It could be a novel, film, show, or game. It can be one you experienced for the first time in 2024 (even if it was from an earlier year), or it can be one that you'd experienced before this year, but that you really likes or that typified the vibe of 2024 for you.

This is a really hard question because my hyperfixations change and go or appear at least every three weeks, so it's hard to track down which one is the one that had the most influence on me (below cut is all my rambling and yapping about fandoms i've liked, just know i love the maggotdom they're cool)

I'm gonna assume this is a jugement free zone, cause if it's not i'm fucked and need to delete my identity, going off my ao3 history, the category i read the most (going off how many pages do i have to skip to get to another fandom), i read, i think, an absurd number of Poolverine (wolverine/deadpool) fanfiction. Now am I happy with that ? ....

I think next up would be House MD which... i mean yeah but i'm still uncomfortable, also i watched 5 seasons in two weeks and just thinking about it makes me a little ill

For context, i also cannot remember shit from this year, so any fandom i've been in is part of that memory black hole

I'm now gonna list some cool media i have enjoyed this year, and by that you should read it as : the ones i remember and have been reminded to me through ao3 history

- Dungeon meshi (delicious in dungeon), i like food

- Hades 1, i enjoy hot guys and women with weapons (haven't played the second, probably should at some point)

- Mouthwashing (oouuuaarrueeeggghhh), played it recently, very cool game, i need to sit down and maybe have an apple juice, also i don't really like horror games this one was good though (anya we love you)

If i had to choose one i'd say Interview With the Vampire was not only my preferred one but also the most influencial one for me of 2024, i had been waiting for a while to see it and i loved every minute of it, so my Story of the Year is Interview With The Vampire. The second place goes to Sherlock (goddammit).

Also, as a non official official story of the year would be Good omens, technically watched it in 2023 but it had a lot of influence on my 2024, because i joined the sub-fandom of the maggots (around february or something), led by mascot Asmi, or @weirdly-specific-but-ok . I met some cool people and it was a place of happiness and safety for me when i wasn't doing so good. Shout out to my mutual @friday-im-in-love-with-crowley and those who i'm afraid to tag who are also maggots (sadly, i'm anxious, but also it'd be rude), i love y'all dearly and though i don't know most of y'all, i appreciate your existence.

The grey haired man flicks your forehead with his pen as he looks over to your maths worksheet. You flinch slightly as you shake your head to focus back on the material.

But how could you possibly focus when your cute and attractive boyfriend was in front of you? You couldn’t stop staring at him, his features, his hair, how he looked, his clothes…

“I’m sorry, I’m sorry��”

Izumi sighs again, fingers managing to pinch your cheek as he pulls.

“You need to focus, you want to pass the finals right?” He comments, cerulean blue eyes staring into yours.

“Yeah. I think?” Your words end up as a question as you slump down on the library desk. You pull your grey hoodie on top of your head as you murmur nonsense. 

“‘I think?’ (Y/n), I know you’re tired an all but still, your goals are the top universities– if you’re like this, that’s not gonna happen…” Izumi’s eyes soften as he places his right hand on the top of your head to push back the hoodie. He pokes your forehead waiting for a response, just for you to turn your head to see the people walking by the library table you both were sat.

“(Y/n)?” Tone laced with concern, your boyfriend tilts his head to check your state.

Murmuring, you whisper a small, “너무 귀여워서 집중 못하겠잖아…”

You couldn’t bear to speak in a language he understood. It was obvious that he would start teasing you relentlessly.

“What?”

You straighten your posture as you shake your head, smacking your cold hands on your warm face as you laugh. “Yeah, I’m definitely going to fail.”

“What? Don’t spout nonsense, you’re not going to fail, at least not with me.”

You chuckle as you nod, smiling as you and Izumi return back to studying.

Ok so-

Basically I have this one oc who jumps through universes because they’re the most powerful demigod and stuff so gods and goddesses everywhere want his help with wars and stuff

But this isn’t about him, it’s about his kid :)

You see, when Shade(the universe jumper) was younger, he was transported to this world in the middle of war. There, he found the people who he’d consider his brothers and sisters. So, when a weird baby that somehow had his gray hair and cerulean eyes, he said, “fuck it” because the obvious intention was that he was to take care of the kid.

He decided to name the baby after three of his brothers, all three having the same name, Link.

Fast forward five years and suddenly a random portal opens in front of his house. Shade recognized this portal. It’s the ones he’d used to be blasted into someone else’s war. Problem was, with Link, he wanted to abandon that life of war and bloodshed.

Like the portal heard Shade’s thoughts, a giant hand reached out and grabbed Link, dragging him into the portal. Shade followed behind them.

After that, Shade and Link traveled around until they met a field. Across that field was a structure so large. A castle.

Link went starry eyed, his 5 year old mind blown. Shade found himself smiling. He pat his son’s head, catching the boy’s attention. “How would you like to meet your namesakes?”

More trudging and they reach Castle Town and I think that I’m stretching this too long so I’m gonna kinda end it here but like

Eventually they meet with the Chain and big meet up and woah Shade was in the War of Eras? and Why is Mask so big? and I could ask you the same thing.

TL;DR: Universe war jumper names his son Link after friends from a wars years ago. They get sucked into Linked Universe because LINK ya’know?

I think I am almost done with the elden ring dlc. I just have the final legacy dungeon and whatever boss(es) await there, as well as what I'm pretty sure is the superboss? It's possible that those last few things will entirely change my entire view on the dlc, but whatevs. Tl;Dr I liked it

So like I said I haven't even completely gone through it once and like. I'm not a game dev. So I don't want to bloviate about difficulty or whatever, I'm sure on future playthroughs with different builds and doing things in a different order bosses that were easy will become hard and vice versa.

So I went graveyard plain, castle ensis, belarut, scadu altus, shadow keep, north finger ruins, the red flower zone I forget the name of, south finger ruins, manus metyr (oh god oh fuck), cerulean coast, the underground, the abyssal woods, then rauh. I tried to explore any sites of interest in each overworld zone before moving on to the next, including all the random buildings and mini dungeons and stuff. Because of the specific order I did stuff in, the putrescence knight, midra, and romina were all pretty easy. Messmer was satisfyingly difficult though, which is good since he was like the main boy in all the marketing.

Visually the dlc is beautiful. All the areas felt very distinctive and unique; specimen storage, belarut, and the five rooms I've seen in enir-ilim all really stood out, and I think they'll be remembered as iconic. I've poked my head in the jagged peak, and it feels appropriately apocalyptic. The finger ruins and Manus Metyr as well, just. What the fuck.

I know there was discourse about elden rings story and narrative like a year ago, but I like the dlcs story so far. Again, I haven't finished it, and I'm going out of my way to talk to all the NPCs I can and read all the item descriptions, so grain of salt and all that. I literally said out loud "What the- oh shit. Oh shit." When I got the ominous message that a great rune had been broken and a charm had been lifted. I get the feeling that might not be everyone's experience though, and that might become one of those kind of annoying memes about how cryptic and confusing everything is. Whatever, I thought it was cool.

I'm a certified Lore Enjoyer, but I'm not going to get into that here cause I a, haven't finished the game yet, b, am still processing everything. But allegedly, stuff in the dlc was part of like the initial lore bible grrm made, but specifically excluded from the main game (source dude just trust me), so going in people expected the dlc to fill in gaps in our understanding. Never in a million years would I have guessed everything going on with Manus Metyr, but boy howdy, it's sure filling in gaps.

This is where I get into some minor quibbles. I wish the overworld areas were a bit smaller and the legacy dungeons a bit bigger. Castle ensis, midra manor, and the underground all felt over before they really started; it didn't help that those last two had like 5 sites of grace each. The red flower zone I forget the name of and the cerulean coast both felt just so empty. I wish there was just like one more ruin or church or fort or something in there.

I've liked all the enemies and bosses, there are just some things I wish I could change. Like, everyone already talks about how the base game reuses bosses, especially in the minor dungeons, so did they really need to put the same knight boss* in the only two catacomb dungeons? Did they really need to make the first boss of the shadow keep, one of the largest legacy dungeons that branches into like 4 new areas, another random hippo** that's just in a courtyard for no reason?

*ok technically one of them uses twin axes and the other has a halberd but like. Come on.

**because of the order I did things in I faced that hippo before any of the random overworld ones, so I guess a better comparison would be the Capra and Taurus demons in izalith, which is. Also not great.

I know I complained about people complaining about how cryptic the game is, but I wish there was a little bit more guidance about what to do after Messmer. Like, the dlc rhymes with the base game. You need access to this area, but it's blocked by thorns. You need kindling, so go kill this fire guy to get it. There's a suspiciously fire-giants-forge shaped bowl over here at the base of the world tree, so we go there and burn the world tree, right? No, actually, you need to go to this region to the west to burn the plant there. Up until that point, I thought the scadutree was what was blocking the way. The item description for messmers kindling does say where to go, and it was the only zone I hadn't gone to yet, but still.

Speaking of Rauh, with how green everything was, I thought the boss would be one of the giant crucible beasts in the specimen storage. Romina and the prawns and scarlet rot and everything kind of felt out of nowhere? I wish she got a cutscene with her entering the arena or something, just to make it feel less random. She has a cool design though.

This is less of a problem and more a bit funny and confusing, but after burning the sealing plant you get teleported to enir-ilim? Like it's the same glow effect from when you kill the third lord of cinder in ds3. And like, there's no reason for the game to do that? Theres a whole ass entrance after the dancing lion that's open now, that's how I knew I needed to kill messmer in the first place. You can go back and go through that entrance, by the way, and it's like 15 feet away from where you get teleported to? Just. Very strange.

I want to end by gushing about the abyssal woods. Just, my god. The dark muddy greens and browns with the frenzy yellow cracks and veins, the disturbing ambient background track, Torrent immediately fucking dying, the message that he's too scared when you try to summon him, the dev messages on the ground, the realization once you see the burning yellow eyes on the nearby goats... It's a hell of a first impression.

The stealth sections around the winter lanterns are frightening, but short and easy enough to not be annoying. And then your first glimpse of the manor is a dark silhouette against the fog, and a dozen neatly lined up, beheaded, praying corpses. The very first room in the manor itself has a ghost directly across from you; every other ghost like this is just exposition, like you're hearing parts of a conversation from long ago. This guy is looking straight ahead and addresses you directly. It breaks the rules you didn't even realize existed, it's so good.

Oh shit right I should talk about like the gameplay and stuff. Uh I haven't really touched most of the new weapons and spells and everything cause I went in on a melee character focused on guard counters, and i immediately found a big ass hammer that causes a holy explosion when you. Guard counter. So it's my new best friend now basically.

All in all, the dlc is very incredible, I'm having a blast, and I am so glad I went in blind.

Signless gave me a yes to swapped with Gold and a maybe to Cobalt, but no to Cerulean and Blue, along with all the other blood colors. The wording is odd, but I’d definitely keep it in mind!

I had dreadlocks, with 8eads in them (in grey, cerulean, indigo and teal) and my hair was decently long and came down to a8oat the middle of my chest. I had 8 collar 8one piercings (4 on each side), angel 8ites, a septum, and decently stretched gauges, I'd say a8oat 32mm. My jewelry was always silver or in my 8100d colour. I had my sign (scoricorn) tatt00ed in cerulean in that space 8etween the collar8ones and where the like, chest 8egins. I wore cerulean eyeshadow, had a mole a8ove my lip on the right side, and I had glasses like aranea's except they were red. I had decently 8ig fangs t00. We didn't have a sesh so no ghost eyes please, if you would. Thank you sew much in advance (and don't worry a8oat it if you can't do it!!!!!!!!)

I have multiple kin tls but like my main one I will NEVER be able to get over because like a lot of events DID happen but there were lots of non canon trolls that like almost doubled the beta troll count but only three or four of those non canon trolls apparently made it to the alpha session? And then there’s the bloodswaps and one specific kidswap but like there were lots of aspect swaps that I had to figure out, and I STILL don’t know if vriska was a cerulean or burgundy blood. spinning in circles trying to figure out back's tick metaphor. like it's definitely NOT abigail. "ooh but cerulean it straight up says its abigail" yeah but. the tick is undistressed, unconcerned about her actions, she doesnt think at all about her purpose. and abigail maybe doesnt consider stuff like that all the time but she still worries! she doesnt think twice about fighting back against the sheriffs but she still wants to know her purpose!

the meaning could be that abigail is sucking the blood out of the king's reign without care, and that makes plenty of sense. she's going town to town loosening his grip without even meaning to. her goal, up until the end, was never once "stop the king." it was "get this obstacle out of my way" or "help these townsfolk get individuality (and prove that witch wrong)" or "rescue the princess" she wasnt trying to stop dang, but he ended up with nothing because of her! but it specifically mentions the tick not questing for purpose. that doesn't make sense in regards to abigail. that was a huge part of her character!

the tick is also mentioned when dang refers to emily- update 139. here the king is the one the tick is feasting on. shes the one trying to undermine him. no, she's not actually purposeless or unworried or casually usurping him, but from the king's perspective she sure as hell is! emily's nothing but a nuisance. she's a weak annoying tick he needs to destroy.

and how the metaphor relates to blood! ticks suck blood- you know who's sucking the blood out of the world? you know?????? the king is the tick on the world, here. so... the world is the scientist!

"the world" throughout the story has a double meaning as "the status quo." when abigail gets to end the world, she has a choice to destroy the life on the back or end the king/status quo. it makes sense that the world and the king are interchangable in this metaphor. theyre interchangable in the story a lot of times.

except the world really isn't creating loads of enemies to fight the king out of unbridled fury causing her own demise. she's dying because shes clueless and powerless while the king is sucking all the blood out of her.

and, circling back to abigail. could the tick be abigail while the scientist is the world? shes figuratively fighting the sheriffs inside the king's reign but literally fighting them inside the world. but, again, abigail isn't careless or "never once quested for purpose"ing.

it could be what abigail was meant to be. in the mind of the cool witch, abigail would travel the world, only knowing how to fight, cheerful and destructive and alone. she's completely alone. the tick doesn't travel with a partner, and she "feasted on friends and foes alike." meanwhile, abigail relies on daniel and at least tries to be friendly to strangers (i think.) she went on a completely different route than everyone expected. people thought she was the tick, but shes just some guy

and in the finale when abigail meets god, god's friendly. neither of them want to end civilization. but she wasn't summoning organs to fight abigail, but she had no idea abigail wanted to end the world. but i guess the world was the reason the sheriffs were superpowered in the first place?

Merry Delibird Day, everyone! I hope you all are having fun this holiday! So, good news, Mt. Moon has officially reopened today. Yippee! o(^▽^)o

TL;DR:

Snuck into Mt. Moon again, this time with Carol

Got a new team member along the way

Meet Carol’s Friends

Mt. Moon: Round 2

So when I first snuck into Mt. Moon, the workers chased me out. However, Carol informed me that the workers I saw were not workers but Team Rocket Grunts. They seemed to be in the mountain mining fossils and trying to find a rare evolution stone called the Moon Stone. Given that we needed to go to Cerulean City as soon as possible, we spent all night planning to infiltrate the cave and secure our way through.

Carol suggested we brute force our way in, but I denied that request. The grunts hadn’t hurt anyone yet, so simply beating them all up would mean they could turn the law against us. And so, we decided to sneak our way through the mountain.

Sokka was a great distraction against the grunts guarding the front entrance. According to Carol, “Who’d expect a Magikarp in the middle of the snow away from water?” They followed Sokka to us, and Carol’s Nidorino (Ube) clocked them out with a couple of Poison Stings powered by Focus Energy.

We moved through the cave, silently weaving through boulders, ladders, and secret passageways to avoid the guards’ gazes. Carol caught themself a Paras just in case things went south.

Then, we heard that someone important was coming this way. What I didn’t expect to find was Seymour, tied up and being led by the two grunts who discovered me yesterday. They wanted information from the scientist, but the scientist refused. Carol and I stepped in to save him, but the commotion alerted the other grunts.

Seymour, Carol, and I tried to hustle out the mountain. Along the way, I spotted a Clefairy cornered by a group of grunts. I sent Kino and Scoodle to defeat the grunts while I rescued the Clefairy. Carol found a bag of fossils the grunts dug up, so they took that as evidence.

Finally, we made it to Route 4. We jumped through ledges, narrowly avoiding the angered wild Ekans and Mankey. The grunts refused to cross the ledges and pass through the wild Pokémon. So, we safely arrived at the borders of Cerulean City.

Safe in Cerulean

We submitted a report to our local Officer Jenny. Carol, Seymour, and I gave our testimonies to help corroborate our evidence, and we went to the Pokémon Center to rest. Seymour thanked us for saving him and the Clefairy, then called the museum on the local PC. Meanwhile, Carol and I chatted about what we saw in the cave.

Not long after, Forrest arrived on an Aerodactyl to pick Seymour up. As a token of thanks, the pair let Carol and I choose one of two types of fossils: the Dome Fossil and the Helix Fossil. I let Carol choose first, but they insisted I take the Dome Fossil. Something about it fitting my fighting style? I took it anyway.

Forrest informed us that once the Rocket Grunts were cleared out, we could try reviving these fossils at the museum free of charge. I thanked him and Seymour for everything, and they returned to Pewter City.

Welcoming Circe

So now that we have dealt with the Rocket Grunts, I want to announce that we have a new team member! Everyone, say hello to Circe the Clefairy. She decided to join us after everything in the caves, which was neat.

Circe is quite the character. She’s not very fond of Sokka and Erika, but she does suck up to Kino, Scoodles, and Kale. I’ve seen her try to give Scoodles wildflowers she picked from a nearby park. Honestly, I adore her.

Taking a Break(?)

Since Carol needed to meet with some friends at Cerulean, they asked if I wanted to join them. I said I was too tired, so they let me return to the Pokémon Center alone. We’re still sharing a room since I wanted to continue our talk. But, it was nice recuperating with my Pokémon and researching for the next gym. I also had lunch at a nearby café just to calm my nerves. I didn’t expect the Piquant Pikachu Curry to be so deliciously spicy! I’ll return to that café to try their other menu items later.

After a long nap, Carol burst into the room with two others behind them. I’m not gonna lie, I was about to hurl myself out the window, but Carol calmed me down by introducing their online friends. They also brought some Delibird Day fruit cake as a peace offering, so that’s fine.

Carol’s two friends were Allegra (a coordinator from Kalos) and Benji (a trainer from Galar). Yeah, these were the other two who started their journey around the same time as Carol. Allegra was polite and gentle about startling me, but Benji was a bit… meaner(?) about the whole situation.

We went to a local Monja restaurant where Carol ordered me a Melon Soda Float for the drink. Benji kept trying to reel their excitement in but to no avail. Well, you can’t control the free-spirited.

We had fun watching Carol cook the Monja and spread it evenly across the hot plate. Allegra was the first to dare to try the savory dish out and was quite impressed. I tried it next. Oh my gosh, it was so good! You had to eat it with the small metal spatulas provided to us, press and spread the Monja across the hot plate, then scoop it up to enjoy. Carol was gobbling the whole thing so fast that Benji and Allegra frantically dueled against Carol’s spatula just to have a bite. I honestly loved the cooperative spirit of this dish!

Once we finished, I tried out my Melon Soda Float. The soda was light and refreshing, and the soft serve vanilla on top was light, rich, and creamy. Carol suggested I dunk the soft serve in, so I did. The drink’s fizziness paired with the milky taste of the vanilla soft serve created a creamy melon flavor that reminded me of one of Melemele Island’s beaches. Allegra teased me for enjoying the food before offering to take me to Kalos to try some of their sweets and baked goods. Benji rolled his eyes at the prospect, but I was down for it.

We returned to the Pokémon Center with full stomachs. As of writing this post, Carol’s out giving a phone call. Hopefully, I can meet the Cerulean City Gym Leader soon and get some updates on the Mt. Moon case.

hi! this has been asked multiple times by now, so i should probably consider making an FAQ. here are 2 previous asks answering this: [1] [2] but i'll answer again anyway (with more details)

i made Riagli when i was 12 and my favorite color was blue at the time, but i wanted her to be a seadweller still, and i kept her like that!

the reasoning i've given this is that ceruleanbloods are prone to mutations (e.g. Vriska's, Remele's and Ardata's eyes.) and what Riagli's got going on is an expansion of that idea. obviously ceruleans are associated with their weird eyeball stuff, but i thought it'd be neat if it could extend to other things.

worth noting that the Alternia our trolls are on is not exactly like the Alternia in Homestuck and Hiveswap. in HS the mutations of Vriska, Ardata and Remele (the eye stuff) are seemingly treated as normal, and this would be the same on our Alternia.

RIAGLI'S DEAL HOWEVER… if she was on HS's Alternia i'm sure she'd be culled upon hatching, but mutations like hers on our Alternia can be socially tolerated as long as they're not like, going against the empire. surely they'll be treated more harshly for "misbehavior," and they'll still receive bullying and harassment (at best) from some other trolls, but they won't outright be culled… well unless they do something that can give ~The Authorities~ an excuse to kill them. TL;DR: you can be gross and ugly and a freak but it's fine as long as you're useful to the empire. </3

i think the reason why Riagli's particular mutation wouldn't be as acceptable as having like 17 eyes is pretty obvious. the 2 highest blood colors (violet & fuchsia) which are known to be the only seadwellers and notoriously are often -phobic and -ist towards lower blood colors and landdwellers PROBABLY AREN'T GOING TO LOVE WHEN A BLOOD COLOR THAT ISN'T THEIRS IS SUDDENLY ALSO A SEADWELLER. that kind of challenges their whole worldview.

TL;DR:

Zephy is outgoing and the 1st victim

Draumr is the main character and villain

Cerulean is Zephy's dog that is still sour towards Draumr

Cookie is Zephy's cat turned kitty-dog that loves everyone and has a crush on Cerulean

Declipton is Draumr's assistant who just loves to help

Jekyll is Draumr's inner demon that is the main villain

Shredder is Draumr's older brother that loves to tease them

Hyde is Shredder's inner demon that controls him to do things he doesn't want to do. He is also Jekyll's older brother that treats him the same way Shredder treats Draumr.

Susie is Shredder's only friend who was also almost killed by him. She is very sweet with a quiet and clam voice.

Dorë is one of Draumr's experiments with no prior interaction with the rest of the group. He is the younger brother of Xylen and has a head for a hand.

Xylen and Toka is Dorë's older brother and also had no prior interaction with the group. The tail is Toka and it is very dimwitted.

Atreyu is the most dangerous experiment in the lab. He's very angry and feisty and the only interaction allowed with him his through a separate room with a little space for nutrients to be delivered to him.

The Lab Rats™ is a group of my fursonas that are all a part of the same storyline. I currently have 2 in the making, this being one of them. The other one is a Mandela Catalogue AU titled Mandela Experiments AU (I love the mad scientist aesthetic). I will post about the AU later when I create the official character designs.

Zephaniah (Zephy) - 6'3" - She/her or they/them- Bisexual

Zephy is an outgoing fox-dragon hybrid with a heavy southern accent (bc she was my 1st ever character and I'm southern). She was originally a red fox with a normal fox appearance before Draumr (next) lost his mind and injected her with a concoction made from his own blood.

She was afraid of Draumr for a while after that, but she is very forgiving and mended their relationship. They still go on mini date nights after everything that has happened, but they always have a 3rd wheel...

Draumr - 5'10" - they/them or he/him (friends only) - Pansexual

Draumr is the main character of the series, and the villain as well. I didn't put him 1st because this was my 2nd fursona. He is a Dutch Angel Dragon mad scientist with extreme separation anxiety. Anytime he is separated from Zephy, Shredder (his brother), or Declipton (his "partner in crime") for an extended amount of time, they will lose their mind and start ripping parts of their body out (like his feathers).

This anxiety is what caused them to go mad and start their experiments on other innocent people of their small town. During their 1st one (Zephy), their eye was torn out by her. They liked the way it looked, so they never fixed it.

Cerulean - 3'9" - he/they/it - Bisexual

Cerulean is Zephy's dog turned into a monster. He isn't the most loving creature, only showing affection to Zephy, Declipton, and Susie. It absolutely LOATHES Cookie and its a surprise they haven't killed them yet.

Cookie - 4'0" - they/it - Pansexual

Cookie is Zephy's cat that got turned into a kitty-dog by Draumr. They are very forgiving, more so than Zephy, and they love everyone, whether they are loved back or not. This causes some trouble between it and Cerulean because it is a one-sided pining relationship.

Declipton - 7'3" - they/them - Pansexual

Declipton is a protogen that loves to help out Draumr in whatever way they can. They have no sense of right from wrong, which is why they're so happy committing literal crimes for the dutchie.

They are essentially the villain's henchman of the story.

Jekyll - 6'0" - he/they/it - Bisexual

Jekyll is a Sweetdevil that has taken control of Draumr and is one of the main antagonists of the story. He uses his hypnotic eyes to take control of the dutchie. Its like his anger relief because he has Hyde to deal with.

He and Hyde have a very common brotherly relationship. Hyde likes to mess with Jekyll because Jekyll is too physically weak to take his brother on. But he is victorious when it comes to brains as he is incredibly intelligent and can easily overpower the stronger demon with any critical thinking.

Jekyll is made of that of a Reese's cup. Their entire body is edible aside from the eyes which will not regenerate as fast if eaten. Every part of his body is either chocolate or peanut butter, meaning anyone with a severe peanut allergy will have a reaction if nearby him despite the fact they will not be able to see him (only Draumr, Hyde, and Zephy can see him).

Shredder - 6'3" - he/him or they/them - Gay

Shredder is Draumr's older brother and host for Hyde. He treats Draumr rather harsh, typically making his insanity worse.

He does have 1 friend and that's Susie. Even after Hyde manipulated him to rip her arm off with his teeth, they still remain friends, although Shredder mostly hides away in guilt. He sometimes vents to Atreyu, even if the fox couldn't care less what he has to say.

Hyde - 6'10" - he/they/it - Gay

Hyde is the Sweetdevil possessing Shredder and Jekyll's older brother. He is very brutal and has absolutely no morals or care for anyone other than himself. He uses Shredder to inflict pain and torment on the entire group aside from Jekyll, which he could torment himself.

His body consists of that of a Milky Way bar except for his eyes which are not edible. Yes, both he and Jekyll are made of candy as it is a species rule. His entire body is either chocolate or caramel and he can only be seen by Shredder and Jekyll.

Susie - 5'5" - she/her - Pansexual

Susie is Shredder's best friend, despite the fact he ripped her arm off. The reason she hasn't bled out is because Draumr and Jekyll both took pity on her because they knew it was caused by their older brothers, so the 2 decided to inject her with a specially made concoction that Draumr made just for her to help keep the blood from oozing out.

Despite the fact she is missing an arm, she is one of the only ones that ever leave the lab (Declipton being the other one). She just wraps her arm up and leaves to keep people from asking how she isn't dead. Because even though she knows what Draumr is doing is wrong, she knows he's not in control of his actions. She just doesn't know why he's doing what he's doing.

Dorë - 5'10" - he/they/it - Pansexual

Dorë is one of the few experiments that doesn't have any relation to anyone else in the group other than his brother, who was also an experiment. He was abducted by Declipton and experimented on by Draumr. His main side-effect was the hand that turned into a 2nd head. Him and his hand-head don't get along as the 2nd head is very feisty and angry, but not as bad as Atreyu.

The white glow in his ref is not a part of his body. He is only lavender. The white is there as highlights, and despite being a canine, he doesn't have a tail.

Xylen and Toka - 6'7" (anthro) - he/she/they/it - Gay

Xylen is Dorë's older brother while Toka is the dimwitted tail. She was also abducted by Declipton and experimented on by Draumr, and Xylen liked the dumb tail enough to name it after his ancient grandfather.

Atreyu - 5'4" - he/they/it - Pansexual

Atreyu is the most hostile experiment. Nobody knows why he had such an adverse reaction nor why he became so aggressive compared to the others, but he is locked in a solitary confinement room with the only communication coming from a side room separated by a double-sided mirror. That side room is how he is fed. A special little pocket sits on the floor in between the 2 rooms where Draumr or Declipton can safely give Atreyu their food.

Atreyu was a tourist visiting from a neighboring village when abducted by Declipton and injected with Draumr's concoction. When he woke, he immediately became aggressive and attacked the 2. Draumr has theorized that it could be something to do with the fact he wasn't a native to the village as everyone else was relatively tame in comparison to him. There weren't any other experiments done on tourists or outsiders because of this little fox.
