One sliver of power would never be enough for the insatiable Queen. She was bloodthirsty, always inclined to want more of this and that until her belly was full. And right now, it wasn’t.....

The turning of the blade in Killian’s stomach continued to live rent free in her head like a siren song she played on repeat. She’d keep replaying it until it’s lyrics broke. But tonight, she felt inclined to add another chorus....

“My babies!” Hannibal and Lecter came barreling at her feet, elated to greet her by lathering her up with sloppy kisses and wet noses. Isabelle returned their greetings tenfold before rising on both pumps the second she heard a door creak from above the winding staircase and footsteps approach, bringing her face to face with the Reaper’s, more recently -- M.I.A. He’d let the business fall to Benjamin in his absence while he recovered, who Isabelle also hasn’t seen or talked to since she fled from the palace in vicious waves of scarlet red.
