Happy Friday and Jumuah Mubarak ❤️ What plans have you made for this weekend? We may be going for a relaxing boat trip tomorrow. Inshallah Also⬇️ With the Summer season ending many of us if you're like me who suffer from Seasonal Depression may be feeling sad. With the sudden cold wind passing through we may be mourning the disappearance of life from trees and the freedom to just get out and enjoy outdoors like we do in summer. With alot of internal work I have been able to fight this feeling and Actually appreciate seasons. Allah has created every season with the intention to balance our Earth. I put my trust in him with Tawakkul. As much as I despise Winter I have come to accept it is what it is and there is no escaping it unless travel somewhere else. So if I can't control what around me I can surely control what's within me. That should begin with slow acceptance and gratitude. ❤️ At this time if you feel low in energy, please do not feel guilty and do not rush yourself with these feelings.
