that. I feel the pros were in the right to question the way Bakugou fought. Uraraka comes up with a good plan on her own and Bakugou uses a huge explosion out of nowhere and comes out unscathed and finally decides to move his butt to attack her. Also notice here he says "time to get serious" meaning he never was serious all this time and he never saw her strength which again contradicts Aizawa's declaration.

Even after the fight he asks izuku if ihe gave her the plan which again is disrespect towards Uraraka. Its only after his ted talk with Izuku he comes to know that It was Uraraka's own strategy. And then the whole "what part of her was frail" comment doesn't seem that much convincing to me.

Uraraka VS. Bakugou. In my opinion it was very shoehorned in. We got some fake feminist reading of Bakugou out of it which is just not true. I think the fight shows something else than might have been. More under the cut as i ranted a bit.

We are very much aware that before UA Izuku didnt have any friend. Your bully is not your “Friend”. He was not popular and people weren’t around him. Bakugou also kinda acts like he owns Izuku. He can’t fathom a world where the nerd isn’t under his thumb. Part of Abuse is to isolate their victim. Call them crazy towards others. Cut them off from former friends and family. While Izukus quirklessness has stopped him from getting friends Bakugou might also have acted towards it. Might have beaten up people that got close to him or gave them warnings. It paints the fight in a different light. Uraraka was the first friend he got. Bakugou saw this and he probably did not want this. He could have beaten her quicker. But he wanted to set an example. Midoriya was watching from the first row. He couldnt stop the fight. It was a beatdown to show what happens if he befriends people. It also did not help that Bakugou saw Uraraka as an Izuku proxy. He did believe after all that the plan she used was all Izukus doing. To him he had also a free chance to beat Izuku up with this fight. This fight and how Aizawa talks is again an example of Horis “Tell don’t show”. We are told differently to what we see happens. Aizawa gets used as this logical, rational teacher which words must be true. The Pro heroes that complain are us the audience. Basically the scene saying. “Bakugou is doing great. Don’t insult him.” It makes things feel empty however. They lack substance. If we hear other characters tell how much bakugou changed but in the scenes he is still acts his old self. It just makes what they tell us be lies. It is not good writing. A waste of panels really. Around the sports festival we see the narrative shift. Bakugou gets more prominent. Gets less painted as bad by the narrative. Even though he does say and act pretty much similar to before. But characters start to pull excuses for him out of thin air. Back to the fight. Bakugou basically pulls out a bigger explosion without his support gear and just destroys Urarakas thought out plan. She used her smarts while bakugou just used a bigger explosion out of nothing. Here is the thing. We can debate long on how she would have won or that even if her plan worked she wouldnt have won. If hori wanted her to win he could have written it without much plothole. But here is the thing. She should have won and it should have been made clear that she did it by herself. This would have actually started character developement. Bakugou would have lost to someone he doesn’t see as a threat. Loose to someone without a more fighting type quirk than his.Basically a dark horse type victory. He might have slowly started to realise that he is not the best. That just because someone has a non fight quirk doesnt make them weak. Him getting booed by the audience might add to it too. People seeing him as villain. The whole kidnapping later on might work into it. Might make him look at why people believe him to be one. He might still have been a main target. Might have thrown a big tantrum after the fight that still makes the LOV notice him. Overall it might have been a start to develope him into a better character unlike the lip service of character change we got now.

Is your character popular in the fandom? YES / NO / IDK. For sure, for being the cutest of cutes!! All Zeldas are cute though but she was the blueprint ;v;

Is your character considered hot™ in the fandom? YES / NO / IDK. I’m a devout christian virgin I would never ever look at those kind of topics the only hot I see is the flames of hell for even considering this smh smh bUT NO FOR REAL THO I’M NOT REALLY SURE???? I mostly see people gushing over how cute she is rather than hot.

Is your character considered strong in the fandom? YES / NO / In some aspects. We don’t really see Skyward Sword Zelda’s abilities in the games as we did in, say, BOTW where she goes full goddess mode. Aside from blessing the master sword, sealing herself away, and the implications that the game gives us with Zelda being not only a student at the knight school but also a badass warrior goddess in her past life; I’d say she’s pretty up there in terms of strength.

Are they underrated? YES / NO. GONNA GO WITH YES AND NO ON THIS. As a character, Zelda is far from underrated she’s actually cliche blonde character we all love and stan but in this incarnation.... also yes and no because while I see a lot of people like SS Zelda keep in mind that SS is the black sheep of the series so not a lot of people have good opinions on it. I’ve seen some say she’s annoying, too shoujo or even Mary Sue at some points and hweoh we all know that the last one ain’t even close to true since she’s far from bland and OP written. But it’s all a matter of perspective!

Were they relevant for the main story? YES / NO.

Are they widely known in their world? YES / NO.

How’s their reputation? GOOD / BAD / NEUTRAL / FOR THE MOST PART, if we were talking verses like say witch verse she’d have more of a neutral reputation considering witches aren’t really well-liked ;-;

How strictly do you follow canon?

I try to do the best that I can do given with what we’re working with here all while adding my own spin to her characterization because we all have different perspective when it comes to art! How I see Zelda is someone who’s bubbly, playful (big ol bully hweoh), a bit of a busybody if she feels she needs to step in due to worrywart tendencies yet highly responsible and carries a wisdom that’s beyond her age, she doesn’t like seeing people bullying others and isn’t afraid to put her foot down to speak her mind if something is up. While kindness is sorta her strong suit I wanted to go beyond “nice girl” and just showcase other sides of her too, hence why main verse is typically set during the events of SS because here we see her growth into the girl we see at the end of the game where she’s melancholic of her past but is looking forward to seeing what the future holds and wants to build a brighter tomorrow with Link by her side along with friends and loved ones. I’m not at all confident in playing as her, despite playing as Zelda since 2017 haha!! So I can’t really say that I’m super strict in following canon considering that’s how I view the character through the actions and dialogue throughout the game, perhaps the creators had something different in mind than how I see Sky Zelda.

How about pastel girls who may seem sweet but are deep down bullies towards loved ones? Are you at a point in your life where you find yourself wondering: where on earth can I find someone who’s ray of sunshine can brighten up my day. Will do I have good news for you buddy! Introducing your very own friend: Zelda from hit series Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. This Zelda is more extreme than the others due to the fact that she’s not a princess, that’s right no princess titles clogging up that beautiful name. Just a knight who somehow finds out she’s actually a goddess reborn as human, no biggie!

SHOUJO PROTAG WHO’S TOO FREAKING CUTE!! So.... if that’s not your cup of tea ;v; but nah I can see people not liking Zelda because not everyone like the nice girl who’s your childhood friend characrter, I totally get it but if you dig a little deeper you see that there’s more to it than that.

What inspired you to rp your muse?

My close friend was FINALLY getting into the LOZ series back when BOTW was first coming out, her playthrough of SS made me remember how much I loved each characters and honestly Zelda’s design in that game was always my fav right next to Tetra and ALTTP/ALBW! At the time I mostly played more introverted muses or straight up villains and I wanted to try my hand at playing more wholesome characters like Sky Zel and ALTTP Zel ;v; now look at me, the CEO of wholesome cute girls ;v;

What keeps your inspiration going?

Motivation and time at this point, I’m not the young starry-eyed rper who used to have playlists and replay things to keep up with canon. I just pray to god I’m doing ok, let jesus take the wheel and just sorta do my own thing. I think having fun threads or a friendship with partners or just good vibes from them def helps a whole lot.

YE! I do! I mean we’re all improving and junk so I see no issues with criticisms uvub I always worry about whether or not you can hear different voices within the characters I rp as among writing issues I have that comes with learning disability and ADD, I try my hardest but I know at the end of the day there will always be grammar mistakes and even spelling!

Eh, well yeah it’d be nice honestly to hear feedbacks and thoughts. Just saying ‘I don’t like this or I don’t agree with this’ doesn’t really help anyone who wants to improve but I’m not gonna like press them for it either because again I’m at the stage in my life where I’m just like ‘it is what it is’.

If someone disagrees with your portrayal, how would you take it?

Shrug emoji, and then move on! Again it’d be nice if they can tell me though but I won’t press them for it if they don’t feel like it. We’re allowed to have our opinions after all yo!

If someone really hates your character, how do you take it?

It is illegal to hate sky zel or any Zel really... NAH JK I DON’T REALLY CARE I’ve liked characters who aren’t popular among the fandom, I’m more or less used to seeing character bashing for faves so like it doesn’t really affect me at all I’m just like “lol” and move on.

Are you okay with people pointing out your grammatical errors?

YES! Though keep in mind, despite me using Grey instead of Gray, I use US English ;v; so keep that in mind when spotting out certain words other parts of the world may spell differently because us US Americans just..... gotta be extra like that.

Do you think you are easy going as a mun?

I TRY!!! IDK IF I COME ACROSS AS THAT but I’m very much someone who goes with the flow anyway, I’ve been told that much IRL and I’m just hweoh not really someone who’s a stick in the mud or has a stick up their ass, you know? I’m pretty laid back and not much bothers me, I can get petty if I have to come across rude people that’s the one thing that kills it for me but aside from that, I just wanna try to get along with people. We don’t have to be friends if you’re not feeling the vibes but friendly terms is good enough for me!

More proof of Kairi isn’t useless.

Disclaimer: I already know that the topic of Kairi being the damsel of Distress has already died and the fan is focusing on the DLC and other things, but I feel a need to make this post because I have a mindblown after playing KH3 again and watching the other cutscene (most likely in the events Birth by sleep, Re:chain of memories, KH2 and in Dream Drop Distance) Which that being said, for those who are a Soriku/Anti-Kairi/Anti-Sokai who wish to message their opinion, please speak in a mature way, I know that I don’t have any control of what anyone says, but it considers it as a warning. I also like to say that I do not hate any of these characters, I love each and everyone in the Kingdom Hearts series, I feel like I need to say that considering people will assume otherwise. (this is Tumblr) This is also kinda a sequel to my first defensive post to Kairi, so if you like to see my post defending Kairi, Click-Here So before we talk about, I’m gonna mention who I will be used to prove that Kairi isn’t useless, I’m not gonna use Nomura, nor the Ultimania, instead I’m gonna use someone that in the series; Axel. Now before I explain why, we first need to Axel fighting experiences. In the event of Birth by sleep, when he was Lea and met Ventus and ask for his names After Ventus answers Lea say this:

We know for sure that Lea has “some” experiences when its come to fighting WAY before he becomes Axel if he was able to say that the Wooden Keyblade Terra gave to Ventus is kid toy, and he shows him off as if it a real weapons However, he was easily bested by Ventus, Gasping for Air while Ventus still standing there, ready for any counterattacks (I mean it's most likely since Ven train with Terra and Aqua, went to 4 other worlds including Raident Garden, fought many bosses included Vanitas and Maleficent, but he wasn’t able to beat them without help) moving on to Rechain of memories when Axel got used to his power, he has fought (with his Chakrams) was Sora and Marluxia The first time he fought Sora, he was going easy on him only to see if Sora is ready to take on Castle Oblivion, before the final boss, Axel went and fought Marluxia for betraying the Organization but then stop after Marluxia uses Namines as a shield and uses Sora to fight Axel as he stated that he’ll go through Namine to get to Marluxia and as you fight in like a boss, he’ll use Firewall and Firetooth (where he threw his weapon but not before putting them on fire) and its also seem that he can contorl his weapons whenever he like In Kingdom Hearts 2, he becomes more active; when you face him for the first time as Roxas, he can dash behind Roxas and attack him, basically going easy on him to see if he remembers his life in the Organization, the 2nd time you face him he first creates Firewall and slowly burn your health, as the battle begins he then uses more combo than he usually use, hide behind the flame only to strike if Roxas doesn’t react in time, he also has a supercombo where you can’t hit him at all, but have to dodge his attack and wait until he hittable again (idk if it happen when you first face him, but I'm just assuming so) After you played as sorry and found a lead where he can find Xemnas and Kairi, once he in the portal he was stopped by the Nobodies but was saved by Axel. After Sora and Axel fought several nobodies, Axel uses his power to sacrifice himself to open the past for sora in the events on DDD: when Axel was able to be Lea once again and save Queen Minnie, and it seems that he remembers everything he learned from the Organization 13, how he uses his weapons, how to fight with them and etc. He even still know how to use Fire magic

and finally, in the event of Kingdom Hearts 3, when the seven light faced Terranort and witness him took down Ventus and Stun Sora (for a short while) Terranort went after Kairi, but Axel steps in to protect her But Fails

So even after Axel was able to be experienced ever since he was a Teen (and practiced to wield the Keyblade with Kairi) He was still able to be sent flying, where the only thing that he was pushed into his limited was in Rechain of memories Sora (when Sora was still 15-year-old mind you), KH2 Roxas and when he killed himself So if Axel has no chance of blocking Terranort Swing, what chance do Kairi have if the only thing that she faces was in KH2 when she has to face a few shadows with Riku ________________________________________________________________ Another point is when Xemnas Grab Kairi

now I already made a point where why Kairi wasn’t able to use her keyblade due to my first post about Kairi but what seems more interesting that when I was watching KH2 and Axel found Kairi in Twilight Town, This happened

Now if any of you remember these scenes, then you must’ve remembered that Kairi told Axel to let go of her and was struggling to pull free from him and I also assume that people are going to say is that the way Axel grabs her is different than the one Xemnas grab her, and that is exactly my point Kairi couldn’t able to use her Keyblade because Xemnas is hurting her while Axel only intended to take Kairi to lure Sora to her, So that Axel can have Roxas back. And I know that everyone is going to say “but why Kairi doesn’t use her other hands?” Remember, In KH3 when Terranort encounter Lingering Will, his keyblade was caught and was flying around, but he let go

As he where charging to Will and got blasted, he then retrieved his keyblade

BUT HE RETURNS IT AT THE SAME HANDS and this isn’t the first time that it happens Xemnas who is the nobodies of Xehanort has two dual lasers for each hand, however, he always uses the hands that Xehanort uses when he holds a keyblade.

And hell, if you think about it, Everyone uses the Arm to hold their weapon similar to both Xemnas and Xehanort

________________________________________________________________ One more thing before I head to sleep: After Sora went to Yen-sid to get suit up, we get a cutscene of Kairi writing a letter for Sora, when she mentions Lea, that interested me

After Axel gave Kairi Seasalt Icecream, Kairi said this

That when it hit me, we all should know who said the same thing as Kairi

XION In the events of Days 358/2; Axel was assigned by Saix that it's his mission to return Xion, after realizing that She is nothing but a puppet, He didn’t like she was treated like one and the fact that Xion just accepted it, so of course he was mad at Xion, giving up life like that, think that disappearing is the right thing to do. After that scene, Axel carried knocked-out Xion to their homebase not until he passed out

And since we don’t know if Axel know that Roxas fought and killed Xion, all we can know is that he blames himself since in order to knock her out is to fight her, and the last time I check fighting your best friend can be emotional Not only that, but we all remember Axel kidnapped Kairi to lure sora in to save Roxas, only for her to be taken Saix thus the organization that would explain why he apologize to sora for taking Kairi

and how he quickly told Sora who took Kairi

It's obviously shown that he felt bad for stalking Kairi like that and using her to lure Sora Thus the reason why he told Sora to run to go and save her instead of protecting him. Why did I explain all that? Simple, Look what Kairi said before she told Axel not to hold back.

and since Kairi say that “don’t hold back” line similar to Xion as if Axel and Kairi will spar with each other only and Axel for a second was able to see Xion If you haven’t caught on, I’m applying that Axel was the reason why Kairi was so weak. Compare to Sora and Riku spar, he never catch you a break, Riku’ll use everything that he knows in order to beat Sora whenever if it a race or a swordfight However, Sora and Riku supposedly sparring to each other since they were a kid, and since they are a friend during that time, its seem they think it's fine if they get a little hurt from sparring since pain helps you improve. and since Axel still feels bad about the thing he does to Kairi and Sora, and knocking out Xion, He holds back. He hurt Xion when he didn’t hold back, and he simply didn’t hold back when he keeps kidnapping Kairi and looking from Axel point of view, I would also hold back. but because of him doing that, Kairi won’t get stronger, Axel went all easy mode on Kairi because of the memories he had with Kairi and Xion and if he HAS been going easy on her, that’ll mean he making her win. and the more she wins beside learning from her mistake, the more overconfident Kairi will get, I mean those confident Kairi had was able to make her give a Papou fruit to sora and said all of this:

(unironically to the one she loved) and if I was able to face the same person who stalked me, overall made me hated him and won many time (even if it just a spar) I also will be onverconfident, but that overconfident feeling she had will be her downfall. but because of Axel not pushing her limits (and merlin most likely tought Kairi and Axel how to use magic, similar how he trained Sora Magic in KH1) and making her win, she’ll be thinking that she is strong enough to protect sora. So for all of KH fan that are disappointed of Kairi characrter, not only we should blame nomura for writing her bad, but we should also blame Axel for not making her a strong independent warrior that we all hoped she is. but of course, that just my headcanon/opinion

Secret--Chapter 2

Characrters: Negan x Original Female Character (Lily) Some canon characters throughout and some original characters. Fluff, fluff and more fluff. More introductions. Italics represent the past. Warnings: Mentions of rape/abuse, violence, murder, gore. Tagging: @azanoni as requested. (I’ve currently gotten up to chapter 8 of my type up of my story. Chapters may be going up quickly to start and may slow down once I’m caught up with what I have in my notebook!)

Chapter 2

Sarah’s body fell to the ground after her head rolled down the hill. Lily’s eyes grew wide as she choked back a scream. Alpha moved her attention to Lucas. She smiled as she raised her knife.

“Wait! Wait! Please don’t!” Lucas pleaded with her. “Sit still!” one of Alpha’s followers shouted as they grabbed his shoulders. “No! Don’t!” Lucas screamed once more.

Alpha cut his throat. “What the fuck?!” Brad shouted. She grabbed Lucas by the hair and began sawing off his head as she had done with Sarah. Lily sat frozen, staring at the blood that was raining onto the grass below. “You two. Get up,” Beta demanded. Lily and Brad got to their feet. Alpha removed her mask, “We may have a use for you.” Lily felt a hand on her back…

“You’re up early!” Dr. Warner said while bringing in breakfast. Lily looked up, “Yeah. I’m feeling better! Plus, Rick said he was going to show me around.” “Great! Now eat up. If I know Rick, he won’t stop to let you snack,” he joked. “Thank you.”

“Morning, Lily!” Rick’s southern drawl filled the room. “Rick,” she responded. “Are you about ready?” he asked. Lily smiled as she took the last bite of her breakfast. “Ready for the tour? I have a lot to show you. Maybe we can find you a house today, too!” His excitement was hard to contain.

She slipped on her boots, “One good thing about this new world? No rent or mortgage!” Rick chuckled as they made their way to the front door.

“Holy shit…” Lily said under her breath. Rick smiled, “Welcome to Alexandria.” She took in the sights of the trees full of fruit and livestock everywhere. “Is that…?” “Corn?” he interrupted, “Yes. We welcomed some travelers from out west a few months back and they had so many seeds for us to plant. Not everything has grown but the things that did? Well, you can see it for yourself.” Her mouth fell open as she looked around. Not only was food everywhere, people were working together. It was something she hadn’t seen in years.

“Wow, Rick,” she gasped, “This is amazing.” “Thank you. It took a while but we got here. Let me show you the houses we have available.” They walked through the crowded community, Rick saying hello and introducing Lily to everyone on the way.

“So, do you just keep adding on to this place?” she asked. “Yes. We have a construction team who go out and find supplies to extend the perimeter. We try to add two new houses weekly just in case we keep growing,” he responded.

“This one’s nice!” Lily pointed to a house with a red door. “That one isn’t available. It’s more of a…jail than a home,” he uttered softly. “Jail?” Lily’s curiosity grew. “Yes. We have a prisoner in there now.” “Oh…what did they do?” Rick paused and sighed, “Don’t worry about it. What about this one across the street?” he suggested. Lily looked back at the “jail”, “Rick, what did your prisoner do?” “He hurt a lot of people. I’ll let you meet him eventually. Just not today, alright?” His voice grew sterner. She nodded, “Alright…” Rick walked over to the vacant house and opened the door.

“Shower is upstairs. Living room, kitchen, all the bedrooms are upstairs. I can come by later and bring you some cleaner clothes and food to put in the fridge and pantry,” he said. “The fridge works?” “We managed to find some generators a while ago. They’ve helped a lot. Lighting is all solar power so there’s plenty of candles and matches for the evening.”

“I can’t thank you enough,” she said, her voice cracking slightly. “I’m glad you found us when you did. Go get a shower. I’ll get you some clothes to put in the dresser.” “Thank you.” The door shut behind Rick and Lily sighed with relief. “Shower. I need a shower,” she stated to no one.

Lily curled up half-naked on the grass. Tears fell as she struggled to get pants back on. “Quit fucking crying. This is your life now,” Brad taunted her while he helped clean out one of the dead.

She sat up and shot Brad a dirty look, “Fuck off…” “Bitch, shut the fuck up!” Lily stood up, “I fucking hate you…”

She walked away with tears in her eyes. I gotta get out of here, she thought. She sat down in her tent, And he needs to stay here…

“Thanks for the clothes,” Lily smiled as she approached the table where Rick and Michonne sat. “Looks like they fit alright!” Michonne said before taking a bite of her lunch.

“So do you guys always have a community lunch?” Lily wondered. “Most days we like to get together and eat and mingle. We have new people joining us all the time. Doing this ensures that we all get to know each other,” Rick explained, “Go get something to eat! You must be hungry.” “I am! Thanks again for all of this.” Rick nodded.

Lily made her way over to the food. It all smelled so good. She couldn’t believe how much food there was. She could barely remember the last time she had seen that much food. “You’ll catch flies if you keep your mouth open like that,” a voice joked beside her. She jumped, “Holy shit!” “I’m sorry! Didn’t mean to scare you!” She looked to her left to find a kind face. “Hi, I’m Aaron,” he held out his hand.

“Hi,” she took his hand, “I’m Lily.” “Nice to meet you! How are you liking it so far?” he asked her. She grabbed the plate that was handed to her and said, “It’s amazing! I got to take a shower today. Not sure of the last time that happened.” Aaron laughed, “It’s not always hot but at least we have water!” “Exactly! It was nice meeting you,” she grinned and went to search for a place to sit.

“Lily,” Brad whispered, “Get up. We need to get out of here.” Lily’s eyes opened, “Is everyone asleep?” He nodded, “Let’s go.” She grabbed what little she had, including her machete, and rushed out of her tent. They ran out of the camp that had kept them prisoner for weeks.

“Lily! Slow down!” Brad shouted. “Shhh!! Quiet! We aren’t in the clear yet!”

As they struggled up the hill, Brad grabbed her arm, “Slow the fuck down!” Lily’s balance went off and she nearly sprained her ankle. She stopped and stared at him, “Don’t touch me. Keep up and shut up.” She turned around and started moving again. They stopped behind the largest tree she could find to catch their breath.

“You were just going to leave me behind, weren’t you?” His accusatory tone made her blood boil. “I thought about it,” she answered without hesitation. His face got red, “You dumb bitch.”

“You can insult me later. We need to keep moving.” Brad got angrier and began to raise his hand to hit her. She stood perfectly still as she saw the walker coming up behind him. Without missing a beat, the walker took Brad’s hand into its mouth. “MOTHER FUCKER!!!” he screamed. He grabbed his hand. “You didn’t warn me!!!” he shouted at her.

“I didn’t see it,” she said as she struck its head with her weapon. “Here,” she handed him the handkerchief in her pocket, “Cover it up.” They continued to run.

“I can’t fucking believe you just let that happen, you cunt!” he continued to shout at her as he wrapped up the wound. With her back to him, she smirked. “I told you. It’s dark. I didn’t see it.” Brad winced in pain.

“Fuck. How are you gonna live longer than me?! This is bullshit!” “Sorry,” she shrugged. “No, you’re not! You couldn’t give a shit!” He continued to accuse her. They came upon an old shed. “Stay here,” Lily walked in, machete raised, and cleared it. “Come on,” she demanded. “I can’t believe you’re gonna let me die…” “I can’t believe you’re still fucking talking about it,” she snapped. “Drop the attitude,” he said. “Drop dead,” she scoffed.

Brad reached for her but was already becoming too weak. “Awww…Little Bradly can’t hit me anymore,” Lily mocked him. She moved to the opposite side of the shed and waited…

“How was it?” Rick asked as he walked by. “Wonderful! Can’t wait to see what’s for dinner!” She laughed. He smiled, “I have some things I need to do for the rest of the day so if you need anything, go bother Michonne. She’ll get you whatever you need.”

“Thanks. I really appreciate all of this.” Lily’s appreciation couldn’t be explained. “I’ll see you later, I’m sure,” he said. Rick and Michonne walked away, hand in hand toward their home. Lily began making her way back home.

I need to know who that prisoner is… she thought. She looked over her shoulder to make sure nobody was nearby. She snuck around to the back of the makeshift prison. She found the door unlocked and let herself in. “Hello?” she whispered. She looked straight ahead to find the door to the basement. She slowly opened it, the hinges creaking slightly.

“Ricky-boy! Back already?! You just brought me lunch!” A deep, booming voice echoed through the room. Lily slowly crept down the stairs. “Not Rick,” she quipped.

She saw a large figure move to the front of the cell. “Oh, hello. Are you my present for being so good?” he smirked. Lily gave him a disgusted look, “No. Rick doesn’t know I’m here. Why are you in there?”

He smiled, “Rebel. You must be the newbie Rick was talking about. I’m Negan.” “That’s great. Why are you in there? What did you do?” she snapped. He sighed, “I was a prick. I fucked up some shit, killed some people that I thought deserved it, took people’s shit. I was a fucking asshole, basically.” She nodded, “Okay. Well then…see ya.” She waved coldly as she began her way to the stairs.

“Wait! Hang on. What’s your name?” he asked. “Why?” she replied. “So, I can put a name to the face and body I’ll be thinking about later,” he joked.

“Wow. Okay. You’re gross.” “Yes.” “Lily.” Negan grinned, “Gorgeous name for a gorgeous woman.” “Clam down, buddy. You’re acting desperate,” she insisted.

“Well, it’s been a few years. Pardon my fucking hard-on,” he said. “Jesus. Alright. I’m leaving now.” “Don’t wanna fucking keep me company? Or show me some of that fine ass fucking body so I have more to use?” he questioned.

“Nope! Bye,” she stated. “Okay. Sorry. Let’s start over. I’m Negan. You’re Lily and you are fucking stunning. I appreciate your company and I hope you’ll come see me again.” Lily felt her face grow hot from embarrassment, “Thanks. I’m not sure that will be likely. But it was nice meeting you. I hope you stop being a prick and can get out of there soon.”

“Yeah. Thanks. I’m trying. I think they should get me a shrink but apparently those are hard to come by in this place.” He looked down at the ground, almost embarrassed by the suggestion.

“Hmm…okay. Well, see ya,” Lily waved again. “I’ll dream of you,” he said. “Uh huh.” Lily made her way back upstairs. Before she shut the door, she heard his deep voice say, “Damn….nice ass.” She rolled her eyes as the door clicked shut.

“Sexy but what an asshole…” she said under her breath. She rushed out the door and hurried back to her own home.

Brad coughed up blood, “Fuck! God damnit! What are you gonna do with me?” “My plan is to shove this knife into your brain after you take your last breath,” she stated coldly.

“You’re gonna die without me,” he whimpered. Lily shrugged, “At least I’ll be without you.” “You deserved to get raped back there.” His voice growing wearier.

“Okay.” “You’re a fucking whore. You always were.” “Uh huh.” “What? ��All of a sudden you’re immune to me?” He grew angry. “Yep. Go fuck yourself. Good fucking riddance.”

“Fuck you,” he coughed again. Lily smiled, “You done yet?” He looked up at her, red in the face, “You fucking cunt…” “FUCK YOU!!!” She took her machete and began hacking away at his head. The blood and bone and skull splattered all over her and the wall behind him.

She screamed as she made him completely unrecognizable. The sound it made her cringe and cry all at once. Her smile grew as she placed her machete back in its holster. She grabbed the little water and food they had and began her trek to the next place.

KNOCK KNOCK! Lily jolted awake on the couch. She walked over and opened the door. “Hey. Sorry to bother you,” Michonne stood on her porch with a basket of apples, “We had some extra. Want some?” Lily beamed, “That would be great. Thank you.” She took the basket from Michonne and invited her in.

“Thanks, but I need to get Judith up from her nap,” she grinned. “Judith?” Lily looked at her quizzically. “Rick’s daughter,” she responded. “Oh. Gotcha! Well, thanks again.” “No problem!” Michonne made her way off Lily’s porch.

“Oh! Michonne!” she shouted. Michonne turned around. “What job is Rick going to give me?” “Depends on your skills. You were a doctor, right?” “Pathologist, yeah. But I also have a Master’s in psych. Don’t know if that’s helpful…” she trailed off. Michonne lit up, “I think it could be!” “Great. See ya later!” Lily waved and shut the door.

She took the apples into the kitchen and set them on the counter. “Peeler…” she said to herself, “I need a peeler…and cinnamon….”

As she stirred in the cinnamon and sugar into the cooked-up apples, another knock came to the door. “Visitors all day,” she joked to herself. She opened the door to find a teenage boy standing on her porch.

“Um…hello…” she hesitantly greeted him. “Hey. I’m Carl. Rick’s my dad,” he explained. “He asked me to come over and check on you and to let you know that dinner is almost ready if you want any.” “Oh. Great! Uh, thank you!” she exclaimed. She tried not to stare at the eye patch that peaked from under his sheriff’s hat. “My eye got shot out a few years ago,” he noticed her curiosity. “Jesus…I am so sorry. I didn’t mean to stare,” Lily showed her embarrassment. “No! It’s okay. It’s not something you see every day, right?” he laughed.

“I guess that’s true…” she trailed off. “Well, if you wanna eat, you’re welcome to meet us in the courtyard,” he invited her. “Thank you. I’ll probably be there shortly,” she replied. “Great! Well, see ya!” he said, awkwardly.

“Cute kid…” she said, shutting the door again. She sighed as she walked back to the kitchen to put the apples in the fridge. “Maybe I can take these to him later,” commenting to nobody. She wasn’t sure why she was even thinking about him but she couldn’t get that smile out of her head. What the fuck is wrong with you? She thought.
