virgo is home ✨

I'm finally home again!! CCXP was very intense and I think I haven't been on my feet for so long since at least 2019. I had a lot of fun, but it was also very overwhelming at times (I was also there for work, so I still had to manage the anxiety of being on camera before I could finally let loose after the daily live streams were done).

I'm really glad I got to do it though, and I reeeeeally hope I'll be able to go next year. It was a very enriching experience from a professional standpoint and I also got to exercise something I thought I still hadn't learned, which is self preservation. Being able to listen to my body and not go way beyond its limits is something I'm really proud I was able to do. Today, I got home after a 6 hour bus trip and took the day off to rest, and I think tomorrow I'll be feeling good as new again! :)

This is still a preeeeetty busy week for me, with more work and a Harry Styles concert on wednesday, but I am planning to take some time for myself (because my social battery is beyond empty) and to write. I've got so many ideas and soooooooo much I want to put on paper. I've also gotten some reeeeally good advice on how to organise my work from @softest-punk, and hopefully Morpheus' Orchestra will finally be updated!!! You'll have them to thank for that if it does happen lol

Anyway, this is just a little update on my life and on how I'm feeling. Making this blog and writing fics has been a real highlight of my year, and after these past four days I'm really glad to be able to come back to this space with so many cool and kind people to share my newfound joy with.

Now, I'm gonna go get some more sleep. I think I've earned it. :)

Valentina Herszage participa de painel sobre o longa “Raque 1:1” na CCXP 2022.

Valentina Herszage esteve presente na CCXP 22 no último sábado (03/12). A atriz e protagonista do longa-metragem “Raquel 1:1” de Mariana Bastos, participou do painel da distribuidora O2 Play Filmes entitulado “O2 Play e O Novo Cinema Indie Brasileiro”, ao lado da diretora do longa e de Emílio de Mello, que interpreta o pai de sua personagem Raquel, no filme.

Durante o painel mediado por Roberto Sadovski, a equipe de Raquel 1:1 respondeu a perguntas e falou um pouco sobre o longa-metragem. Quando questionada sobre as diferenças entre o trabalho no cinema e na TV, e o que a motivou contar a história de Raquel, Valentina respondeu que sempre foi apaixonada por cinema, “Eu gosto muito do cinema provocativo, estranho; gosto muito de mistério, acho que isso foi uma das coisas que me atraíram no Raquel.” Valentina ainda comentou que o trabalho na Tv, em novelas, é muito divertido e lhe dá a oportunidade de se conectar com muitas pessoas.

Raquel 1:1 tem data de estreia nos cinemas brasileiros prevista para 02 de março de 2023. O longa já foi exibido no Brasil em outubro deste ano pela 46ª Mostra Internacional de Cinema em São Paulo, além de já ter passado por diversos festivais de cinema pelo mundo.

Além do painel da O2 Play no Palco Ultra, Valentina também participou de uma Entrevista ao vivo realizada pelo Canal Uol e Ingresso.com, que foi transmitida pelo canal do YouTube da Ingresso. (Link anexo).

Esta não foi a primeira participação de Valentina no evento, em 2019 ela esteve na CCXP para divulgar seu trabalho em “Hebe” série produzida pelo Globoplay/Globo que estreou em 2020.

Acho que já podemos esperar por mais Valentina Herszage na CCXP 2023 tendo em vista os vários projetos de cinema, Tv e streaming que a atriz tem para estrear no próximo ano.

random facts/info — 01. actually i'm learning english beig self-taught! since kid i play video games and needed to use the google translator to talk to people or understand the games, it turns out i naturally keep memorising every word. so then being a teenager and interacting with fandoms, fanfics and music... it just got better. so now i am just risking it typing (sometimes i use the google translator ngl. but have times that i type an entire paragraph without any mistakes!!! 🥰) aaand rightnow i can watch movies and videos without dubbing, but sometimes i still need english subtitles to compreheend some words.

02. i went with my mother to the BTS concert on may 25 in 2019, when they returned to brazil after 3 years, it seems silly but it was very difficult for a big k-pop group to step foot in a stadium here in brazil at that time. i consider that one of the best days of my life. ♡

03. my mom took my dad and i to ccxp 2022 in december 2nd, and only later did i find out that the day after we went (december 3rd), pedro pascal was there, in my country and state, in the comic con... this was shortly before i started being a fan of his. 🥲 it's not a super cool fact maybe, but i like to remember and laugh about it a little because i see how only destiny (and money, obviously) didn't let this happen😭 (i'm delusional, you don't say)

[Sinopse]

Com uma proposta cheia de criatividade, levamos essa concorrência.

Nosso desafio era criar um evento de lançamento da CNN que pudesse traduzir o impacto da sua chegada ao Brasil.

Criamos um cenário de multitelas com projeção de conteúdos incríveis que traduziam o universo CNN em uma narrativa que, ao final, transportava, simbolicamente, o público para dentro dos novos estúdios na avenida Paulista. Foi sucesso!

Estande na CCXP 2019

[Sinopse]

Da série: não foi para rua, mas tinha tudo pra ir.

Criar um projeto para a Warner na CCXP foi pura diversão.

Tive que rever episódios de Friends e mergulhar nas séries e filmes produzidos pela Warner.

Não fomos escolhidos por questões burocráticas, mas fomos muito elogiados pela criatividade e apresentação, que realmente ficou bem legal. 

Nossa missão era criar um espaço imersivo, interativo e divertido que reunisse os maiores ícones, séries e filmes do universo Warner - com foco na comemoração de  X anos de Friends.

Nossa resposta foi ousada. 

Imaginamos como seria uma cidade Warner e criamos um espaço cheio de experiência para que os fãs se sentissem parte das histórias que mais amam.
