Solar System Dwarf Planets (Ceres, Haumea, Gonggong, Makemake, Eris, Quaoar, Orcus, Sedna, and Salacia)

While Ceres is in the Asteroid Belt between Mars and Jupiter, the rear of the Dwarf Planets lie beyond Neptune, beyond Pluto, in the Kuiper Belt.

With the Dwarf Planets, I wanted to add in cultural aspects to their designs as the main planets are named after Greek/Roman mythological figures, the Dwarf Planets are more diverse.

With the exception of Salacia and her moon Actaea, all of these were drawn in November/December of 2023.

Also, why did the scientists have to give Ceres and Sedna their names when they don't have any moons? They're named after fertility goddesses. And Makemake's moon doesn't have a name! 😭😭😭

cerebros experienced both bilateral shoulder disarticulation and bilateral hip disarticulation amputation, as part of the binary bonding process. he has articulate prosthetics that brainstorm and arcana prototyped, but he constantly upgrades and works on (occasionally to his own detriment). he has special sockets for when he interfaces with his transector.

and he's bad at undoing knots and usually just. keeps looping his jumpsuit's pant legs around each other until they stay put when he removes his prosthetics, lmao

Eris, batshit preacher who loves trouble. Aware of their delusions but being aware of reality isn't quite nice is it? Oversees exorcism procedure.

Ceres, simple and straightforward who just wants peace in life. Isn't able to act on his own so he often follows people around. Manages resource. Happens to be a farmer.

MakeMake, birdman, friend of the birds. He likes people :) also desperate for connection. Known trauma cleaner.

Last but not least, Haumea. Has maternal instinct. He has a habit of spinning around when moving to other places rather than walking. Clumsy lad. Keeps tabs on the spirits or the people who had been affected by supernatural incidents.

Ceres from my AU "Ceres' Arc"!!

to speak shortly what this AU is about, it will focus on Ceres fully and tell about his past, the reasons of becoming the way he is. and also Mars will help Ceres to socialize and become less wild!!

it was really hard for Mars at first since Ceres was really aggressive, attacked him, bit him and etc, but this hard work was worth it since slowly Ceres was becoming more calm, he was learning how to speak properly and also gained his own personality. he still had a bit of a freaky nature in himself, but he was an interesting person to talk with at least!

also, he was given an access to the Internet, and he really loved the scenecore/emo theme, and really wanted to dress up like this. he thought that this whole aesthetic represents his personality very well. and Ceres's dream became true!! other dwarf planets also liked communicating with Ceres and they were really thankful to Mars for his hard work :3
