Divide the dough into small portions, roll each into a ball, and press them flat with your palms. Roll each flattened dough ball on a floured surface, turning and adding more flour as needed to prevent sticking. Heat ghee on a tawa (griddle) and carefully flip the rolled dough onto it, allowing it to cook until it bubbles and then flipping it again. Once cooked, apply a little ghee to the finished roti and repeat the process for the remaining dough portions.
