aside from her embrace song, one of the ones relating to amanda's sire is this one. it represents both amanda's messy relationship w his sire and with his ex, thale ( @chaebolheir's character hiiii). they had a little not-quite love triangle going on. amanda's sire embraced them in part to fill the void that a lost love left, but she didn't love them the same. he's not quite over her yet, and that's why he couldn't fully commit to a relationship with thale, even tho he did love them. so messy (who the song is referring to with she/he/you can change depending on how i feel on a given day akcjdbd it works a few different ways)

for adelaide, one of her touchstones was her sort-of-girlfriend. yeah i like to have nebulous "are we best friends or are dating" relationships with my ocs but in this case it was leaning explicitly romantic, however one of them was also closeted so ehhhh it's complicated. anyway after being embraced the relationship got complicated. adelaide ended up revealing her nature and also feeding on her gf... oops. she had to leave after that. also adelaide is a malkavian so the lyrics about losing ur mind are apt

Genuinely, I did try to get into art a few years back,but the only real input I had was my stepdad (rest in peace king but u gave shit advice) who legit taught me that Real Artists (TM) only ever chicken scratch.

But heir knows what he's talking about and also made me feel comfortable with... You know... Starting out Not Good At Something, which is usually what stops me from developing new skills, can't get over the initial stage of suck
