Erica and Ama were rolling around together, sparring so they could both be in tip top shape in case something happened. She’s managed to pin Ama down, grinning at the other girl. “Come on, just admit it, I’m better than you are at some things,” Erica said, panting softly until Ama rolled her over and returned the pin, not answering her, just giving that devilish smile that she had which told Erica that she was in trouble. 

The sparring continued for a little while longer, lots of punches and take downs before Ama kissed Eric and the blonde was left staring up at her friend. “The fuck Ama?”

Ehhh, Stiles did notice Erica though. Both pre/post bite. He checked her out in gym and he called her sensational after her transformation. They shared scenes construed as romantic build up and they were gonna be canon. She was gonna be his LI.

well but him checking her out once, wouldn’t exactly be something Erica would know about, and wasn’t she the center of attention anyway, in that scene, cause she was mocked? So from her POV, Stiles just noticed her once she was hot, like everybody else did, and while that’s not Stiles fault, it can still be hurtful to ber. It’s the typical “Popular-After-Make-Over”- Trope.

But yeah, that whole dynamic was a bit weird, I still don’t get why they didn’t just go with having them at least date or something, not like they had to be together for ever.

Erica walked through the school corridor, smirking as she saw Stiles. She walked straight up to him and without saying anything, she lent against the lockers.

Slowly she turned her head, looking him over and smirking as she watched him.

She took another breath and groaned “Do we really have to keep doing these?” Erica asked as she looked at Derek. I much preferred when I tried to catch you off guard and kissed you.” She teased lightly.

She stretched one arm across her body “I mean, I hated physical sports before I was bitten, that part of me hasn’t changed, even though I’m stronger, fitter, and prettier now.” She smiled.

“It’s not all how it works,” he tells her, his fingers reach for her hair and he ruffles it slightly. “It’s a question of time. If I wait too long, he might kill more people and it also catches attention. I don’t want any other hunters to show up here, putting anyone else in danger.” The shapeshifter is stubborn, he wants to make sure nobody is going after her again.

“And as a hunter, you know that you’re of no use to anyone if you’re tired and not focusing. Come on,” Erica whined softly, nuzzling into his shoulder. “Two hours, Isaac, that’s it. Just two hours.”

I don't think Stiles ever showed much romantic interest in Erica after she was turned, he interacted with her because she was now part of the werewolf mess he was involved in. She used her new look to try to tempt him but he didn't seem that into her, just into getting information out of her. Just as Lydia isn't blamed for not 1/3

being into Stiles I don’t think it’s fair to blame Stiles for not being into Erica just because she had a crush on him. This double standard in fandom where fans criticised Stiles for not being into Erica when he didn't even know about her crush and didn't show much of an increased romantic interest in her once she looked great always annoyed me! Even more so that Erica was never criticised for knocking a very human Stiles out and shoving him in a dumpster just because she couldn't get her 2/3

own way – but then Isaac wasn't criticised much for threatening to murder Lydia with the excuse that she wouldn't go on a date with him so /shrug/. 3/3

I get your point and I agree, but with no word did I condone that behaviour. I just said ‘maybe she was pissed about that’. There’s no blame on anyone in that statement. Explaining a characters possible motivation doesn’t mean I put blame on anyone.

I’ve actually never heard anyone blame Stiles for that? It’s of course a ridiculous thing, you can’t control who you like. And when I re watched that scene one time, I didn’t like it much either. But you also have to keep in mind, that TW more often than not plays these kind of scenes as comedic, as a joke and if you don’t pay all that much attention to an episode it’s easy to miss how problematic some behaviour actually is and it also just gets tiresome to criticism every throwaway line, that they don’t really act on. Like, didn’t Isaac ‘just’ say that about Lydia to like, talk himself into it and be able to fight her, cause they believed she is the Kanima? And it’s always easier to hurt someone if you (think) you have a reason to be angry at them. Doesn’t mean you fully believe in it.

The break between s2 and s3 was their summer break between sophomore and junior year. (Between s4 and s5 is junior/senior.) Scott was in summer school as part of the "be a better Scott McCall program" and was too busy not thinking about Allison to think about anyone else. HOWEVER, we know Stiles was aware of it, because he's the one who pointed out the missing posters, and there is a lot of speculation that he helped Derek and Isaac look for them (that JD kinda confirmed).

aah alright! That makes sense. So I’m not really blaming Scott for not knowing, I’m just sideeyeing him a little. But then again maybe the rest just didn’t want to involve him so he could sort out his life. Too bad it didn’t work huh.

Remember in the library when the book cases fall down and I the kanima scratches Erica so she has a seizure and Scott and stiles are by her side but all of a sudden Scott runs to Allison and has a 10 minute chat while Erica is convulsing in stiles's arms?

Faintly. Not much he could’ve done about that to be fair though. And like I said, they were allies at best at that point. You could say Scott should’ve known better and called an ambulance or something but then again they were in a wrecked library and Erica is a werewolf now so that would’ve been hard to explain. And not like any of the others did something.

What I was just wondering about, between S2 and 3 was it school holidays? Cause it seems a bit odd otherwise that Scott didn’t notice Erica and Boyd being gone? I remember them looking at the missing person report things in school but can’t remember if they were aware of it or not? Ugh need to rewatch this at some point.
