So for those who don't know, I make chainmail as a hobby/half-assed side hustle. I'll probably be posting a little more about that as I ease my way into 'what even is social media for selling shit' because even though this is Tumblr and the term 'algorithm' doesn't apply here it's still dipping my toe in the water, as it were.
Anyway
All that is to say that I was dicking around yesterday making a few maille-men [listen I love me a good visual pun] and because I have been on a DC Green Lantern kick I decided to try and make Hal.
And, uh.
Then I had to make the other three to keep him company.

scary dog privileges: on hold. he’s sleepy.
#all these are getting polished later but that’s gonna take like…… ages. wip versions for now :)#anyway. important to me that extremely image focused diya is going around for MOST of the blight in extremely patchwork armour.#she finds a full set of arcane warrior armour in the brecilian ruins but keeps only those 2 pieces the chainmail and the halberd.#she leaves the rest to the lanaya’s clan to try to make inroads towards improving that relationship#AND to ensure that if something happens to her most of the set remains with the dalish no matter what.#the gambeson she looted off a merc outside lothering & sewed the pocket on herself.#she keeps 2 vials of lyrium in there. ‘just in case’ <- falls back on them constantly.#the dagger on her belt is also a ‘just in case’ but she is relying on the blood magic less and less as she fights in closer quarters.#diya surana
