Post Christmas trip to Costa Rica to get tan and refreshed before heading back to work. It’s my favorite perk of the job though i’m looking forward to getting to spend my birthday in Italy. Say goodbye to this body because I plan to eat my weight is pasta. @cdcrpgstarters​

So, I just tried fast food for the first time.. I also tried weed. Taco Bell is really good, McDonald’s chicken nuggets are fine but I wasn’t in love, and Arby’s is disgusting and should shut down forever. Five Guys is my new obsession... so is weed. I don’t think I’ve ever been so relaxed in my entire life. Sarfati the Stoner might be my nickname in the near future.

My goal for the summer is to make friends with boat people. Being on a boat in the summer? The best time ever! But owning a boat? I don't think I can handle all that. Can I be honest here? I love Florida, I really do, but you could not pay me to live there! Let me be clear, I have nothing against the weather or the food or the night life. My issue with it is I've fallen into a true crime hole and I swear, ninety percent of the cases on these shows take place in Florida. So, seems like that's the biggest red flag of all red flags to me, no? @cdcrpgstarters

Life changes pretty quickly sometimes. Not too long ago the wife and I were talking about settling down in Sweden more often than not but now it looks like we’ll be based in LA for awhile. Tomorrow we start fostering to adopt a three year old girl. We met her the other day and she already loves Dianna. I can see them being attached at the hip. Life is good.

My birthday was last week and I was working, so I didn’t get around to doing all that much. But what’s the rule on celebrating your birthday? Can I still gift myself a trip or something? Does it stop working like that the older you get? I need answers because I’m finding out wisdom doesn’t always come with age..

My puppy finally decided he was brave enough to scope out the kittens and find out what the hell was going on. It did not go as he wanted. he seems cautiously curious though so i’m sure he’ll try again.  @cdcrpgstarters​

My mom called this morning and told me her and Dad have decided to move to Utah to be closer to my sister. They are going to sell their LA house, so she wants me to go through the house and take anything of mine that I want. Anything left behind will be sold, donated, or tossed. Now I have to remember all my little hiding places in that house to see what I hid as a kid. Not sure I'm looking forward to this adventure.

I have to say, being on tour has given me a newfound respect for all musical artists, it's not easy being on the go, waking up and wondering where you are, always a fun time! But I think we can all say the same thing: we do it because we love it despite the chaos that comes with it.

What's everyone up to? Sorry but I've been busy with life and just got to sit down for a second. I got a few new movies coming out and have fans upset that someone else is play Johnny Storm in an upcoming Fantastic Four movie. Why are fans upset? I mean thanks for liking my version but I'm excited to see what he does.

As much as I love living in Montana, being in LA is such a nice warm change! Trying to decide if I wanna move back to La when I’m on not filming YellowStone or stay back home.

I've learned a lot about cooking the last couple years but I have yet to master the skill of not making a mess while doing it. No matter how much I try to keep the kitchen as clean as possible, I always end up breaking something and having to clean up the mess. Anyone got any tips on how to not be so clumsy?
