FANCY FNAF MOVIE ➵ Ch. 3
Tumblr media
You can only do so much research on google in 2000.
Fancy found herself nestled in between book shelves and local history archive drawers in the local library at Hurricane Utah. She squinted her eyes, pressed against the lens of the microfilm viewer, used to view old newspaper articles.
The first one she viewed in relation to her project had a headline that screamed to her in bold letters. "GRAND OPENING". There was a date under the heading, November 20th 1973. A picture to match, two men shaking hands in front of a modest building with a large sign with big letters spelling "FREDBEAR's FAMILY DINER" with a picture of a rabbit and a bear, arms around each other, and waving at the onlookers.
T hey waved at Fancy, their eyes beckoning her to follow. To follow the rabbit's trail. Fancy read the article. "Fredbear's Family Diner now open! Offering entertainment and fine food for guests of all ages! Come be a part of the fun! Owners William Afton and Henry Schmidt are proud to announce the grand opening of their latest achievement and showcase Afton Robotics' finest new inventions."
Schmidt? Schmidt? As in Michael? As in the sleepy and sloppy night guard? How much did he really have to do with this? What was he not telling her?
Fancy went through article after article about the restaurant being sold, bought, renamed, renewed. All were cash grabs, obviously, no relevance to the case. Until she landed on an article, the article.
"CHILDREN MISSING PARENT'S BLAME ROBOTICS PRODIGY AND RESTAURANT OWNER WILLIAM AFTON."
there was no picture with this article. Not one at the top at least, the author went right into it, discussing the events that had unfolded at that very pizzeria. "Five children reported missing at local dining and entertainment venue, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Police have searched the establishment five different times, each search coming up empty. No remains of the children have been found and no clues to their whereabouts have been unearthed either. Parents choose to blame franchise owner and robotics master, William Afton but no concrete evidence has been unearthed to charge him with anything. Police continue to investigate."
the article wasn't useful. She still had one and only one suspect. William Afton. But where was he now? Any newspaper articles about him after 1995 were obsolete. It was as if he practically vanished off the face of the earth.
˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗
"It's you?" "uh yeah."
Mike seemed to shrug and stepped aside to let her inside of the old pizzeria.
"What? Didn't think I'd come back?" "Honestly, no I didn't." "You've got a lot to learn about me, Mike." She said as she followed him to his office.
"Now who's this person you promised me about?"
Mike didn't answer. She found him to be on a bit more of the quiet side. What was she expecting, though? For Michael Schmidt to be overly chatty about his past trauma and hunches about the shady job he had started working to keep his life afloat, barely, but afloat nonetheless.
The office was small, the size of a broom closet. Maybe that's what it was originally designed to be? Glowing monitors gave the room a hazy halo of light and there she was, sitting in the corner of the room on a fold out chair.
"This is-" "Officer Vanessa." Fancy finished for him. Vanessa quirked a brow at her.
"You're that new intern." She said as she looked at Fancy. "You know her?" Mike asked. "Only seen her in passing. She's not in my division." Vanessa explained. "She's with Hayden Hurst's group." "Who?" "The lead detective, Homicide division." Vanessa explained and Fancy nodded.
"How is he, by the way, Hayden?" "I haven't gotten to speak with him much yet." Fancy replied. "He was too busy today for me to come in for my orientation- you know, first day stuff, so I'm scheduled to do that tomorrow." She replied. "Careful with him." Vanessa warned. "He can be a bit of a jerk." "Noted."
˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗
"Mike tells me you've been asking some questions about the pizzeria." Vanessa began. "Yes," Fancy said, "I'd like to interview you but I'm not sure if that's allowed- interviewing an officer outside of the investigation division, so I'll play it safe and just take notes. I don't want to get you fired." Vanessa chuckled.
"Smart cookie." "The smartest." Fancy said as she took her notebook out of her bag and opened to a fresh sheet of paper.
"So tell me, what makes you an expert on this place?" "I used to come here all the time when I was little. I loved Freddy's. I had all the little plushes of the animatronics." "The what?" "The animatronics." Vanessa repeated. "You know, Foxy, Bonnie, Chica, and Freddy? Freddy's picture is even on the front of the building, on the glowing sign."
"Like Chuck E. Cheese?" "Better than Chuck E. Cheese." Vanessa snapped. "Chuck E. Cheese is a mass produced watered down version of what Freddy's is. Freddy's combined cutting edge entertainment technology with family fun. The animatronics could even walk around during the day. Nothing like Chuck E. Cheese." "Okay, okay, so It's like Chuck E. Cheese but better?" "Sure, you could say that." Vanessa agreed.
"Would you say it would have been easy to loose sight of someone at Freddy's? Back in the day?" Vanessa pondered on the question. She knew where this was heading. "I would say so, yes." Fancy jotted down a note in her notebook, clicking her pen a few times before looking back up at Vanessa.
"Do you remember the days the five children went missing?" "Who doesn't? It was big news. Word travels fast in a small town."
No one knew that better than Fancy. An old newspaper article flashed in her head, not one about Freddy's that she had been scouring over for hours at library but one unique to her. One from ages ago.
"BEAR FOREST SNATCHER STRIKES AGAIN."
The headline burned into her head. Seared like a branding on the side of a cow. Under the headline she could almost read it from her mind. "Local kidnapper strikes again, 12 year old Amanda Montgomery snatched right out of bed. Parents oblivious until the next morning they discovered Amanda's room empty and her window wide open. Authorities advise all residents with young children to remain indoors after seven pm and lock all doors and windows."
"Yes." Fancy said slowly. "Yes I know. Which is why I thought you might know something, you enjoyed Freddy's like no other. Surely you would have been listening for any kind of news regarding the place, especially after it closed down. You would have been expectant and hopeful for it to reopen, as any kid would be when their favorite place closes down. Your ears would have been tuned to any kind of new about the place. Anything." Vanessa shook her head.
"Sorry. I don't know much. Everything I can tell you, you probably already know." "try me." "The owner was blamed, but no evidence was ever found that he was liable. He was never charged and eventually he just vanished. No one knows where he is and no one has seen him since."

Danganronpa AUs
Non-Despair AU:
Self-explanatory--there’s no murders, trials, or despair. Just the students in the school life/trip/semester living happily and normally (to a degree). The Monobears are still present, but they aren’t as threatening.
Revived AU (THH)
The bodies/remains of the students killed are found in the Bio Lab and revived--but as consequence they retain the injuries/appearances they had when they died (eg: Leon with a bruised and bloodied face, Taka with a head injury).
Furthermore, distrust between the victims and their murderers makes it more difficult to rally everyone against the mastermind. And the revived students obtain new/unusual phobias based on elements relating to their deaths.
Despair AU (DRV3)
Instead of Class 77-B, “Class 53″ are the Remnants of Despair. All the students fall into despair after the “good ending” of DRV3 (where the Death Road of Despair is won early on in ch.1) and they see the “truth of the outside world”.
Then their concept of reality is officially broken when they learn the world is actually normal and boring--leading to them to destroying the Academy and terrorizing humanity, wanting to eradicate the truths and lies of it.
Five Nights in Despair AU (FNAF Crossover)
Security Guards (and other personnel associated with Freddy’s) are trapped inside a mall where the only way to leave is to murder and get away with it. The protagonist is Michael Afton, the “antagonist” is Vanny, the mastermind is William, “Monokuma” is Helpy, and the rest of the cast includes:
Mike Schmidt, Jeremy Fitzgerald, Fritz Smith, Phone Guy, Phone Dude, Tape Girl, and Human!HandUnit, the Technicians (from SL who are twin brothers), and Luis Cabrera.
Despair Among Us AU (Among Us Crossover)
A WIP, but various DR characters are in the Among Us universe, so they perform tasks and try to identify the Impostor(s) who keep killing them one by one.

Landesausstellung Svizra27

Một câu nói nổi tiếng trong giới luật là: "A prosecutor can indict even a ham sandwich."
Dã man nhất là buổi sáng ngày thứ ba 8/11/2016, tức ngày bầu cử, báo New York Times đưa thăm dò lần cuối, và Trump chỉ còn 1.9% cơ hội thắng.

Sechs Audi RS 3 LMS in TCR-Kategorie
Crying Child n Baby both having the phrase "put [you/her] back together" in relation to their spirits, specifically implied to be a command from William to Michael.
Like, what DOES that mean? Like sure ok after the chomp, Crying Child was spiritually and physically broken, on the precipice of death and having nothing but his unresolved sorrow to bind him to the mortal coil. Same would apply to Liz, I guess, but by SL it seems like she's got a very clear line of focus and the situational awareness to succeed at escaping.
Ennard is inherently a fractured entity, several forces internally vying for control. Hey wait hold on wait hold on
what if all the funtimes are Elizabeth. quick aside. What if all the funtimes are, through some mechanic of remnant or whatever, genuinely aspects of Elizabeth's spirit manifesting in fragments with specific roles in mind a la emerging plurality.
Like, Ballora is quiet, pretty and sweet, and she's constantly listening for danger. Yknow. Like one would do when she's daddy's favourite child and tiptoeing around his wrath, resolving conflicts with the bat of an eye and a hug?
Or Foxy, who's impulsive and attacks blindly the moment the player is found. Very one-note, like a fragment delegated to hold a singular feeling: anger.
Freddy and Bon-Bon are whimsical and gruesome, creating ways for the carnage to be nothing but part of a game. Reframing and twisting reality so things feel less terrifying.
Anyway Williams like yeah sure all parts stuck together = one whole daughter, right? But the conflict doesn't resolve because how can it!!!! All these little pieces are still in constant opposition, Liz still feels split. As the host, she'd have the most capacity for competently functioning by herself, but when she peels out of Ennard there's a lot of pieces of herself she still has to tangibly leave behind. And THATS why Scrap Baby behaves entirely different
↑ wow that aside was not quick.
In any case, Purple Man wants his tight-knit family despite his decisions actively leading to all of his children's deaths. It's inherently a selfish attempt to escape the consequences of his actions (killing family = no more family) and obviously impossible to achieve, but Michael goes along with running errands for his dad to fix what can't be salvaged, wholly aware of the futility, because guilt complex says he has to.

FANCY FNAF MOVIE ➵ Ch. 1
Tumblr media
Have you ever screamed against duct tape? Your lips sealed, quiet literally in fact, but you're desperate to get a word out.
Not many people can say they have. But Francine Jenkins is the exception.
That's hardly grounds to start a conversation with someone, though. Can you imagine?
'Hi my name's Francine, my friends call me Fancy. I heard your brother was abducted when you were young, so was I. wanna talk about it?'
Not one talks like that. Certainly not Fancy J.
So as she stood waiting in the wake of a thunderstorm that threatened to pour any minute, outside of an old abandoned pizzeria to interview some nobody security guard for an internship, she almost considered turning around and leaving.
A chill up her spine. But she wouldn't leave, not without getting what she came for, that interview.
Fancy was not a quitter, Yale wouldn't let her be one. So, she took in a deep breath and pushed the buzzer again, waiting diligently for a response.
Oh the lengths she would go to for her degree. When there was no response again for the third time, most people would give up, not Francine.
She balled her hand into a fist and banged against the glass panel of the door. The sound was almost as booming as the thunder overhead. Finally the door swung open and Fancy was greeted with exactly who she was looking for.
She flashed a smile, that famous "Fancy J" Smile that got just about anyone to do what she asked of them.
"Micheal Schmidt?" She asked. As if she needed to, Fancy knew who he was. She knew why he was here and the fascinating history that made up his past- his lore.
He nodded and Fancy noticed just how deep the bags under his eyes were. He truly was the definition of disheveled. Messy hair, baggy clothes, and eyes that always seemed distant, dazed, and distracted.
"My name is Francine Jenkins." She replied. "Im a student with Yale University on my spring  internship with Hurricane Police Department. I was wondering if I could grab you for an interview real quick?"
He looked at her, really looked at. His eyes squinted and he took in the sight of the perfectly blonde girl before him. She seemed perfect, on the surface at least. Golden blonde hair, thin yet curvy frame, and sky blue eyes that just about anyone could swim in. She looked like a barbie doll.
"About the five children who went missing here so many years ago." She added curtly. Mike's eyes widened. Why did that keep coming up in conversation with every blonde girl who came to the door step of Freddy's he spoke to in the last week. Given, that was only one other time, but still, it was weird.
Mike thought about his options, how to seem the least amount of suspicious as possible. He truly didn't know anything about it but if he said so, he would sound suspicious. "Uh sure." He said. "Come inside. We'll chat in my office."

When mike said "We'll chat" That's exactly what he meant. Nothing more, nothing less. That's not what Fancy heard.
She had a full set up for a proper interview, tape recorder, microphones, the whole deal. She set up in less than half an hour.
Mike reached out to touch one of the microphones she had set before him. His fingers almost grazed the plush material covering the top of the mike when Francine swatted his hand away. Mike retracted his hand after the fierce pop of Fancy's hand slapping his.
"Ow." He said softly. "Don't touch that." "...why?" "This microphone alone is worth three hundred dollars, Michael." He didn't say anything at first, he just held his hand and looked at her. "Call me Mike." He finally grumbled. "Hm?" Fancy replied.
"Mike. call me mike. Only my mom ever called me Michael. Call me mike." "Okay." Fancy replied. "Then you can call me Fancy." "What?" "Fancy." "Yeah I heard what you said," Mike replied. "Just never heard of anyone calling themselves Fancy, like as a nickname." "My mom started it when I was young and it just stuck." Fancy said with a shrug. "Now speak into the mike, don't touch it." She warned him again. "I'm just testing the levels."

"Lets start with your name." "Michael Scott Schmidt." Mike said, leaning down to speak into the mike.
"You don't have to get close to the mike, it will pick you up fine if you just sit and talk normally." "Oh." Mike said. "Sorry."
"Lets try that again, your name?" "Michael Scott Smith." "Thank you mr. Schimdt." "Please just call me Mike." He asked again and Fancy nodded. "Alright mike, tell me what you're doing here." "I'm a security guard for the place." "Why do you think that is?" "Uh I don't really ask questions. I sit here, do my job, and get paid. It's just a job really."
"And what exactly is your job?" "Like I said, I'm a security guard." "What does that entail?" "I sit here from twelve to six in the morning and watch these screens." He pointed over his shoulder with his thumb to a few monitors that were set up, glowing in the dimness of the night. "Watching for what?" "Break ins." "Is that all?" "What else would there be?"
"Mike can you tell me what you know about the missing children form the eighties?" "Just that there were some kids who went missing and were never found." "Is that it?" "Yeah." "That's all you know?" "Look it's like I said, I don't ask questions. I do my job and I get paid."
"Do you know the owner?" "I'm sorry?" "The owner of Freddy Fazbears Pizza? Do you know them?" "No I don't." Fancy cleared her throat.
"So let me get this straight, Mike, you don't know anything about the children who went missing here almost twenty years ago, you have never met your boss who was the lead suspect in the investigation into the disappearances, and you don't' know why you sit here every night watching these monitors- and don't tell it's to watch for break ins because you know as well as I do that that's a load of- well you know what." She had to stop herself from swearing on tape- this was for her thesis after all. Yale would not approve.
"Listen Barbie," "Fancy," "Whatever." Mike grumbled. "I don't know anything. Do I look like someone who would know the answers to your questions? I'm just trying to pay bills and put food on the table. I don't care about the history of this place as long as I get paid." there was a silence between them.
"But I might know someone who can help you." He admitted slowly. "Come back tomorrow night, same time. I'll introduce you to someone who can help." "Great. Thank you for your time Mike." She pressed the stop button on her tape recorder and unplugged her microphones.
