in case you didn't know, in buenos aires argentina there's this place called centro cultural nestor kirchner and there's a room where you can sit in complete darkness and listen to the amazonas forests while there's very gentle mist/dew and the entire room smells like plants and wet soil!

i went back in 2019 and almost fell asleep oops

The Kirchner Cultural Centre (el Centro Cultural Kirchner, CCK) opened in 2015 to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Argentine Republic and to honor the late president Nestor Carlos Kirchner. CCK is truly a "temple" of arts, encompassing music, performing arts, literary arts, visual arts, and art education. It is the largest art space of this kind in the entire Western Hemisphere, and among the three largest in the world. In keeping with the former Culture Minister (and musician) Teresa Parodi's assertion that an access to arts is a human right, the entry to CCK is free of charge.

The building, at 151 Sarmiento Street in Buenos Aires, was formerly the city's central post office and at one point it was also used as Juan and Eva Peron's office.
