It took her two months to track down the former witch. Some off the beaten road dead end city and half a dozen bars later. It wasn’t as close as she expected, then again by no means was it France, New York or California - places his other siblings found themselves when the Hollow had scattered them across the globe.  None of them had expected Freya’s hail Mary pass to allow Klaus to stay with her and Hope. Hell even she hadn’t predicted the bold move - and Hayley and Freya had gotten closer before the witch sent them all to sleep for five years to give Hayley time to find a cure for them all. But now...now the other woman was the only person they hadn’t heard from since she disappeared into the night with everyone else two months ago and Hayley had been worried. Klaus too of course - though she might not have told the other hybrid that she found Freya. Just in case it was another dead end. No need to get his hopes up for nothing.  She simply said she needed a couple of days to herself - he hadn’t quite believed her, but he waved her off saying he’d be fine with their daughter while she was gone. Just as she knew he would. But Hayley had a feeling it wouldn’t be. The hybrid stepped into the bar, gaze scanning the crowd briefly before her eyes jerked to a darkened corner. She could sense power - feel the presence of a vampire - and she knew that scent well. Freya. She swallowed hard and stepped forward, head held hi. Hayley closed the majority of the distance between them before speaking. “You’re certainly a difficult person to find.”

There were a lot of things that Freya could handle--she handled more than Hope thought that she would be able to handle in the same situations--but Hope still worried. “You’re not INDESTRUCTIBLE though. What happened?” Perhaps if she knew the entirety of the situation, she’d know better how to lend a hand.

       "Well, we're not wasted - yet." Elijah points out, a smile happily placed upon his face. "That's what the honeymoon is for. Well, that and sex of course." He says it completely matter of factly, barely even looking up for the reaction, as he flicks through a magazine. Who knew planning a wedding would involve so many magazines? At least that’s what Rebekah was saying. Elijah was fairly sure he could plan a wedding without all these magazines, but well, Rebekah wanted to help and how could he say no to that? “So if you’re not wasted - then that must mean this is true love?”

Hayley sighed, cocking her head slightly to the side as she surveyed Freya. She had experienced quite the opposite of that problem. She had never known who she was, and so she had always known what she wanted, had always strove towards finding exactly that information. And maybe because of that Hayley did understand a little. Because learning who she really was didn't make her feel any like it, had opened more questions than it had answered.

"You're Freya Mikaelson," she said firmly, making sure to catch Freya's gaze. "You're my friend. My sister. You're Klaus and Elijah and Rebekah and Kol's sister. Finn's sister, too. You're Hope's aunt. You're a witch. But none of that is who you are, Freya. You're a loyal and fierce and stubborn woman, and I can't tell you what you want - no one can - but you'll figure it out. Even if it doesn't seem like, eventually you'll know."

Or so she hoped. Because Hayley didn't really know what she wanted either, less than she ever had.

       diana remained quiet in the beginning, partly because she was incredibly embarrassed that she had managed to bring herself in that particular situation of being yet again dependent on the help of another. the other reason was that she had no idea how to estimate leah. the vampire was pretty direct and diana was under the impression that she didn't exactly enjoy the idea of having her around.

      she tried to push her fascination with modern bandages back -- she's used to herbal compresses or wet cloth. the stuff leah was putting on her wound, however, was different and somehow much easier to handle.

      "i appreciate your help but ... you don't have to do this. you don't need to bother with me" diana mumbled quietly and then bit down on her bottom lip because she had no idea how leah is going to react.
