Hey✨ as I finished the manga, for now, I noticed sth abt real Ciel when he returns back. He says one thing, but does completely other things. For example, he says how much he missed and loves his brother, but backstabs him next second. Then, he says he wishes to be closer to o!ciel, but makes him a rival. He’s happy that o!ciel’s business goes well, but orders to burn the toys. Like wth is in his mind? Could he be extremely manipulative or !maybe! mentally ill?... after all he went through🧐

He also says (in ch140) he’d never forgive anyone who calls his younger twin a liar… and then says nothing to Lizzie when she does exactly that (ch142/143). Is real Ciel never going to forgive Lizzie for that?

I think it’s important to remember real Ciel is not alive and is essentially programmed on “episodes” that Undertaker strung together from real Ciel’s own cinematic records. Undertaker tells us those episodes are “future memories” that flash before a person’s eyes just before they die… and that real Ciel was “chock full of them”. It’s possible that he’s got a bunch of conflicting episodes that make him a bit unstable. It’s also possible he’s always been rather fickle, and I suspect that might be the case. Both of these things could even be happening at once, making him repeatedly contradict himself.

And yeah, he’s also definitely very manipulative… just like our earl and Vincent… and probably everyone else who’s ever held the position of Queen’s Watchdog.

A little something

Haven’t you guys ever wondered how did the blood vials and Blavat himself ended up in the Phantomhive manor without our loyal servants ever noticing?

I’d say they ended up there with the fast assistance of a supernatural being.

Why do I think so? Well, our loyal servants would have definitely noticed if someone just brought up a bunch of blood vials in the cellar. To do it without them noticing, a little distraction was needed. Basically:

But still, if you were to take in all that happened since Real Ciel showed up (ch129) until the police found the blood vials (ch143), it wouldn’t take more than half an hour, I’d say, considering the little exchange between UT/Othello/Grelle etc. But even that was short af.

So, whoever moved a ‘great big stash of blood vials’ and ‘Blavat himself’ in the manor did it during that time. 

However - I’m sure you’re all thinking about it - no human being could have actually done it so fast, and without no one noticing. So either Undertaker helped with it, either...

this one did.

Another tiny detail: the timings between placing the blood vials in the cellar, calling for the police and OC being at the manor himself had to match. Meaning, the police could only be called after OC himself was at the manor, to successfully blame him for the murders, because, if not, Real Ciel would have busted himself. And who could’ve went to send the anonymous report in that short time? Definitely someone who could move fast.

It is a bit of plot convenience sprinkled here, but only a bit, and only if you think about it in detail.

Honestly it kinda makes sense that rciel would frame smile for the blue sky cult becuase while it probably would be enough to send smile to jail for identity theft the goal really isnt to send smile to prison its more of to keep real ceil out of it like you have to remember that this kids last living memories were being tortured in a cage then murdered he might be more than a little hesitant to go back as well as hes still might not be fully ready as a bizzare doll and still needs uts help w like blood and more expiriment and smile is the best person he could have possibly pinned the cult on because they look exactly alike so bravat and gregory could give eye witiness testimonies and smile did open a music hall. Not only that but smile has been lying to everyone for years while real ciel had only just came back. Who are they more likely to beileve the preson whos been lying no stop for years or the missing child who elizabeth just said was speaking the truth

Now why would rceil do this to his brother? Well obvoisly being a bizzare doll his perception is a little warped but theres really no one else to pin it on and its the only way of keeping both of them alive becase its highly likely smile would have sent his brother to jail as well so real ceil could see it as a way of protecting the family and he could possibly use his sway as earl to save his little brother or at the very least trust smile yo be able to get out of their on his own so they could be together as a family
