sonic saw shadow use chaos control and realized he had a chaos emerald....he caught him off-guard and well, now he need to race sonic for it...again, but *this* Sonic seems to have his own new abilities, so there's no reason to hold back!

Once again i am thinking about sonic and tails in frontiers and how sonic goes out of his way to hide the pain he's in from tails because he doesn't want his little brother to worry about him but as soon as tails is in any sign of distress he immediately asks him if he wants to talk

i still can’t believe it took until frontiers for sonic to call tails little bro in-game

sonic and tails being siblings in the games is a thing thats been brought up/hinted at before but mostly in character profiles and such not onscreen... my guess is that game sonic finally calling tails little bro in frontiers has to do with ian flynn helping write the english script for that game. hes not the person who came up with the idea of sonic and tails being brothers or sonic calling tails little bro but it Is a common thing in the comics hes written from what i remember. plus one of the things thats brought up somewhat often in the story of sonic frontiers is family so it makes sense that theyre pushing sonic and tails being siblings a bit harder than usual here

Eggman's memos are always interesting to listen to. And I do appreciate the little details and references to the franchise like how Robotnik got the name "Eggman" which was done to revert his American name back to the Japanese one, they actually did to do what the movie did in Sonic Adventure by having Sonic give it to him as an insulting nickname.
