Okay, I guessed quite a few chapters back that she was the author of TWSA but I never thought that she was also the author of ORV even though the novel has been getting very meta in the epilogue. (As well as instances here and there throughout the entire novel.)

At least, I'm almost certain that's what this is all implying. They're literally talking about their first appearances in ORV and wanting to know what happens next to Kim Dokja in the story and so on. It has to be ORV itself.

“I can’t believe that actually works.” You marveled, in awe of his scheme that allows him to slip in and out unnoticed by Ms Scrubbit or Bleacher.

“Of course it does, I’ve been doing it for weeks.” Willy replied with a hint of pride, his eyes glinting mischievously.

You shook your head in disbelief, a laugh escaping your lips. Willy, with a confident flourish, guided you through the charming streets of the town. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafted through the air as you entered a cozy cafe, the gentle chime of a bell announcing your arrival.

As you sat in the quaint cafe, sipping coffee and exchanging stories, the atmosphere hummed with an undeniable connection between you two. Willy couldn’t help but steal glances at you, his eyes filled with genuine affection.

The day unfolded with a natural ease, the initial nervousness giving way to a comfortable familiarity that hinted at a deeper connection forming between you and Willy. It became evident that this date was more than just a casual outing.

As night fell back at Mrs. Scrubbit’s, you found yourself once again in Willy’s room, a quiet sanctuary full of wonder, that seemed to let you forget about the fact that you were quite literally stuck in this place forever. He handed you a small, heart-shaped chocolate.

“Here, try this one.”

“What does this do?” you asked, eyes searching for clues in his mischievous smile.

“It makes you kiss the chocolatier,” Willy said, his tone playful.

You squinted at him, uncertain of the truth, and popped the chocolate in your mouth. The rich sweetness enveloped your senses, and you sighed with delight as it melted on your tongue. Willy watched with anticipation, a mischievous glint in his eyes.

With a boldness surprising to Willy, you leaned in, placing your lips against his. Tenderly, he kissed you back, his hand finding your waist.

“Yes!” The moment was interrupted by a cheer from the hallway, and both of you turned to see Noodle, her hand over her mouth in realisation.

“Noodle!” Willy scolded, swiftly closing the door on her grinning face.

“Sorry!” She shouted, before backing off into her own bedroom.

You chuckled, the sound echoing in the room as you shared a moment of laughter at Noodle’s unexpected enthusiasm. Willy, holding your waist, finally confessed, “I lied, by the way. There’s nothing in those chocolates.”

Your smile faltered, cheeks flushing red.

“But thank you for telling me how you really feel,” he added, his smile genuine.

As the laughter subsided, a comfortable silence settled between you and Willy in the dimly lit room. The mischievous glint in Willy’s eyes spoke of a shared secret, a connection that had blossomed unexpectedly. Amidst the hushed atmosphere, Willy leaned in once again, his lips meeting yours in another soft, lingering kiss.

As you pulled away, the room seemed to hold the echo of that shared kiss. Willy’s eyes met yours, and in that silent exchange, an understanding passed between you two. It was a chapter in the midst of unfolding.

“Goodnight, Willy,” you whispered.

“Goodnight, Y/N,” he replied, a gentle smile playing on his lips.

With one last stolen glance, you retreated into the hallway, leaving Willy’s room and the intimate atmosphere behind.

Hnnngh. Something I find a bit interesting about Grimmjow aesthetically during the Thousand Year Blood War arc (manga and anime) is the change of his clothes. Not only do I personally like the new design but the new clothes seem to suit Grimmjow pretty well. I can appreciate the detail of Grimmjow's sword Pantera still being kept on the same [left] side as he seems to be right-handed. He even kept his signature jacket (how many of these does he have left when they keep getting ripped up???) but, sans weapon and jacket, the rest of his clothing is different. HOW, WHEN and WHY though?!

Context of Destruction's return:

Grimmjow returns in the TYBW arc by fighting a quincy that was picking on Urahara and friends in Hueco Mundo. From this all we see is the edge of his sword. Next Grimmjow tries to waltz into Urahara's tent when he heard Ichigo talking via projector, and there we saw the edge of Grimmjow's old hakama uniform:

After this first visual reappearance we get another event: a location transition to some ruins in Hueco Mundo that could include Grimmjow with hints about his location and attire, especially from the anime which shows Grimmjow definitively:

From the anime, we get a decent visual clue about Grimmjow here - after Orihime and Chad's group have arrived at the ruins. As Orihime and Chad talk, there is a figure lurking behind them wearing a cloak who has a sharp, masculine jaw and if you look very closely you can see Grimmjow's unique fancy new shoes in the shadows. So Grimmjow's clothes have changed since arriving at the ruins.

In the manga however, Chad finds Orihime at the ruins with two or three figures behind him that are hard to recognize: If the figure on the left is Grimmjow, then Grimmjow is probably still wearing his hakama uniform upon arrival to the ruins. We don't get very definitive clues about Grimmjow from the manga here.

Based on these two perspectives though, considering them together - since the manga seems to be the group's early arrival at the ruins and the anime seems to be a little while after arrival at the ruins, it's a safe bet that Grimmjow changed his outfit once the group arrived at these ruins in Hueco Mundo.

WHERE are Grimmjow's cool new duds from?

Well, since it doesn't seem like Grimmjow is using a power to have a different appearance, it's reasonable to assume that Urahara provided everyone special new clothing since we find out later that he definitely did this for Orihime from a hilarious discussion about her new clothes (manga - 589). Urahara has proven that he is intuitive enough to design suitable and physically fitting clothes with mysterious properties for people. In terms of Grimmjow's clothing, this seems to be the most solid theory. And I wouldn't say the clothing is a 'free gift' since everyone in Urahara's group that changed clothes also helped fight in the war, gearing soldiers with armor and weapons is a thing. Urahara is a tactical guy and he puts a premium on arrancars' value in the war (manga - 552; anime TYBW part 2 - episode 3) since quincies don't steal their resureccións.

For another theory's sake, Grimmjow's clothes could also be from what's left of stuff in Las Noches, the palace in Hueco Mundo. A theory that Grimmjow could have raided Las Noches and maybe even a quincy camp then made a stash somewhere, and maybe he did, is kinda fun but feels less likely to explain his new TYBW duds.

Grimmjow, my dude, WHY the new look?

I'll start this with a big ol': we can only speculate unless Kubo tells us in Klub Outside or something. Why Grimmjow's clothes are different in the TYBW arc feels like the hardest thing to theorize over.

Though Grimmjow fought a quincy right away when he returned to Bleach, his old hakama uniform didn't look shredded when he tried barging into Urahara's tent (manga - 518; anime TYBW part 1 episode 8 - above). So why would Grimmjow replace his clothing? It's probably not because of that first quincy fight regardless. In the past a different Espada, Szayel, actually left his opponents to change his clothes (manga - 276; anime - 164) so arrancars have the capacity to be vain. However, Grimmjow usually fights until he's wearing tatters of his uniform. He has never seemed like a particularly vain guy nor sentimental, but he does seem cunning, practical and intentional among other primal, brutal and abrupt qualities. He loves a strong opponent in a fight, is difficult to control, does seem to hold grudges and dislikes pity. As long as Grimmjow didn't feel too tethered or pitied he might accept things and deals that Urahara could have offered...if those were beneficial to Grimmjow getting what he wants.

If it fits, I... Grimmjow's New Outfit Design:

The duds fit the dude! Wherever Grimmjow's clothing came from it looks practical in make and style. IT'S KINDA LIKE A ONESIE...BUT HE WOULD MAIM US FOR SAYING THAT even though he looks killer in it...so we'll just call it a 'bodysuit' instead because it's hard to see if it's two pieces... Heh heh. He wears his signature jacket from his old uniform over his new bodysuit. The lower part of the bodysuit even has pockets for him to stuff his hands in, as seems his habit. The white belts are a cool touch and Pantera is still hitched to his left hip seeming to give the belts purpose. His shoes...god. If a man is going to wear heels those are it. The shoes are the flashiest part of Grimmjow's outfit. One could argue that the jagged guard around the toes and the one at his heel could help protect his feet.

Overall Grimmjow's new outfit is pretty streamlined, not a lot of flappy snag hazards, but it has several sharp/pointy accents. The new design feels like a reflection of his agile but vicious demeanor with some hollow flare. His new outfit is curiously the same color scheme as his old Espada hakama uniform...but why? Well, Grimmjow probably isn't wearing it to be sentimental since he previously made defying Aizen a habit and attacked arrancar on his own side multiple times. Yet, the colors are the same and we still don't actually know why!

A fun little theory about why Grimmjow kept his old uniform and accepts the same color scheme for his new clothing could be that since quincies are trying to take Hueco Mundo away from hollows and arrancar, Grimmjow might feel like wearing these are a sign of defiance. He is said to be a little territorial and absolutely defiant. This is just a theory though.

In the deep v-neck of Grimmjow's bodysuit we can still see two significant scars on his torso. One is the scar that Ichigo's Getsuga Tensho attack gave Grimmjow (manga - 211; anime - 121) and above it is a second scar which Nnoitora's Santa Teresa inflicted on Grimmjow (manga - 286; anime - 190). Grimmjow overtly states in his third fight with Ichigo (manga - 279 - above; anime - 165) that he has purposefully kept the scar from Ichigo. The scar from Ichigo is clearly a bit special ('a reminder' in some translations) and the second scar from Nnoitora happened right after Grimmjow and Ichigo's grand third fight. Maybe Grimmjow feels similarly about both? This is probably as close to sentimental as canon Grimmjow will ever get. Those scars seem important though. Grimmjow displays his scars instead of hiding them...and if he wanted to hide them he certainly could have, but he hasn't. Pretty badass to do that intentionally.

Does Grimmjow like his new clothes? Enough to wear them. lol Otherwise who knows. He seems much more interested in picking his next fight and doing other...Grimmjow things...you know, like being a bit of a loner and devastatingly handsome!

I think it’s so funny that people think Jaegyeon is ‘evil’ or that he doesn’t care about Seongji.

In the Cheonliang arc it was literally stated that Jaegyeon was the one who frequently actually was in contact with Seongji and even visited him. You could see that he did actually care for Seongji. All of the kings do till this day.

‘But he used Seongji’s name.’ Yes he did. Does the fact that he apologized make it up for it? No. Does that mean that Seongji didn’t mean anything to him? Also no. In the panel after he called out Seongji’s name, you can see that his gaze is averted. Could it be that PTJ just didn’t bother to draw his eyes? Yeah. But it could also mean that he did deeply regret what he did. It is a petty and shameful thing to do, calling out your dead friend’s name. But then, the 1st generation kings aren’t saints. They care for each other, and they also fight each other.

‘But he’s a traitor’ to who? James? Yeah ofcourse he is, why would Jaegyeon na ever want to be on James’ side. So him being on Jinrang’s side makes perfect sense.

It’s just kind of weird that i’m seeing everyone assume so much about him when PTJ has always wrote lookism in a ‘don’t judge too quick way’

Chapter 1 - The Summoning.

SUMMARY: The new ghoul was in a world of pain and horror when he was summoned into the ministry. Skittish as he was, he found himself seeking the comfort and calmness of the water.

WARNINGS: blood, angst, violence, wounds, medical care, nonsexual nudity, sedation, panic attacks.

Phantom could barely breathe. He felt like he was on fire, his entire body flaming with sheer agony. He couldn’t see out of his right eye, and he was acutely aware of the blood running down his face. He couldn’t tell if he was screaming or crying, or where he was — in that moment, all he knew was pain. He could feel people around him, the energy in the room panicked and frantic as he laid bleeding on the cold tile floor.

Hands were grabbing him from every direction, pulling his naked body up and moving him somewhere while he writhed in torment. The vision he had left was blurry, and he could only make out blobs of color in his pained state. The edges of his vision were going dark, and he hoped that maybe, he’d be given a blessing by Lucifer and just pass out. The pain would go away for a while.

And it seemed that the Dark Lord was merciful enough to let his consciousness slip away, his body going limp in the hands of whoever had been carrying him.

Jealousy and anger were the sole reasons for Phantom’s condition. Once the other ghouls in the Pit around him saw that he was being summoned out of that horrible place, they suddenly decided that they needed to ‘hitch a ride’ on him. Claws and teeth and tails clung to him tightly, but he fought. He fought until he was bloody, bruised with torn and burned flesh. The fire ghouls had gotten to him too, he thought. He distinctly remembered a particularly envious water ghoul dragging her claws from his hairline down to his jaw, blinding his right eye and leaving irreparable damage. He couldn’t see the other ghouls, but by the feeling of his aching body and agonizingly painful skin, they were just as vengeful.

When Phantom woke up, he was heavily medicated, entirely dazed as he looked around. His vision was unfocused and he was still exhausted, but he was numb. He could’ve thanked whoever was responsible for that. The agony was gone.

However, his happiness due to his lack of pain was quickly replaced with fear when he heard footsteps entering the room he was in. He hadn’t even been aware enough to actually take in his surroundings — it looked like he was in some kind of hospital. He had so many questions amongst the newfound panic in his mind.

Where was he?

What happened?

Who was approaching the room?

A large ghoul came into his view, and he immediately shot up and tried to scramble backwards. He didn’t get very far, due to the IV tubes and the medication in his system, so his back just hit the top of the infirmary bed. Sweet Lucifer, he was backed into a metaphorical corner.

“Okay, it’s alright. You’re not in any danger,” the big ghoul said, placing the chart down on a small table and holding out his hands.

“Who are you?” Phantom asked, his voice panicked and slightly slurred from the pain medication. The ghoul was much bigger than he was, and he’d only ever had dangerous experiences with larger ghouls.

His fight or flight was kicking in, and he’d never been one to pick fights he knew he’d never win.

All day thinking about the woman, wanting the woman, and here is where she got stumped?  “You can ask.” She tried to sound as suave as possible, though a slight nervous tremble in her voice threatened to expose her.  Gert wasted no time. “Will you then?

“What did you do with that dress anyway?”  “Nothing yet,” she answered honestly, “Though I'm thinking of burning it for warmth in the event of an apocalypse.”  Vi seemed to think about that answer, staring at Gert, before the two exchanged laughs, and time itself slowed down.  “Always in our hearts.” Vi feigned mourning for the dress that had started it all.

“You’re a horrible driver.” She spoke minutes into the car ride, hand gripping the door handle. The declaration was only slightly overplayed.  Gert scoffed, “Excuse you!” she sent her a glare as she shifted gears, “I’ll have you know it’s this rotten car.”   “Oh, no, it’s definitely you.” Vi went on testing. Teasing, “I knew I was in shaky territory with your seat being pushed that far back.”  She smiled as a startled, disbelieving cackle came from the woman, her grip on the steering wheel loosening when it should have tightened. They rode over a too-large-to-not-see pothole. Gert swerved madly, like it hadn’t happened.

But the girl was tired, Gert could see. Just a few hours until dawn, and Gert could accept that new days could mean different new memories. Vi’s voice was lower the next time, “Wish I could take your picture.”  Her picture.  “Yeah?” she yawned. The sound of a calmer set playing echoed into the parking lot. “Cameras were made to capture the essence of life. And well… look at you.” Vi got that last part out in a mangled, near pleading tone.  Gert didn’t want to cry about it. It was a few compliments, not a new house gifted to her just because. But sentimentality had been her burden to bear since she was a kid. It got her into trouble then, and it was making her find home in this beautiful soul now. So it was everything.  “I don’t want to go. I don’t want this to end.” Gert let tears well up.  Vi’s hand found her face, gentle fingers brushing the stray tear away. “Stay the night then, pretty girl.”
