First run of 2021 completed!
The streets were almost empty, as I expected. Only 2k, but I’m taking it easy as I still get out of breath quickly.
I saw a female blond-crested woodpecker (Celeus flavescens). Couldn’t take a picture because I didn’t bring my phone (afraid of getting mugged), but it looked just like this:
(source: https://www.wikiaves.com.br/wiki/pica-pau-de-cabeca-amarela)
Then I got home and did 30 minutes of yoga on my brand new yoga mat - week 5 day 4 of the PBR program. I love the yoga sessions; the HIIT ones, not so much. But I’m definitely getting better at those side planks!
Theo likes the new mat too.
Now Im listening to heavy rain while eating crackers and finishing up a bottle of champaigne.
Happy new year!
