Day 11: Rainbow! . The Green Thumb gifted me a rainbow collection of seeds to sow into our new beds. We just filled them today with a mixture of goat poo, compost, and soil, which was poured over manure, grass clippings, compost and logs. It’s our experiment with #hugelkultur and I’m so excited to see the results. I know the first year I will need nitrogen fixing plants as the wood will be using nitrogen to decompose— any recommendations from the group?
