Cent does still have romantic feelings for her, she doesn't reciprocate it but she really likes having him around and treasures his company a lot, so they workshopped it around a bit and settled on having a QPR!

Not a redesign this time, but a totally new character! I've grown pretty fond of cornflowers in the past few years, so here's Cent/Cyanus! Unsure on which name he'll get.

I uh. Maybe forgot the wings on him. I'll figure it out later jsfnsdfj

He's an artist, he likes making his own paints too, and has a crush on Hebe, who will eventually get a redesign too. The details on his overalls, ascot bow and bandana are actually cornflower blue! And the heart theming comes from bachelor's button being an alternate name for the flower, and by the history of the flower being used by young men in love

As for the two names, Cent comes from centaúrea, the portuguese name of the flower, and Cyanus comes from the scientific name
