BIOGRAPHY:
Past: Tim Drake was a unique child at a very early age. His parents, Jack and Janet, were loving, but distant, as they traveled often. But they were proud of their extraordinary son, and got him the best tutors possible. They pushed for excellence with their son, recognizing his abilities at an early age. Tim can play five instruments and is a talented actor and singer, and he excels in academics. Easily able to balance school work with his special interests, Tim started to get into trouble in grade school when he started hacking the high school computers to help struggling students overcome poor grades and attendance records. He was threatened with expulsion a few times, but because the special private school he was going to didn’t want to risk losing his talents - or his parents’ money - they kept him on. Tim also figured out how to hack into secret, obviously illegal bank accounts, and started siphoning money from the criminal world, into various charities.
Around that time, Tim became fascinated with the vigilante known as Batman. He researched the Bat, along with Nightwing and Robin. It didn’t take him long to figure out who each of the vigilantes were. He approached Batman one night, and offered to help him with his computer work. Batman was impressed, but gently told him that he had to wait a few years, because he felt that the boy was too young. Tim fixed that problem by changing his hospital records to say that he was two years older than he actually was.
It was around that time when Jason, the Robin at the time, was killed. Tim practically forced himself into Batman’s life, keeping the other man from completely losing control. Eventually he became Robin, but not until Bruce insisted on extreme physical and mental training. He traveled all over the world with Bruce, training with some of the very people who had once trained his mentor. They even stopped at Nanda Parbat, until Bruce suddenly had them leave one night. After nearly a year of intensive training, Bruce finally determined that Tim was ready to go out alone on patrol. Out of respect to Jason’s memory, Tim changed his name to Red Robin.
Three years after joining Batman’s cause, Tim’s parents were targeted by the Penguin. He was after their substantial wealth, as well as their connections to a certain hacker who had once swindled money from him.  Although they did not know Tim was Red Robin, they did know that he had hacked into criminal accounts. When they realized that the Penguin believed that one of them had to be the hacker, they carried on with the charade, unwilling to give up information that would risk putting Tim into danger. With their stubborn refusal to give him any useful help, the Penguin tried to kill them.
Batman and Tim managed to arrive in time to save them, though Jack is still in a coma and Janet’s health is frail. The rest of the world believes they are dead; but Bruce and Tim have created new identities for them, and they are well-hidden from everyone, including the rest of the Bat Family.
Bruce Wayne officially adopted Tim six months later, making Tim’s official name Timothy Jackson Drake-Wayne. Tim remained as Batman’s sidekick until Bruce disappeared. Damian did not react well to Bruce being gone, and Dick Grayson decided the best course of action would be to make Damian a Robin, and told Tim he didn’t need him as a Robin, he wanted him as a partner.
Tim did not take that very well, and struck out on his own, angry and resentful at both Dick and Damian. Tim obsessed over what happened to Bruce, and eventually he figured out that Bruce was trapped in another dimension. It took a lot of time and convincing to get anyone to listen, but finally they did, and Tim played a vital role in rescuing Bruce. In between rescuing Bruce, he was investigating a new player. When Bruce came back, the stranger attacked Tim, injuring him severely. It was Jason Todd, returned from the grave, and he left no doubt that he hated Tim.
He never did go back to being Batman’s sidekick, but Tim did work with Bruce on several cases, and even mended his relationship with Dick. It took longer, but he slowly began to work things out with Damian, and even Jason.
While investigating a case, he met the Magician, the man showed interest in him, his skills, and even began working with him on his cases. Tim was suspicious of his motives, and decided to move closer to his family, feeling relieved to get away from him, only to meet the Tiger, an associate of the Magician, in Central City. The two struck up a friendship, although he was still suspicious. Suspicions that were well-founded.
Tim had been tracking some stolen weapons to a warehouse. It was a trap; he was shot within moments of entering the building. Dazed, and in pain, Tim was shocked to see the Tiger and the Magician coming towards him. Tim fought back, and tried to escape. He nearly made it, but the blood loss and shock made him clumsy, and as he tried to escape, he ended up falling down some stairs and landing awkwardly on his ankle.
The two men forced the injured boy to give up his comm and his tracker. After that, Tim passed out, and didn’t wake until nearly a day later, to discover that he was a prisoner of the League of Assassins. He was subsequently tortured, going through the training of all initiates,Tim tried to hold onto who he was, but his captors knew him well, and preyed on his insecurities while he was tortured. Eventually they had to use Lazarus Pit water on him and from then on Tim’s fate was sealed. Once Al Namurr and Al Sah-him were satisfied that he was ready to train to be the Heir to Ra’s al Ghul, and he was renamed Al Makhta - the Chosen [One].
Present: Tim was a good student, and was proving himself a worthy choice. One day, Malcolm collapsed and died. Now he was no longer the Heir, but was in fact Ra’s al Ghul. Tim is working towards keeping the League together and strong while everyone adjusts to the fact that he is the new leader.

Flashpoint Leonard Snart
Leonard Snart vanished when he was fifteen years old. The police did a brief investigation, but there was evidence that the boy had been hooked on drugs and simply run away, and they had larger cases to look into.
A few months later, the body of a teenage boy was discovered in a field. He had been bound, beaten, then stabbed. It took a while to ID the body, and it was confirmed to be the missing Leonard Snart. Police suspected a drug deal gone wrong, but had little in the way of leads or suspects. To this day, his case remains unsolved.

Age: 25

Species: Human
Occupation: Member of the Legends
Biography: (This was made with info from the Arrowverse wiki, so for further information you may ask me or check the wikia.)
Past: Amaya was born in Africa in the Zambesi Village. As a child Amaya wanted to be a police officer despite female law enforcement being generally unheard of. She also read about Chicago in the 1920s from several of her mother’s magazines, and wished she could have seen it. In her adulthood, she was given the Anansi Totem, which gave her the ability to channel the power of any animal in existence. This item had been previously used by her mother and her grandmother. In the the 1940s, during World War II, Amaya was recruited into the Justice Society of America, a secret organization dedicated to opposing the Nazis and to join The Soviet Union and The United States. While serving, Amaya would grow very homesick and often worry about the safety of her village without her there to protect it. Against the JSA’s discouragement to fraternize however, Amaya and the team leader Rex Tyler aka Hourman fell in love, and planned to leave the JSA once the war was over. While on stake outs Henry Heywood/Commander Steel would sing for the team and often tried to get Amaya to sing along, with no success. She also became close with Todd Rice/Obsidian who unlike most of civilization at the time, look down upon him for being homosexual.
In 1942 the JSA discovered several individuals, the Legends, posing as OSS agents and confronted them. Although they got off to a rocky start the both teams would form an alliance to retrieve a amulet after which the JSA parted ways with the Legends and returned to their headquarters. Later that night however Vixen found Hourman dying and he told her his final words “time traveler” and died in her arms, much to her heartache. Believing that Mick was responsible for killing Hourman, Vixen snuck on board the Waveriderand incapacitated most of the Legends and attacked Mick, lucky the new meta human Nate Haywood manage to defeat her and eventually she would agree to join the Legends, to find Rex’s killer while also doing a great number of good deeds such as saving Nate and Ray in feudal japan, stoping a bioweapon during the civil war, saving the old west, protecting Georgia Lucas, saving america, and stopping the Legion of Doom.
Present: Following her time with the Legends she has decided that she wants to see what the future is like before going back to her own time. After her experience with the Legends, she wants to experience the things she could never experience in her own time although she still is slightly unnerved by all the technology that available compared to the 1940’s.
positive traits: Loyal, Fearless, and Tactical
negative traits: Headstrong and Vindictive

Name: Evelyn Sharp
Codename: Artemis
Age: 18
Faceclaim: Maddison McLaughlin
Species: Human
Occupation: Vigilante
Biography: (This was made with help from Arrowverse Wikia, for further info go to http://arrow.wikia.com/wiki/Evelyn_Sharp)
Past: Growing up in a loving home, Evelyn was always a driven young woman. A dedicated student and skilled gymnast, she was on her way to great things and making her parents proud when Damien Darhk entered their lives. She and her family were experiments for HIVE, and while it seemed voluntary, they had been drugged to cooperate with the man. It wasn’t long after that the facility they were held at was destroyed, and Evelyn’s parents were killed. This was the true turning point for Evelyn, the girl dropping out of school and focusing entirely on vengeance, not only on Damien, but also on the Green Arrow who had failed her and her family.
After having witnessed Laurel as the Black Canary try to save them back in the facility, she idolized the heroine to the point of even discovering who she was, as well as discovering the identity of Damien Darhk’s wife. When Laurel was injured by Dahrk, Evelyn snuck in and stole her Canary Cry, and now took up her cause of vengeance under her idol’s alias. She was wholly focused on her revenge, determined to kill her tormentor’s wife as her parents had been killed, and wasn’t beyond killing to get what she wanted.
Her goal eventually had her clash with the Green Arrow himself, the young woman blaming him for her family’s death and telling him that he had failed the city he’d supposedly been protecting. She subdued him with the Canary Cry and ran, but she was again stopped by the Green Arrow when she was finally looking at her target at a gala. He again tried to stop her, and this time Evelyn shot him to prevent the man from interfering. The young woman was moments away from taking the womans life when he reminded her of the alias she’d chosen. That the real Black Canary wouldn’t have every acted strictly out of vengeance. And that was what stopped her, the young woman tossing the gun aside and running.
Several months after Darhk’s death Evelyn continued acting as a vigilante and was approached by Green Arrow to join his team along with Curtis Holt and Rene Ramirez. She would eventually take on the mantle of Artemis, and assist in the defeat of Derek Sampson, Tobias Church, and even come to blows with Prometheus. Although this would change when she discovered Oliver’s past actions as ‘The Hood’, leaving her betrayed and angered, believing Oliver to be a hypocrite for not allowing her to commit similar acts of vengeance against her parents’ murderers, soon after Evelyn was approached by Prometheus and offered the chance to watch Oliver die, in exchange for aiding him against the team. Evelyn accepted and began acting as a double agent within the team and provided Prometheus with information on the team.
On Christmas, the team tracked down Prometheus and as Rene attempted to shoot Prometheus, Evelyn disarms him revealing her alliance with Prometheus and tells Oliver that he is a fraud and “that this city needs to be saved from you” and escapes with Prometheus. Later when Prometheus kidnapped Oliver and tortured him, he pretended to snap her neck to break his spirits. Following Prometheus arrest, she blackmailed an A.R.G.U.S. guard into letting Black Siren go. The two then kidnapped worked together to kindnap, Dinah Drake and Curtis. They then infiltrated the safehouse where Thea and Quentin were being guarded. Evelyn and Black Siren took out all the guards and then kidnapped Thea and Quentin. Meeting with Talia al Ghul and her assassins they brought the prisoners to Lian Yu to lure Oliver there for a final confrontation.
As Oliver, Slade and Digger arrived to rescue Team Arrow, she and Talia ambushed them, with Digger revealing his true allegiance. As she held Oliver at gunpoint, Slade suddenly lashed out at Digger, and as she was distracted, Oliver managed to disarm her and knock her unconscious. She was then forced into one of the cages by Slade, and left their.
Present: Aware of Prometheus plan to blow the island, she had planned her escape in advance. Easily escaping her cage and taking a boat back to the mainland she decided to lay low before returning to Star City to repent for her sins and make up with the people she positive traits: Intelligent, Observant, Sneaky. negative traits: Sadistic, Manpulative, Prideful
para sample: She has been so wrong about Prometheus, she didn’t think that Rene and Curtis would have been put in danger. She only agreed to hurt Oliver not everyone else, Thea, John, Felicity, she had never know that he would have been so demented as to hurt innocents. She had to make things right, even if it meant putting up with Oliver, but maybe the rest of Team Arrow could forgive her.
But that lead to another problem, repaying Star City for all the pain he had caused as Prometheus accomplish. Besides, Rene, Curtis, Felicity, and John, the other benefit of being on Team Arrow was being Artemis. It felt good to save people life’s, to her knowledge Oliver hadn’t recruited another female archer, yet. She would never work for him again but she could establish her own operation as Artemis. She sighed as she walked into one of Prometheus safe houses, this would have to do for the time being until she could afford more. “Time to make my mark.”

Amir Patel is the only son in the latest generation of the affluent Patel family based in Central City.  The heir to a large empire of incorporated start-ups, Amir has always known luxury—the newest clothes, the newest tech, the newest everything.  And like many young heirs in America, he begins to fall into the wrong scene.  Rich enough to drop thousands of dollars on a whim without putting a dent in his pocket money, and young enough to be seeking excitement outside of the business, he finds himself growing reckless, trying the latest designer drugs and finding himself lured into increasingly more dangerous situations, more dangerous friend groups, eventually settling in with a group that consider themselves revolutionaries, tech geniuses who use their skills to take out the servers of any target that catches their sights.  After a near-overdose at a party one night in college, his father puts his foot down about Amir’s behavior, forcing him to come home for a semester and forbidding him from leaving the house unless he’s under the eye of his uncle.  It doesn’t help.  He stays in contact with his newfound friends online, aiding them in their activities even from states away.   Until the accelerator explosion.  He’s supposed to be at home when it happens, but his father and uncle have gone to go visit STAR Labs to witness history being made, and he’s snuck off to go meet one of his friends while they’re in Central in an apartment across the river from STAR.  When the explosion happens, his father and uncle are inside the blast radius.  His uncle makes it, his father doesn’t.  In his friend’s apartment, the blast blows out the windows.   That’s the last thing he remembers of that night.   When he wakes up, he’s in the hospital, with a blinding headache and an excruciating buzzing in his mind.  The soft blipping of the heart monitor next to him only serves to make it worse, until it stops.  Along with every other electronic device in the triage. Two people die as a result of the strange black-out on tech during those few minutes until the lights and devices come back on, and when the nurse comes into Amir’s room to check on him in the aftermath, she finds the bed empty.   He goes home, of course, a bit worse for wear from the explosion, but mercifully barren of anything but superficial wounds.  When he hears the news about his father, he retreats to his room and doesn’t leave, even to greet his uncle when he comes home from the hospital nearly a week later.   It takes days of just practice to figure out how to keep the tech in his presence from turning off.  Weeks more to realize that the buzzing in his head is not just idle sound, but decipherable, a never-ending information stream from whatever he happens to be around.  He can hear phone conversations, if he focuses, from throughout the house, can read anything his family or the staff are typing into any device in the building, can hear any music playing from any speaker and turn it off.  Can see the feeds from the security cameras.  Can change the station on his television or turn the lights off without a thought.  And when he finally gets his hands on a computer, he realizes that he doesn’t even need to touch the keyboard to give commands, can simply think what he wants into occurring.  Firewalls crumble away under his command as if they were little more than sand.  He doesn’t need to pull out his phone to look up anything, just slip into the stream of information and search for what he needs.   He’d enjoy it, almost, if it wasn’t so terrifying.  He’d accidentally killed two people by waking up in a hospital without control over his powers.  And now he knew a slip of control could do so much more, if he was in the wrong place.  Activate weapons systems.  Shut off the power grid.  The amount of power was dizzying, for more reasons than just the incessant migraine from having so much interference in his head.  He finds that there seems to be a range limit to how much he can hear and manipulate, finds that going out into the country helps his mind go mercifully quiet except for whatever signals he happens to bring with him.   He’s in charge of his father’s business empire, now, and deals with the press and his responsibilities accordingly, though he transfers a significant amount of control into his uncle’s hands.  He’s bought a house in the country, off the grid so he can have somewhere where the buzzing goes quiet and his threat is minimal, and returns to the city only for the necessary business functions and shopping trips.  He ignores the media speculation on why he’s gone so abruptly isolated, and keeps his powers hidden from anyone and everyone.   He’s also quietly started a shelter of sorts for metahumans to get help, finding them by monitoring surveillance and communications feeds when he goes into the city and spreading the information quietly through word of mouth.  No one knows he’s in charge of it, but he pays to provide medical treatment, legal help, and food and lodging arrangements to metas in need of it.  The shelter is considered neutral territory, and all the people he hires to work there are people he’s personally vetted and trusts to keep quiet about it.  His own panic at his abilities when he’d been at the hospital makes him concerned for the plight of other metas in the city, and rather than trying to be a hero for the humans like the Flash, he’s instead focused on providing resources to metahumans in the hopes of helping Central City quiet down a bit once more.
[FLASHPOINT HAD NO EFFECT ON HIM]
skills: Technopathy:  Amir can communicate with and manipulate technology, on both a physical and telepathic level.
positive traits:  loyal, protective, intelligent, determined, altruistic
negative traits:  impulsive, manipulative, stubborn, self-doubting
para sample:
He drops his cell phone in the lead-lined box in the entryway of his house as soon as he makes it through the doorway, closing the lid and letting out a relieved sigh as the buzzing in his head finally goes quiet after an insufferable few hours in the city.  Pulling his lighter from his pocket, he lights the small lantern next to it before starting through the house, long since having learned to navigate the building by the dim glow of candlelight and glow-in-the-dark strips when night falls.  The convenience of electrical lighting is not worth the lack of mental reprieve that he would be faced with.
He makes his way up the stairs, rubbing his eyes and letting out a heavy sigh.
The shelter is rewarding, to be sure.  Probably the best thing he’s ever done in his entire life.  But God, is it exhausting to have to go into the city every few days to inspect the building and meet with any new residents and check security and be informed about any activities they’re engaged in outside the building itself.  And then dodging the press.  Even thinking about it is nearly enough to bring back the mercifully absent migraine, and he quickly pushes those thoughts aside, pushing into his bedroom and setting the lantern down on the nightstand before collapsing against the bed, tugging his hair out of its bun and finally letting himself relax for the first time all day.
