You're more amazing than a 0-3
Ah damn, yeah, that happens sometimes. The thing about competitive multiplayer is that for every winner, there has to be a loser.
Anyway here's some writings about the single player Path of Champions
Path of Champions - Dravid Version
Change 1: No progression. I went over this more in my "Path of Champions - Progressionless Edition" document, but tl;dr, the way the progression mechanics are done is bad for the gameplay experience, and progression serves little purpose otherwise. Thus, no champion level, no star powers*, and I'm removing legend level too. Certain things, like max nexus health and starting mana, can be altered by individual adventures if needed.
Change 2: No champion cards for the player. Champions cards do 2 things in Runeterra: They're stronger than the rest of your deck, and they reward you for playing a specific playstyle. The first is just a terrible idea; the amount of games I've lost solely because I didn't draw my champion are only outnumbered by the amount of games I've steamrolled because I DID draw my champion. The second is terrible for Path of Champions specifically, as a major aspect of the mode is improvising a strategy with the random cards and powers you find during the adventure. So, no champion cards for the player.
Change 3: No champion cards for the enemy. Champion cards for the enemy can reduce the game to "do you have removal?" It get especially infuriating when the opponent draws multiple copies of their champion. The purpose of randomness in card games is to create variety, not to screw you over for reasons outside your control.
Change 4: Champion playstyle design philosophy. Champions, both the cards and the playable characters, often mechanically encourage the player to do a certain thing, such as Annie rewarding you for playing lots of spells and skills. This conflicts with the "improvised strategy" aspect of Path of Champions, and should not be done. Some champions' playstyles give you certain tools, such as Gwen giving you lots of units with hallowed. These tools can be used for a variety of strategies, and work much better as playstyles. Champions' starting decks, card reward pools, and star powers will give the player versatile tools, rather than asking the player to use a specific strategy. This allows different playable champion to have a unique playstyle, while still allowing for improvised strategies.
Change 5: Star powers. Each playable champion will have one star power, not linked to any sort of progression mechanic. Just like the champion's cards, the star power will provide a versatile tool that doesn't push the player into a specific strategy. A good example is Mordekaiser's "Twice Slain", which lets the player grant Deathless to their units. A bad example is Mordekaiser's "Thrice Born", which rewards the player for reviving units. A good star power (and card pool) gives the player a tool to be used however they want. A bad star power rewards the player for doing something specific or playing specific kinds of cards.
Change 6: No support champions. The removal of champion cards leaves support champions quite bland and boring. Mixing up the champion's normal card pool with an additional card pool is good for creating variety between different adventures with the same champion, but I'm adding another thing to take on that role.
Change 7: Region card pools. Each (adventure) region will have a large card pool themed around its respective (mechanical) region; Ionia will have stuns, spells, elusive, etc. while Targon will have support, healing, invoke, etc. Most of the cards will be versatile tools, such as Mountain Goat, and there will be a handful of cards in each region that gently reward each of the regions's themes. Since the region is only half the card pool, these rewards have the be low in number and easily splashable into decks that only slightly use the theme.
Change 8: No decking out. When your deck is emptied, it fills back up to its original state. There's already ways to infinitely fill the deck, so the deck out rule serves no purpose. This also lets starting decks be smaller, allowing them to be quickly replaced by new cards.
EXAMPLE CHAMPION
Gwen
Star Power - Snippets of Song: Round Start: If you don't have the attack token, summon a Ghastly Band.
Boisterous Host x2 Phantom Butler x2 Redeemed Progidy x2 Conductor of the Mists x2 Strike Up the Band x2
Also I did more
Level Up Animations
The level up animations in Legends of Runeterra are boring, particularly the modern animations that cut away to a 3D scene to show the champion doing something. They're usually not very exciting or interesting; Yuumi jumps through a portal and then meows, Ilaoi gently swings a tentacle around, Bard flies through some portals and then blows his horn, etc.
The older level up animations were more low budget and didn't use 3D scenes. Sometimes they were pretty boring like Garen and Darius, but other times they made creative use of the card; Nautilus floods the screen with water and an anchor plunges into it, rising up to reveal the level 2 card; Jinx zooms across the field in an instant, writing her name in graffiti and flipping into the level 2 card. That kinda stuff is cool and creative, and doesn't try to make you forget that you're playing a card game. I want more level ups that are at least kinda creative, because the 3D scenes aren't cool.
YUUMI The Book of Thresholds opens to reveal her level 1 card, then the page turns to a hand-drawn sketch of her card art. The pages start turning rapidly to play a flipbook animation of Yuumi jumping through a portal, finishing by revealing her level 2 card.
SAMIRA Six targets appear, and Samira's card strikes each one in sequence with her weapons, building up her combo rank until she destroys the last one with a spinning slash, flipping her card around to the level 2 card.
GWEN Gwen's card is covered by cloth, and her sewing tools work and cut the cloth into her outfit and pose it into the pose in her level 2 card art, then in a flash the cloth and outfit are gone and her level 2 card is revealed. OR Gwen's card is covered by cloth, and her sewing tools work and cut the cloth faster and faster until in a flash, the cloth is gone and her level 2 card is revealed.

Hi!
I don't draw cats very often, so I just had to draw one just for you. I chose my favorite Yuumi skin, I hope it's not a problem <3 Thanks for your request and for nice idea!

The State of PPAU: A Really Long Post
This is gonna read like a video essay script I’m sorry 😭 and I'm serious about it being long this is 3k and says nothing really
When I started PPAU, it was more of a oneshot that I never expected to finish. Of course, I did finish it, so then I ended up posting it. At some time around then, my art teacher wanted me to draw up some sort of fictional setting, so I cheated and drew the players-as-champions universe I had been envisioning for months, inspired by the initial shots in the Burn It All Down MV of bright lights in a dark, rainy city. (That’s probably why the PPAU version of China has that same vibe of heavy rain and colorful light 90% of the time.) The first fic came out, and… it didn’t seem to draw much attention. Which, by the way, isn’t a problem, but it felt pretty discouraging back then. I came from a really close community in my last fandom where we would always be leaving paragraph-long comments on each other’s works, so getting a grand total of zero comments made me decide that I wouldn’t continue the universe like I had hinted. Much.
The second PPAU fic was about the most popular North American team at the time, EG. At the time of posting, it was my way of saying goodbye to a universe I didn’t think I’d explore more of. Unlike my first fic, however, this one did get comments and kudos galore (I legitimately thought someone kudos-botted the fic or something since it had more kudos than hits). One comment in particular offered me more than just encouragement—it offered me a question. AryaSage wanted to understand how people got their powers, since it seemed a little inconsistent between fics. I never really answered that question very well, since magical sources of power were decidedly complicated in PPAU. But that  comment was what made me decide to continue PPAU for at least a little longer.
My third fic was something pretty new for me. Instead of a oneshot that was mostly action or random fluff, I was going to do a multichap with a plot. You see, while trying to come up with championship wishes, I decided to give Scout one that would synergize with his champion, Zoe. I wrote down something along the lines of “boundless energy, never sleeps.” After a second of thinking, I added, “—angst?” Exploring championship wishes, the consequences of being a moron and the bond between teammates sounded like fun, so I went for it. Unfortunately for me, I couldn’t really write a vaguely emotional, character-driven story without understanding the characters. And I knew very little about EDG, considering I have been a Damwon fan for almost as long as I’ve been into esports, and I am also a petty bitch. Rather than research, I went off pictures and their champions. Meiko was Yuumi, so he was generally cheerful, a great support outside of battle, and big on physical touch. Viper was Aphelios, so he was mysterious and cool. (AryaSage later gave him trauma.) Scout had to have a reason to make his stupid wish in the first place, so I made him a little bit of a moron. Jiejie was my favorite EDG member, although that’s not saying much, and I made him sarcastic because of his smirk in pictures. Flandre… was also there. In the span of about a week, I did what I had never done before: I finished a multichap fic. Arya commented on each chapter as it came out, which reminded me of my old fandom and helped motivate me to figure out what the hell my plot was. I call one day you’ll wish you hadn’t the EDG pilot, since I clearly hadn’t figured out the characters yet.
Going into my fourth fic, I knew it was going to be an LCK fic. One commenter, rakuyou, said they would love to read more, and suggested that I write LCK next. I agreed, since I had written about the other three major regions already. I planned to write about Damwon, because again, I’m a Damwon fan and Showmaker has been my favorite for years. (He made it into EDG’s fic. That’s how you know it’s bad.) But when I tried to write about them… no ideas came to mind. I ended up thinking about a few clips I’d seen of Gumayusi talking about proving himself to Keria, and I typed out a line: “Okay, so in hindsight, this wasn’t the greatest idea.” Since I had covid at the time and therefore nothing to do but blow my nose and sit in my room, I wrote the rest of the fic in one day. My mom chose the title when she came to bring me my Chipotle. Rakuyou and Arya appeared again to cheer me on, and when Arya suggested that I do a Viper-centric fic to figure out his Deal (see note on me making him mysterious), I decided I might as well.
So I did. And posted my fifth fic. The next day. As one does. The next two fics, while fun, didn’t have as much crazy inspiration behind them. They were both actually written from prompts, since I ran out of ideas.
And then there was someday both of us are leaving here. I wrote the beginning of the sixth chapter first as a sort of sequel to counting failures, and then decided to make it a multichap 5+1. After chapter 4, DRX beat T1, and my fic ended up getting a lot more attention as people tried to cope with those finals. Two of my readers, a certain axolotl and owl, would later become my friends. Ginger Owl in particular motivated me to make the fic’s ending as good as it could be, since it was one of her favorite fics at the time.
It’s worth noting that at the time of posting the sixth chapter, I had been dealing with depression for about six years. The pandemic hadn’t helped, and I was convinced that I was a failure compared to who I used to be. That had just started to change, as I realized about a day before my depression’s birthday that I might be able to be okay after all. One of my friends was also struggling with self-worth in comparison to someone else, similar to Gumayusi in the fic. In the seventh and final chapter, Keria tells Gumayusi that he doesn’t have to be Teddy or any of their teammates. All he has to be is Gumayusi. That chapter wasn’t just a love letter to Ginger Owl and my friend—it was a reminder to myself, of what I’d learned. I was vastly different from how I used to be, sure, and I was worse in a lot of ways, but my current self was also better in other aspects. I didn’t have to compare myself to who I used to be or to anyone else—I was enough.
Yeah so then my grandpa died and I wrote angst to cope. Blah blah.
But my grandpa dying and my depression isn’t important to this story! Something more important happened: SHOWMAKER LOST IN QUARTERFINALS. Filled with mald and the spirit of NA, I wrote there’s no crown for losing. And this shit is so bad it warrants a section break.
For the first eight fics, PPAU had a solid identity. It was supposed to be a bunch of fairly short fics, some with self-contained arcs, that took place in the same universe, were canon compliant, and could be read without prior knowledge of the universe. Obviously, this wasn’t fully the case, since someday both of us are leaving here required knowledge of counting failures, but I figured it wouldn’t be too hard for a gumakeria fan to read a short gumakeria prequel. Plus the whole universe isn’t explained at the beginning of each fic, because that would make me die inside. Anyway, these stories were never connected all that much, making it easy for someone to pick and choose which ones they read based on what teams or players they liked. But there’s no crown for losing was the beginning of the end. Funnily enough, the canon compliance (AKA generally sticking to PPAU versions of IRL events and relationships) wasn’t completely destroyed the second I came up with the idea of a DK EDG crossover, since Damwon posted about LOSER FINALS TODAY WE GONNA WIN THIS TIME BROTHERS. DK VS EDG, TIME: WHENEVER YOU WANT. I love tncfl with my whole heart, but there’s no denying it did two very dangerous things to the universe.
It introduced the idea of what I call a “mcdonalds fic”, where the previously unrelated characters from past stories came together to make something that was decidedly less than canon compliant. A mcdonalds fic, in essence, puts characters together despite the fact that they have barely interacted at all IRL, and therefore defies canon.
It introduced Showmaker as the main character instead of a snarky, mysterious asshole like he was in his previous appearances.
But surely there’s no crown for losing didn’t matter, because it was a one-time thing! Right? Well, it would have been, but then brute force and style combine was an even bigger mcdonalds fic, featuring players from all four regions and all TEN of the previous fics. (I’m serious.) Worse, that fic set up a possible plot, what with the ominous ending and hint that something new was coming. Right after that came run away from the faith, which marked the first time two characters had an important interaction that was insanely non-canon compliant. And of course, then there was now I’ll never be the same, and the Ruination arc, which was so, so non-canon compliant. It literally added a plot that was so disruptive that I had to reschedule some of the IRL matches in-universe, and although that might have been fine, it, uh… It was a global crisis with lasting effects, most notably the trauma I inflicted of some of PPAU’s most prominent characters.
The Ruination arc was a little weird, since it was split into eight fics despite having the same central plotline and arc. I don’t think it would have made much sense as a single fic either, since the POVs and focuses vary wildly (which is a problem in the alt ruination fic), and seeing as I had no idea what the plan was when I posted the first fic, there wasn’t much I could do. During the Ruination, if you wanted to know what the hell was going on, you absolutely had to read the fics that came before it, which wasn’t anything like the format I had going before. I was really drained writing the Ruination, since it was such a big project that I wasn’t sure I could finish. That’s probably why PPAU started how it did—so that no matter when I stopped writing PPAU, it would have a clear enough ending. Like a moron, I even hinted at a second Big Plot in the Ruination finale.
I ended the Ruination by celebrating the fact that all the Plot Shit was over and that I could get back to crack and my regularly scheduled programming. Except… I couldn’t. My next fic, while basically a crack oneshot, referenced the Ruination. I couldn’t justify not doing so, since Keria kind of died and saved the world. It was an awkward in-between of the two PPAU styles, since it could be read without context right up until Gumayusi and Keria start talking about an old arc. Most of the next few fics—a heart full of fire, pray for glory, rise up and sing, and even legendary (the stars will remember you)—were more of a return to the oneshot, non-interconnected format. The obvious exception is what are you willing to lose, but that one kind of had to be open-ended. Even though they were more of a return to the format, all of them still at least referenced past fics and arcs, and with Faker’s fic reaching 2023, it’s going to mention the Ruination. Except for rise up and sing, because EU is fundamentally irrelevant in this universe despite being the first region I wrote about.
At this point, I didn’t have my self-contained arcs or my canon compliance or my oneshots that you could read independently. It was a whole interconnected mess of plot spaghetti, and it still is. At first, the “series” title didn’t really fit PPAU, since they were all just vaguely related fics, but the Ruination really made it a series. While you can still read the first thirteen fics with little to no context, the rest of the series has required reading, and that’s just… not what I meant to do. PPAU spans 50 fics if you count AryaSage and Space_Axolotl’s contributions—which you should, because they’re a) bangers and b) related to the “plot”. You also have to count the alternate Ruination, which I wrote as a fun what-if and now has a bunch of lore for the universe that can’t be found anywhere else. So now PPAU is over 300,000 words. You have to read a bunch of shit to understand one fic. Plus, while having self-contained arcs is good, now that I’m dragging them all together, you can’t just choose to read the fics about your favorites if you want to understand a new fic. So PPAU’s old concept is working against what it’s become. Honestly, if I wasn’t the author and I saw PPAU today, I wouldn’t read it.
Look… I’m not writing for the sake of external validation, because I know I shouldn’t, but it’s not as if that doesn’t play a big part. Passion can only get me so far, and that was clear as soon as I started, since I would have quit after my second fic. PPAU isn’t exactly new reader-friendly, so most of my readers are what I call the squad: people who have read a large amount of PPAU and are more committed to it as a universe. Which is cool. I love the squad. It reminds me of my old fandom. But—and this is going to sound bad—sometimes it doesn’t feel like it’s enough. Maybe I’m spoiled by my old fandom, because again, we had paragraph-long comments and discord servers where we would live react to fics (and still leave comments at the end). Maybe I’m not. Either way, it doesn’t change the fact that those long comments that give me motivation and dopamine like nothing else are hard to come by these days. And by the way, there is NOTHING wrong with that, or with the fandom as a whole. Well actually the fandom has an issue with not crediting people or asking permission to use their ideas (star guardian anon i mean you /frfr) or supporting authors as much as they should but whatever. Anyway, I don’t blame anyone for not leaving comments, and I’m not saying that you should. Well I am saying that but I mean it generally and not about my works in particular. Writing any non-T1 fic means that you’re resigning yourself to it not being nearly as popular, and I’m not exactly a T1 main. I think I would have more than a few fics that didn’t have comments were it not for the squad, which kind of bothers me. I love the squad, but when it’s just them commenting on a fic, I start to think that if that fic didn’t have my name attached to it, no one would want to read it. Not even me! And at that point, why am I posting it? Why am I writing it? That’s my kind of thought process when it spirals.
Even without that, it doesn’t change the fact that I’m just not happy with PPAU’s concept. It’s not fully interconnected, but there are a bazillion plot lines tangled up in there, and it’s not a series, but the Ruination definitely is. Canon compliance is a myth at this point. It’s not the approachable little universe it was when I made it two years ago. I’ve spent more than two years writing and drawing almost exclusively PPAU things, and… this is the part where I say that it’s gotten tiring, but that’s not the case. There are so many stories I can still tell, plus a big plotline I could explore. But if I’m putting all my brainrot into this one universe, I want to at least be happy about how that universe works—and I’m not.
There’s no easy fix for any of this, though. I can’t untangle the plot threads and fics no matter what, and my ongoing fics reflect that. Faker’s fic will eventually answer a question that was asked by the very first fic, which does seem fitting. Because Faker. Showmaker and Canyon’s fic sets up a Noxian plotline (good timing I know) that has been around since a heart full of fire. But I alluded to Showmaker’s backstory in his first big fic. See point about tncfl breaking the universe. Alt Ruination will also be related to the greater lore of the universe, which I resent. It’s meant to be a spinoff, man… Zoomer fic was initially tied to the Noxian plot before I remembered that was a bad idea, but it still introduces a possible plot going forward. JackeyLove’s fic heavily relies on the Ruination and sets up the Void plotline, because it’s him.
Quick aside, JackeyLove is probably my favorite character I’ve created. He wasn’t supposed to be much (despite me liking iG for longer than I’ve liked DK) but while considering what Kai’Sa might exist as in PPAU, I wrote that she was “a girl who underwent a risky operation to save her life,” with said operation obviously being the Void symbiote. I used the same concept for JackeyLove, which was cool and all until I realized that he might have a little trauma about that. So he’s a bit of a mess now. In a good way. He has Showmaker’s sass, Viper’s trauma, Faker’s weird power scaling and plot relevance…
Okay anyway. There’s no way to fix PPAU, which is upsetting considering everything I’ve put into this universe. Every chapter I post only exacerbates the issues. I still fully intend to post those chapters and eventually write the Void and Noxian plotlines, which should come to a head this year anyway. After that… we’ll see how I feel. Plot sounds painful. I don’t think I’ll outright end PPAU at some point. It’ll just stop. Which is ominous but that’s how it goes ig.
It would be nice to work on some other projects too. I have to write that T1 novel, which will be in its own universe. Then there’s the fabled “hvau” which has been cooking for forever. Featuring my favorite mcdonalds morons.
Maybe one day I’ll at least fix the organization of PPAU… Until then, I’d like to thank the squad I mentioned previously. I appreciate all the support more than you know. Everyone who’s commented/screamed at me in DMs for 2 hours about what I wrote, I love you. Thank you for reading!

Random WHB tier lists based on games/franchises I've recently had brainrot of
I may not play WHB regularly now (no, seriously, last time I played was during the Tortured Leviathan Nightmare Pass, then Girls Frontline 2: Exilium and especially my Puyo Puyo + Trauma Center obsessions resurfacing from high school happened) but I still love some characters a bit too much to truly let go of them aha...Marbas, Lucifer, Minhyeok, Belial, Gusion, and Naberius, my beloveds-
But more than that I guess it's more of like...my old obsessions being annoying brainworms again, which leads to brainrot, essentially. That, and watching an unhealthy amount of League of Legends esports content.
Fair warning that most of these are purely based off vibes!
So, without further ado...
1.WHB as MOBA players when facing an OP character
Tumblr media
Yes, this is the MOBA brainrot speaking.
As for tier explanations:
Tier 1: Some people just want to watch the world burn.
Tier 2: When Mewtwo X and Zacian were first released in Pokemon Unite, many players were so disgusted by how utterly overpowered they were (these two Mons can easily 1v5 coordinated efforts to kill them, even in the hands of not-so-skilled players). It got to a point a subset of these disgusted players actively griefed and trolled those who played them.
Tier 3: Doublelift had this to say about Yuumi, who was a notoriously overpowered Support in League of Legends:
"I am not kidding when I say that if they removed Yuumi from [League of Legends], it would be a better game."
Tier 4: Heo "ShowMaker" Su, professional League of Legends player, had this to say about the then-OP Champion known as K'Sante...keep in mind this is just the K'sante rant, which has become a meme, and the original stream highlight as uploaded by his esports team (Dplus KIA) was simply titled "NERF THIS".
youtube
Tier 5: Comfey is essentially Yuumi in Pokemon Unite, which is why people said it's overpowered in coordinated play. Notably, spragels has an entire video going in-depth about how Comfey breaks the game and how to, essentially, mitigate the sheer brokenness of the Mon.
Tiers 6 and 7: self-explanatory
2. WHB as Arknights Icebreaker Games players
Tumblr media
A bit of context - Icebreaker Games was a multiplayer co-op game mode where players deploy their own squad of units on the same map (this was different from the R6S collaboration event's co-op game mode, where both players are on different but connected maps).
Wis'adel is an absolutely BROKEN Operator whose usage was criticized in Icebreaker Games for being such an insane DPS she essentially ignores stage mechanics and having her Revenants taking up three extra deployment tiles that your teammate might want to use. She absolutely can easily win stages (tier 1) but her Revenants is how most people who want to troll use her (tier 2).
Seeing this, many players attempt to try and limit Wis'adel from ever being used. Some do it in a more violent way using Aak (tier 3) - who inflicts damage on an Operator in his range before buffing them. He's most commonly to buff Operators with high Defense...a stat Wis'adel lacks, so she just Dies.
More peaceful players would put Wis'adel in their subs and simply Not Pick Her whenever she shows up in their randomly-generated picks (tier 4). Not the most foolproof strategy, but it helps.
Last two tiers are, again, self-explanatory.
3. WHB as Puyo-Puyo AI levels
Tumblr media
Puyo Puyo is a competitive puzzle game where your main goal is to make your opponent's board fill up to the 'X' of their field. You do this by sending what is known as Nuisance Puyo to your opponents, generated by popping the regular Puyo you drop into your field.
Tumblr media
Regular Puyo, which are the colored blobs, are cleared by matching four of the same color together. Nuisance Puyo, the grey blobs seen in Lemres (COM1) and Yellow Satan's (COM3) fields, can only be cleared by clearing regular Puyo touching them. You are expected to create chains in order to generate more Nuisance Puyo by arranging your regular Puyos in a way that when one regular Puyo set is cleared, it'll cause another regular Puyo set to be cleared - like what Ecolo (COM2) is doing to the red Puyo set by clearing the yellow Puyos below it. The row on top of your board gives a visual indicator of how many Nuisance Puyo are about to be dropped onto your field (the limit is six rows at once), and you can chip away at it by clearing Puyo chains of your own (otherwise known as offsetting).
The general difficulties are as follows, starting from the ones at the bottom (i.e. easiest difficulty):
Beginner difficulty: allows gravity to drop the Puyo, doesn't really try to form a chain higher than 2. Rotates their Puyo minimally.
Joke AI: uses fast drop to build their joke build before actually playing, prioritizing clearing Puyos in their joke build. Their joke builds may include stacking all Puyos to the sides (Yu and Rei, Dongurigaeru), or stacking Puyo evenly up to a certain height (Suketoudara).
Normal difficulty: will actively attempt to make chains (a 3-chain is the average), but will still let gravity drop their Puyo - until around halfway down the field, where they will then fast drop the Puyo.
Tough, but fair: will bunch Puyos up in threes for ease in chaining, it's not uncommon for them to suddenly pull out 3+ chains. Will fast-drop their Puyo. Starting here, the AI will rush to start a chain to offset any incoming attacks. In 20th Anniversary, in game modes where rotate-stalling is a legitimate strategy to win, they'll do it.
Very tough: the previous tier, cranked up to 11.
Rubber band AI: the AI plays better when you play better...but the issue is that Strange Klug is essentially the final boss of Fever 2, so his base difficulty is already hard.
Unfair: can and will counter your measly 3-chain with a 7-chain, essentially generating enough Nuisance Puyo to fill your board completely unless you offset it. Plays optimally and shows no mercy, including stalling and fast/hard-dropping Puyo in modes that allow them (instantly teleports Puyo to the bottom of the field).
4. WHB in Trauma Team game modes
Tumblr media
Disclaimer: This tier list is made while ignoring the fact that all of them, save for the Paradise Lost demons, absolutely cannot function in an actual hospital scenario.
Trauma Team, released in 2010, is the final instalment in the Trauma Center franchise, a series of medical malpractice- I mean anime surgery simulator games by Atlus (famously known for the Shin Megami Tensei games). We use the term 'surgery simulator' very lightly because, well, it's very anime at times (you fight bioweapons in all previous instalments) and there are still some medical inaccuracies (like operating on a still-beating heart).
Trauma Team, for the most part, is tamer compared to all of its previous instalments. Very standard hospital procedures - until the Rosalia chapter, where you deal with the Rosalia Virus epidemic (which becomes harsher in hindsight when you realize Trauma Team's events happened in 2020 of their canon and the Rosalia Virus is an Ebola-type virus). It has more game modes compared to the previous games, and this tier list would pretty much fit them into the 'vibes' of the Trauma Team game modes...save for the last two tiers.
Surgery: What we often call the 'standard Trauma Center game mode'. Surgery deals with most standard surgical procedures, and in Trauma Team especially a lot of them are very detailed. Most of the time you're only dealing with one patient in each level - in previous games, there were times when you had to deal with multiple patients in one level.
First Response: Always at the scene of an accident or disaster, this game mode focuses on giving first aid and stabilizing victims before transporting them to the hospital for further treatment. The gameplay is frantic, and you're expected to juggle multiple patients at the same time while keeping them alive.
Endoscopy: One of the harder game modes for most, Endoscopy has you, well, operate an endoscope to treat internal wounds - usually conditions within either the digestive or respiratory tracts. Gameplay consists of moving the endoscope around and treating symptoms as they appear.
Orthopedics: Bone surgery, essentially. Along with Endoscopy, it's a game mode that requires delicate control of the Wii remote's motion controls. As such, the amount of precision needed is insanely high, and it rewards careful gameplay. Chip and drill away at bone, affix synthetic bone, treat bone cancer - this game mode has it all.
Diagnosis: Your standard consultation. One of the two more chill game modes, you're really only taking note of symptoms based on patient interview and observations, as well as comparing chart results with potential diagnosis. Requires some creative thinking to get the symptoms you need, for example asking your patient to lift his shirt after he coughed to reveal the fact he has bloody sputum as his clothes came out stained afterwards.
Forensics: The only game mode that doesn't involve medical treatment, and is the other chill game mode. You're solving mysterious deaths, piecing together evidence to deduce and determine how they happened. As an aside, wondering why this game mode is in Trauma Team? Because Naomi Kimishima, the character you play as in Forensics, was a surgeon previously known as Nozomi Weaver, who was playable back in Trauma Center: Second Opinion.
The nurses: Staples in all of the previous instalments, they're your surgical assistants who often remind you of procedures - yes, this includes reminding you to be careful while extracting objects or what tools you're supposed to use. Their role is mostly replaced in Trauma Team by the other doctors or the chairman of their hospital (Esha Patel), except for Diagnosis and Forensics. In Diagnosis, you have RONI, a state-of-the-art computer that eases Gabriel Cunningham (the doctor for Diagnosis) with his job. In Forensics, Naomi is assisted by her previous coworker, Navel (aka Little Guy).
The patients: Self-explanatory, for one reason or another.

Obey Me play League
Diavolo's Team
Simeon - Top - Gwen: Has one build he uses every game, doesn't know how to itemize so he uses an outdated build Leviathan made for him. Terrible at trading and doesn't understand most matchups. Tilt proof. Honestly just wants to hang out with the brothers, mostly Lucifer.
Leviathan - Jungle - Bel'Veth: Super confident jungler and frequently invades and / or starts the enemies buff. 100% owns every Champion and has played them all at least once or twice. Has multiple skins for every character he plays. Is too competitive and easily tilts.
Lucifer - Mid - LeBlanc: Hyper aggressive and all ins level 3 100% of the time, regardless of the matchup. Will track the enemy jungler and harass them. ONLY gets tilted when he isn't doing well, regardless of the team.
Diavolo - ADC - Miss Fortune: Terrible at farming / under 5cs a minute. Only uses the recommended runes and builds. Frequently cancels his ult on accident by walking. Tilt proof. Mostly just loves playing with the brothers, more specifically Lucifer. Also gets him out of paperwork (sometimes.) Will try and get everyone to match skins with him.
Barbatos - Support - Soraka: AMAZING at supporting Diavolo / has adapted to his playstyle. Good vision and map awareness, but will hold his ult for Diavolo / doesn't care if someone is dying on the opposite end of the map. Lowkey tilts but won't say anything.
(May or may not use his future sight for Diavolo’s favor. This was an after thought.)
Tumblr media
Uh- Beelzebub's Team (?)
Beelzebub - Top - Cho'Gath: Is the definition of "top lane island" you don't see him until 20 minutes. AFKs under tower or in a bush to eat, and frequently leaves to grab more food.Tilt proof.
Belphegor - Jungle - Lillia: Safe jungler, only counter ganks / makes easy plays. Won't go for objective steals without the team. Untiltable until someone says something to him.
Mammon - Mid - Pantheon: Spam emotes and HARD egos his lane / will tank autos early game over giving up cs. Roams bot lane the moment he hits level 6, regardless of lane state / forces the fight. Tilts easily.
Asmodeus - ADC - Kai'Sa: Good at csing but gets too caught up in it to make trades / very passive laner. Gets confused on itemization and calls Leviathan. Doesn't tilt in the usual sense, instead he becomes disheartened / sad when doing poorly.
----------
Satan - Support - Yuumi: Starts Support item and a Control Ward over Health potions, doesn't think he needs them. Constantly hopping off to get passive shield. BACKSEAT GAMER, think Remy and Linguini. Most likely has all of Yuumi’s skins and chromas. Picked the pink chroma to match with Asmodeus. Will genuinely be upset if Lucifer survives a big team fight and he doesn’t. WILL flame in chat, VERY tiltable.

My sister and I thought of this randomly. We have more ideas and they'll be posted here! We have Phasmophobia, Baldur's Gate/(Work on Progress), RDR2, and Sims 4. We might take request but no promises.

I have free time today so I decided to draw something as a practice, and I ended up drawing Aurora, the recently released champion of the game.
While I am not Aurora main, and very bad at her compared to my favorite Yuumi and Viego, I am happy drawing this champion, both on actual paper and digital painting. She is the most fun to draw among all the champions.
The technique is just simple watercolor. The difference is just the quality of my equipment. All cost below 2$, including paper and brushes. I’m no expert on actual drawing so I don’t want to spend much on what I have never done before. But I need to admit that even the paper isn’t suitable for watercolor drawing haha.
It is messy, but at least I can use my calligraphy kit to fix some of the errors, and end up as something very weird. For additional digital sketches of Aurora, I’ll throw them up here next time, along with my previous works.

Jay Odejo since you are a Yuumi fan, and quite some time has past, what's your opinion on the Yuumi rework?
OH HELL NO, YOU ARE ABOUT TO AWOKEN THE SLEEPING MONSTER HERE! (But I'll keep it short.....) \\\
I (am) was a proud Yuumi main, that tried to prove everyone with who I play that cat actually takes a skill to play her! Not more on a mechanical level, but more of the macro level - you need to choose on who you should hop on, where to go to be useful, y'know, the usual support stuff.
Tumblr media
She was by far my favorite support to play, her attachment mechanic was fun to have and abuse. Despite people having the opinion she was an "afk" champ, in my experience I was pressing more buttons on Yuumi than on other enchanters like Nami and Soraka. It was satisfying to feel that you did something by yourself and because of your help the fight or even the game was won.
But then pro-players started abusing Zeri/Yuumi, she became obnoxious to play against, more people started crying yada-yada..
REWORK TIME!
Tumblr media
NO ONE LIKED IT.
I still don't know why she is suddenly a beginner champ???? Her being a champion for beginners IS HURTFUL, they won't be able to know how to lane as a support and what to do in this role. Frienship Mechanic existence pisses me off, just like every other Yuumi main. Now it's making us sticking to one teammate, so it limits our tools to do anything on the map.
People complained her being AFK, Riot listened to a community and made her ACTUALLY be AFK. With the rework she doesn't need to move at all now! How convenient. Her Ultimate doesnt feel like one. Have you seen those numbers? Bruh. And it only works on ONE teammate basically.
I can complain about her "W" for years here, explaining why it actively hurts the champion now, but instead of this I will tell a main reason here why I stopped playing this champion at all, and why it's the biggest offender for me -
SHE IS BORING! BORING, BORING, BORING!
Yuumi requires NO SKILL, NO MECHANICS, NO MACRO, NOTHING for you to play her. There will be NO difference between first time Yuumi and a Yuumi fan like me. She is just an item. Your pocket Ardent Censer.
Tumblr media
Okay I wrote an essay here.... I failed with my task.

Fate/GrandOrder -> League of Legends
Turning fate servants into league kits
Episode 9: The Parasite: Kazuradrop
Tumblr media
KazuraDrop
P - KazuraVirus!: When KazuraDrop is near other allied champions, she gains the 120% of the exp she would have lost from sharing.
Q - Pixie Finder: Kazuradrop launches a butterfly in a line that flies over minions and explodes if it hits a champion. Champions hit have a portion of their Attack Speed, Crit Rate, and Cooldown Reduction stolen for 5 seconds. If KazuraDrop is attached she can give the champion she is attached to 30% of the stolen stats.
W - Insect Eater: KazuraDrop dashes to a target allied champion and attaches to them, becoming untargetable. Champions KazuraDrop is *attached* to gain stacks of Sakura over time. KazuraDrop gains 10-30% of the champion with the highest Sakura stacks' total AD, AP, bAS, bonus Armour, and bonus Magic Resist for as long as they have the most stacks.
E - Trash & Drop!: KazuraDrop channels for 2 seconds, during which she is revealed. Afterwards, all enemies in a cone in front of her take max health damage that ignores shields. KazuraDrop is then stunned for 1 second. If KazuraDrop casts this ability while attached it does 50% reduced damage.
R - Bug Space: Creates a Zone where base stats don’t matter. Shreads 50% base health, base magic resistance, base armor, and base AD from all champions in the zone, ally and enemy.
——
Imagine Yuumi, but everyone on both teams hates you even more.
Super selfish support that hates their adc.
Yuumi if it was made for Teemo Players
I hope you hate this tbh. Cuz that’s the point. Hope you like your new permaban.
Also if someone could teach me how to add more text colours than just red orange green blue purple pink on mobile that would be cool

league ask game - 15, 24, 33! if someone has already asked you one of these questions, jump to the next number on the list!
hope you feel better soon <3
15 - "what's your favorite league-related fanfiction? if you can't pick, feel free to answer with multiple!"
for some reason i find no shame in reading fanfiction but the idea of sharing what exactly i read is terrifying . but for this ask game i will get over myself. i havent actually read all that much fanfiction for league . im not very invested in the skin lines or shipping any of the champions so what i have read has been pretty much all specifically related to viktor bc he is the league champion of all time for me. project N: unexpected results is . very good. the rom-com where you kill your father is really something "Dickhead , intellectualism will swallow you whole, love, Sonic" has been in my thoughts since i first read it.
i am skipping to 25 - "what region do you think has the best world building?"
i think currently they are all quite good and saying the blessed/shadow isles is cheating bc its been given way more attention than the others . so my answer is the freljord. those demigods really did . . build ... the world.......... i am struggling to articulate what i enjoy so much abt the way the demigods are written . lissandra . super awesome character, i really like how ornn fits into her story and ALSO NUNU AND WILLUMP. great stuff. song of nunu is a really good game. aurora and the VN they made for her release were great for the world building as well . i could go on but this isnt very coherent.
i am skipping to 34 - "any characters you associate with someone? ie a mutual, specific artist, irl person... anything like that."
my friend winter fucking loves xayah !!!!! ezrealducouteau is The ezreal artist. also i am happy to say that to several ppl i am the yuumi guy.
i am normal now probably thank u for the thought :)

do you play league? if you do, what's your main position/champion?
Hi there, thanks for the ask!
I am pleased to announce that I am an LoL-sober individual. I did play back in 2020-21, but I haven't touched it for the past few years. I first learned the game because one of my friends was really into it and she assembled a team of five of us who all played together on a regular basis, but that kind of fell apart. I played solo queue for a while after that, but I think the summer Star Guardian event in 2022 was the last time I really played. I still have it installed, but I haven't updated it since before Vanguard got implemented - not for any Vanguard-related reason, just because I haven't opened the app since then lmao
As for my main role/champion, back when I was on the team of 5, I was support. If I had to pick a single main, it'd be Blitzcrank, though I think I have more mastery points on Morgana (I have mastery level 7 on both of them, plus a few others - Thresh, Pyke, Lux, Sona, Zilean, Zyra... Yuumi, though I guess they updated the mastery system now? Idk). I was also very fond of Renata Glasc when she first came out and I played her a good deal. My secret pocket pick was always TF support (point-and-click cc is never bad!), or sometimes a BeryL-inspired Heimerdinger.
After my team broke up, I quickly discovered that playing support in solo queue is Not The Move since you completely live or die by your matchmade teammates, so I decided to pivot over to jungle from there. My jungle mains are Ekko and Evelynn, and they gave me *far* more agency in how my games went, for better or worse. My jungler prowess is not nearly as strong as irl Oner's, ofc, but I like to think that I'm not *too* bad at it! I'm certainly much better at TFT and LoR than I am at League, though.
Thanks again for the ask! If you play League, I hope your future games go well! If you don't, I'm proud of you for maintaining your sanity/mental health!
