Welp...

Beginning sometime in February, I'm going to start limiting how many racks I produce.  I'm going to build a certain quantity each month and leave it at that.  If they all sell by the end of the month, I'll restock.  If not, fine. It's becoming difficult to keep up with demand.  I'm thinking I'll make twenty or thirty per month, no more.

My current cargo bike queue has swelled to keep me working non-stop for several months.  While I'd love to continue making racks and bikes simultaneously, it's becoming harder to keep both systems efficient when I have to constantly shift gears.  I hope that makes sense.

I can make a ton of racks in a few days.  I can make bikes fast.  But switching between the two operations is a huge bottleneck.  Each part uses different tools and jigs and fixtures which simply can't be in the way when not in use.  Follow me?

As soon as my current rack order queue is fulfilled, I'll set a date.  For the time being, consider this a pre-announcement.
