[ text ] –– you miss 100% of the bank robberies you don’t commit. || @boomboombaby
(✉ → walking headache 💥): I think you might’ve been aiming for ‘Julio’ on this one. (✉ → walking headache 💥): Which bank was it this time, Tabby? (✉ → walking headache 💥): If it was BofA, I can let it slide. (✉ → walking headache 💥): But next time you invite me my kid. She needs entertainment.

Is it gay if you kiss your friend in a closet?
“Well, now, that depends on the friend, doesn’t it? And the sexualities of the people involved. The act of kissing, in and of itself, doesn’t adhere to anything without more context, dear.”

“ well, if it isn’t the feeling i was trying to avoid. ” || @boomboombaby
Just like she had expected Rictor to appear with flames in his eyes, Jean knew that it wouldn’t be long before Tabby Smith made herself known in the aftermath of Erik’s resurrection. While the public wasn’t aware of the intricacies of Erik’s death and rebirth (a fact she was eternally grateful to her sister for), rumors were swirling among mutants that were a little too close to the truth for comfort. The overwhelming opinion was that Jean Summers was at the centre, and on that point she couldn’t argue. Scott pulled the trigger, Maddie buried the body, but it was Jean’s fault they were there in the first place. She couldn’t run from that if she was questioned directly – she was only lucky that so far, she hadn’t been.
Until now.
“What feeling is that?” Jean asked. She wished this happened in a way that wasn’t coincidental. She wished that she hadn’t caught Tabby by accident, that she’d sought her out and stopped being such a coward and explained herself. They’d never been particularly close (Tabby was denied from Xavier’s, a fact she learned far later than she should have) but she was still a person, a mutant. Part of the family. “I’m not going to get inside your head. I don’t do that. If you want me to know how you’re feeling …” Jean sucked in a breath. “You’ll have to tell me.”

I heard Tabitha and Nia got up to something in a closet at a party 👀
“Now that’s a story I’d like to hear more about. I do have to wonder if Ms. Smith’s powers extend to fireworks, or if she’s only adept in setting off the more destructive kinds of explosions? Either way, I suppose Nia shouldn’t be surprised when the whole thing goes up in flames. Seeing the future isn’t without its perks, is it?”
