I had a ticket for chappell roan in London which got rescheduled and they let me pick between the 20th and 21st September. I got mine for the 20th and then immediately realised I won't be able to go and needed it for the 21st. Ticketmaster have been no help and despite telling me they could refund it, are now saying they can't. does anyone have a ticket for the 21st and would be willing to swap?
