Ok if you could “steal” something from SMZS and bring it in your life, what would it be???

The train rumbles softly under their feet, as they walk to their compartment, hand in hand, Aman following behind Kartik, as he leads them towards their coach. Neither men say a word, simply reveling in the aftermath of what had happened at the train station. Kartik, never the one to usually be quiet, unlike Aman, who was typically reticent with his words, is silent, staring out the window, as Aman presses against his side. Fingers brush against his, and he looks down, where Aman's fingers entwine through his.

"Kya hua?"

He asks, in his soft, soothing voice, and Kartik looks up at him with a slight smile.

"Kuch nahi."

"Chup sa hai, isliye poocha."

"Bas, yu hi."

"Kuch toh baat hai."

"Arre, bas... Soch raha tha..."

"Tu? Aur soch raha tha?"

Aman chuckles and Kartik simply shakes his head.

"Kyu? Mai soch nahi sakta?"

"Usually toh nahi."

"Hatt."

Kartik laughs, and squeezes Aman's hand, looking around before stealing a kiss off his cheek. Aman shuts his eyes, letting Kartik kiss him, until he feels a kiss on his neck, and jerks away.

"Kuch der ruk nahi sakta?"

He scolds, but the words aren't as strict, especially not with the smile on his face.

"Nahi. You know I always need you, baby."

"Nautanki saala."

Kartik bumps his shoulder with Aman's, and wraps his arm around his boyfriend's shoulder.

"Mai bas... Soch raha tha... Pata nahi kyu, yaad aa rahi hai..."

"Kiski? Goggle ki?"

Aman scoffs, and Kartik can't help smiling at him.

"Sabki."

"Papa ki bhi?"

"Haa. Papa ki. Mummy ki... Goggle ki. Chaman chacha ki... Kaale gobi ki..."

Kartik snickers, making Aman laugh out.

"Toh yahi ruk jaaye?'

"Abh ke liye ghar chal, jahaan sirf hum dono ho, magar wapas toh yaha aake rahenge."

"Zaroor, jamai raja banake rakh lenge tujhe."

"Aur mai reh jaunga."

Kartik laughs, and touches his forehead to Aman's, pulling away when footsteps pass by their coach.

"Sun?"

"Hmm?"

"I love you."

Aman's eyes soften, a tender smile making it's way on his lips.

"I love you too, yaar. Yeh bhi koi kehne wale baat hai?"

"Kabhi kabhi kehne wali hoti hai."

Aman can't say anything. His eyes brim with a few tears, and Kartik gulps, lips quivering slightly.

"Aman, mai literally... Mai... Mai janta nahi tere bina mera kya hota."

Kartik squeezes Aman in his arms, pulling him in close to drop a kiss on his forehead.

"Please, yaar, tu jaanta hai mai ro dunga."

Aman chuckles, brushing away his tears.

"Chal, ab senti mat ho."

Aman jabs Kartik's chest, making the latter laugh.

"Accha, accha, senti nahi banta mai. Toh kya karu? Wapas flirty ban jau?"

Kartik winks, and dives in to kiss Aman's neck, who pushes him away with a smile.

"Hatt yaar."

Aman simply leans in, resting his head against Kartik's collar, eyes shut as he feels the train begin to move under them, a metaphor he thinks, for how life around them moves, as fast as wind, but how love makes their time go slower.

To Kartik and Aman, What was your moment of sexual awakening and when did it happen?

I was thirteen. Going through my dad's old movie collection (which I've long since stolen from him) after a particularly bad day at school. Decided to watch this little number called "Sholay". It was going fine until

Yeah.

Disregard everything I said to chaman chacha I decided the only rational thing to do after being blessed by this was to become gay. I mean-

I honestly don't remember, stop booing Kartik, but my moment of realisation happened when I was 14, brushing my teeth one day and realised straight people probably don't think about kissing boys as often as I do.

In the morning he noticed that Kartik makes Aman come out of his shell. He spent a good amount of time being grateful for it even. Now, he wonders if Aman does the same for Kartik. It feels like for the first time he’s seeing Kartik as Kartik. He’s seeing Kartik without Aman. It scares him. 

Chaman has seen Aman before Kartik, but right now, he doesn't even want to think about going back and seeing Aman...after Kartik. He thinks back to Kartik and Aman together and wonders if this is what love is supposed to look like.
