Could you do a story with eddie regressing extra small(0-1) and dustin has to babysit him util steve gets there

Eddie waves his soft block at Dustin, the block makes a light jingling noise as he waves it wildly at his babysitter.

"I'm comin I'm comin" Dustin says as he hurries into the living room with Eddies snack of cherrios.

Eddie spits out his pacifier as Dustin sets the snack down on the coffee table.

Eddie munches on his cereal and throws a bit around while Dustin washes his pacifier for him.

"Dus?" Eddie slurs his speech impacted heavily when regressed so small.

"Yeah little guy?" Dustin asked already having an idea as to what Eddie was going to ask him.

"Tubbies?" Eddie asked giving puppy dog eyes.

"Of course lemme grab the tape" Dustin said as he turned to walk down the hall and grab the tape from Eddies room.

They popped the tape into the vhs and the tv started to play some happy music as colors danced around in screen.

Eddie was clapping his hand and giggling at whatever the characters were saying, he was happy and safe and thats all that mattered for now.

Dustin ran their fingers through Eddies hair as he slept on his lap.

Steve entered the trailer and Dustin quickly shushed him pointing down at the sleeping Eddie with wide eyes.

Steve nodded and came over to them, he kissed Eddies forehead and went to change into pyjamas.

Once he was done he returned and scooped Eddie up in his arms.

Eddie stirred but didn't wake up.

"You can stay the night if you want, it's kinda late and im sure Eddie won't mind" Steve whispered.

"Yeah but I'm not sure the couch is big enough and what about Eddies uncle" Dustin whispered back.

"You could sleep in the bed with us there should be enough room" Steve suggested.

Eddie stirred again and started to wake up, Steve gently bounched him and shushed him when he started to whine.

"Hey Eds is it okay if Dustin sleeps in the bed with us?" Steve wanted to make sure Eddie was comfortable before doing anything, Eddie nodded.

"Mor s'ggle" Eddie replied around his pacifier.

Steve laughed a bit.

"That settles it then, come on i think Eddie has some extra pyjama shorts you can borrow"

Earwig and the Witch

In Mami Sunada’s insightful documentary The Kingdom of Dreams and Madness, director Gorō Miyazaki is shown discussing plans for From Up on Poppy Hill – his second directorial feature – and expressing a lack of enthusiasm to make another traditional Studio Ghibli feature.

He’s less attached to the old ways of animating than his colleagues – his television series Ronja, the Robber’s Daughter used cel-shaded computer animation to cultivate a more expansive world. It makes sense that if anyone was going to play with 3D computer-generated imagery at Ghibli, it was going to be Gorō.

Used to the luscious hand-drawn animation of Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata, it’s easy to see why the kneejerk reaction for many seeing Earwig and the Witch has been to recoil in horror. By pivoting to CG, this new generation have taken the exaggerated lines of their foreparents and fleshed them out into a more tangible world.

At first we appear to be in familiar narrative territory, as the story is based on an unfinished novel by Diana Wynne Jones, who also wrote Howl’s Moving Castle. It’s about a young girl called Earwig who begs her foster mum, Bella Yaga, to train her as a witch – with magical hijinks and talking black cats aplenty. But there are signs that Gorō is letting go of the past – the yellow Citroën 2CV from Hayao Miyazaki’s debut feature, The Castle of Cagliostro, gathers dust in the witch’s basement.

Earwig may follow in the footsteps of Kiki or Nausicaä as a headstrong Ghibli heroine, but she’s distinctly mischievous, even cruel in her behaviour, without any clear arc of moral change, making for a more complex, modern characterisation.

Gorō’s taste is less neat and classical than his father’s, as he crafts layers of grime in Bella’s laboratory to bring the backdrops to nauseating life. In contrast to the symphonic swellings of Ghibli mainstay Joe Hisaishi, Satoshi Katabi’s score uses electronic proto-rock to accompany the punk aesthetic. It’s far from violin-making and John Denver in Whisper of the Heart, but Earwig is similarly appreciative of the power of music – it’s just celebrating a different genre, one which lends itself more obviously to the psychedelia CG animation is capable of.

Earwig and the Witch similarly uses the sensory capabilities of 3D to evoke more convincingly its British setting. Opt for the anglophone dubs and you’ll be met with the familiar dulcet tones of Dan Stevens and Richard E Grant, fitting for a milieu replete with pubs, orphanages, and wholesome home-cooked meals. Indeed, when you think of food in the films of Studio Ghibli, you’re more likely to picture steaming bowls of ramen than eggy bread, fish and chips, or shepherd’s pie.

In its striking Britishness, Earwig and the Witch is akin to Hiromasa Yonebayashi’s Studio Ponoc debut, Mary and the Witch’s Flower, based on Mary Stewart’s children’s book. Doing his part to keep his father’s work alive and relevant, Gorō Miyazaki steers the Ghibli ship even further away than Yonebayashi dared, resulting in the studio’s most cheerily radical film to date.

Sunmary: Eddie is being a brat to Dustin so he calls Steve to help him get Eddie down for a nap.

"Nooooooo" Eddie whined as Dustin tried to coax the bottle into his mouth.

"No nap time" Eddie shimmied out of Dustins grip and slid off the coach back onto the floor in front of his toys.

Dustin sighed.

"Well since you won't behave i guess i'll just have to call your papa" Dustin threatened in hopes of getting Eddie to cooperate.

Eddie just stuck his tongue out at Dustin.

Steve pulled up in front of Eddies trailer and got out of his car, he jogged up to the door and knocked lightly.

He heard shuffling from inside and a few seconds later the door swung open to reveal an exasperated Dustin.

"He's being such a brat i don't know what's gotten into him" Dustin sighed.

"He might just want someone to cuddle with while he takes a nap, it's that or his blankets aren't put the right way"

"I haven't touched his blankets and i don't really feel comfortable cuddling with him like that" Dustin said looking a bit embarrassed at the second part.

"Don't worry it took me a bit to feel comfortable napping with him too" Steve replied as he stepped into the trailer.

"There's my handsome little man" Steve cooed at Eddie while he was playing with his blocks on the floor.

"Papa!" Eddie giggled up at the man.

"Are you ready for some cuddles?" Steve asked picking up the mentally younger.

"Uh huhs" Eddie nodded burying his head in Steves neck.

Dustin had moved back into the kitchen to reheat the bottle he made Eddie earlier and handed it to Steve when he was standing in the doorway tp Eddies room.

"Thanks" Steve said.

"Have a nice cuddle session with your papa ok?" Dustin kissed Eddie on the forehead before Steve turned to get into bed with him.

Summary: Dustin stays after hellfire to help Eddie cleanup but Eddie was feeling little during their game

"Hey man you got it?" Eddie asks Dustin while handing him a folding chair.

"Yeah im good just focus on getting your minifigs and stuff together"

Eddie hummed at him and turned to the table to pack up his stuff, He took a deep breath to try and stay big.

He had started slipping during the second half of their session.

He knew dustin was a little and that he'd support him but he didn't want to force Dustin into a caregiver role if he wasn't comfortable.

He started grabbing his dice to put back in his dice bag.

When he shoved the small velvet pouch into his backpack his hand brushed his little bag and he felt himself let out a small whine, wanting the comfort of his pacifier.

"You okay dude?" Dustin was standing closer than Eddie realized and heard his whine.

"Yeah just tired" Eddie said trying to convince himself as much as he was Dustin.

Eddie was carrying the box with all his mini figures and the map to the door of the room so they could fold the table up and put it away when Eddie tripped.

Instantly this sent him the rest of the way into littlespace. He started to hiccup as tears pricked his eyes.

Dustin rushed over when he heard Eddie crying.

"Hey what happened?" Dustin tried asking but Eddie was crying too hard to answer, instead he pointed to his knees that took the brunt of the fall.

Dustin could see slight redness through the rips in his jeans.

"Hey little guy can you tell me how old you are?" Dustin asked gently.

Eddie held up four fingers, Dustin nodded in understanding.

Dustin rushed over to Eddies backpack looking for something. Once he found what he was looking for he kneeled next to Eddie again.

He pulled out a pacifier from the small bag he was holding and offered it to Eddie.

With the help of the pacifier his tears were reduced to small sniffles.

Dustin pulled out a small puzzle cube to keep Eddie busy and finished packing up.

Once he was done he carefully lead Eddie through the halls and out to Steves car.

"What took you so long" Steve started to say but stopped when he saw the pacifier in Eddies mouth.

Dustin climbed into the backseat with Eddie and let them lean on him while Steve drove them home

Steve sat on the couch playing a game on his phone while watching over his two littles.

They were playing sluggishly, seemingly bored.

Sure enough Steve heard Eddie utter a small "bored" while he placed the last lego on his tower then knocked it down.

Steve stood up and went over to the stereo in his parents living room, Plugging his phone in and pulling up the playlist he made for dancing.

"Let's have a dance party!" Steve said turning around to the two on the floor. Eddies eyes lit up and he quickly scrambled to his feet.

Dustin made grabby hands towards Steve, too little to actually dance himself.

Steve started the music and picked Dustin up, lightly swaying them as they waited for the music to pick up.

They danced for a while before they got tired and Steve made them all dinner and put them to bed.

Dustin is always very grumpy when waking up from a nap.

He would huff and puff but with the promise of some cartoons and snuggles he would get up.

Not today.

Nothing Eddie was doing would make Dustin get out of his bed, he even promised a new stuffie.

So he left Dustin in his room.

He closed the door and went to the kitchen to make himself a snack.

Eventually after Eddie finished his snack Dustin came out of his room wrapped in a blanket.

"Papa? Snuggle?" he said making grabby hands from the entrance to the livingroom.

Eddie sighed but walked over and picked Dustin up.

"Of course my prince" Eddie said as he sat down on the couch with Dustin on his lap.

"Anything for you" he murmured into Dustins hair.

Summary: breakfast at Steves places after they defeated vecna

Steve woke up at 5am after a horrible nightmare about vecna, he couldn't get back to sleep so he decided to make a nice large breakfast and invite over the party for a late celebration of sorts

He made pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon and french toast.

it was a saturday so everyone came over and they ate in the living room while watching Saturday morning cartoons.

Dustin sat on Steves lap getting fed his breakfast by his care giver as he was already regressed when he arrived.

Everyone was just laughing and joking around while eating the copious amount of food Steve made.

Overall it was a nice morning.
