ccpp3 Is Running For Admin - Quite successfully

So it is Official ccpp3 (A.K.A cpratchet) is running for admin. Even though the applications aren't open at the current time, ccpp3 has accumulated enough admin friends that, he considers to have enough friends that are admins. To attempt running for admin with a very small risk of getting declined. For, Now things are looking good. Having received support from 3 admins (Chedge, Clark and Edge).
