“maybe you could, yeah,” she nodded, not being able to help herself from letting out a laugh when the blonde wouldn’t let her hand go. she embraced it, however, and they walked down the hall, hand and hand. “i think they’ll love you, chan,” penny smiled, nodding her head, “as long as you keep ‘em in the cage i don’t think the cats will get at him, but you need to be careful,” the older girl reminded, walking channing out to her car.

“do i think it’s bett - yes, i think it’s better, jesus christ. let’s go,” she said, reaching her hand out to help her up and off the ground, “i think they have other mouse friends around here somewhere, i don’t think they’ll be lonely,”

Channing took the hand that was offered, getting up and brushing off her cheer uniform. “I hope so. I’ll bring some cheese tomorrow and stick it behind.. Just so they have some extra food.” She gave the locked one last, semi-worried look before brightening up again and not even letting Penny’s hand go as she started walking. “Do you think a pet mouse would like me? I hope the cats wouldn’t try to like, eat it. I know they say they went vegan back in 2012, but I don’t really believe them. I know the fondue isn’t vegan cheese.”
