Happy Birthday Sakura 2024 [SasuSaku]

cc-sasuke Sasuke had been busy on longer missions again, but he made sure to return on Sakura’s birthday. “Happy Birthday, Sakura. I made you a ring,” he greeted then showed her in a white box. It was a silver ring with a cherry blossom like gem. While Sasuke was usually a private person who would do this at their home, this time his gesture was in public, he was that eager to show her when he arrived.

It was always sad to see Sasuke off on his long missions but when he returned it always seemed to bring them closer. The distance only made their hearts fonder for each other. Sakura wasn't exactly expecting him to come home early for her birthday but was overjoyed when he did. He had surprised her finding her while she was on the way home from work. Still dressed in her white coat. Sakura's face brightened up the moment her eyes landed on him,

"Sasuke! You're home ear..ly..."

He cut her right off presenting her with a box.

"A-a ring?!"

A gasp left her, and her cheeks turned bright red as she opened the box. It was every bit as beautiful as she expected it would be. People watched the two of them in passing. A rare moment to see them being so openly affectionate with each other. They've been together for a while but Sakura never had anything on her to show that she was his until now. She slipped on the ring, admiring it with bright red cheeks and a wide smile on her face. It fit perfectly. As expected. Sasuke was always perfect when he made things,

"If I didn't know any better... It feels like you're proposing to me." She might have dropped a hint or two that she wanted to get married to him. All her friends were already married and they've been together for so long... It just felt right. That and Sakura Uchiha had a nice ring to it.

Sakura threw her arms around him and happily embraced him, with a bright smile on her face, "I'm never taking this off! I love it so much! You didn't have to do this for me, Sasuke... I'm just happy you came back for my birthday. You being here with me is the best gift of all."

Sasuke returned to Konoha earlier than he planned, usually he’d arrived when Sakura was home after work, so it was nice surprise in itself. Eager to show her the ring he made for her, he ignored the people passing by in the background. It was rare for people to see Sasuke, he was almost like a celebrity, let alone him being openly affectionate with Sakura like this.

“Yeah, a ring, for you,” he confirmed as he showed her. Sasuke was happy that she liked it so much, and that she can tell people that he made it for her too.

“Is that so?” the Uchiha replied in wonder, the pressure of marring Sakura sure did weight on him lately, most of their friends got married after all. But to him, as much as it would make Sakura happy, it didn’t feel right to do it on her birthday. “Then it can also be a promise ring, with the promise that I will propose to you soon.”

With that said, he held then lifted Sakura’s hand to kiss it in promise. Sasuke later smiled brightly at Sakura’s happy embrace, so wrapped his arms around her waist securely in turn. “I know I didn’t have to, but I wanted to. I’m glad you like it, Sakura,”

“Even if I am the best gift of all for you. I’m not around as much as I would like, so the least I can do is gift you things upon my return like today,” he admitted. Sure the distance made them fonder, but he still felt bad for the loneliness Sakura had to endure without him.

“Happy Birthday.” Caught up in the moment, Sasuke pulled Sakura close and kissed her deeply on the lips. With such a passionate kiss in public, it just made things unintentionally obvious that Sasuke did just propose to her.

Happy Birthday Sasuke 2024 [from Hinata]

Hinata gave Sasuke a kiss on the lips before showing him the homemade desserts she made for the two of them to share.

"Happy Birthday." She said with a smile.

"Thanks Hinata, for waiting for me too," Sasuke replied. The Uchiha kissed her back on the lips deeply in love and appreciation, her homemade desserts were the best, and became part of his comfort food too, so it was quite the treat to return to, HInata herself aside.

"I hope you didn't wait too long," he added with a slight frown. Hinata was understanding as always, so as a compromise, as long as Sasuke made it home on his birthday, no matter how late, it would count. He planned to stay the day after at least after all.

"But let us eat these together, then we can enjoy a walk in the moonlight, if you are up for it," Sasuke suggested. He noted the illuminating scenery on his way back, it would be nice to share that with Hinata later.

Mess Up Redemption [Sasuke & Itachi]

“It’s okay to mess up. You don’t have to be perfect.” (Itachi Uchiha) that soft, comforting vibe  … sentence starters 

"Like you, nii-san?" Sasuke replied bluntly. "I killed you and joined the Akatsuki, it's hard to be okay with what I did."

It was only thanks to Itachi, Naruto and others that he was pardoned for his actions, and able to return to Konoha without much hassle. Sure he may have been manipulated, but his actions were still his own.

Last Night [SasuSaku] @hana-akari

cc-sasuke “Did you sleep okay last night?”

"Wha-? S-sasuke?"

Sakura rubbed her eyes, slowly waking up. It was then that she noticed that not only was she not in her own bed, but was also not wearing anything under the blankets. Her face proceeded to heat up. The last she remembered was having a few drinks with Sasuke. She didn't think either of them went overboard. It seemed they might have...

She quickly sat up, and then regretted it, holding her head for a moment, "Oh god- What did I do last night?? What did we do last night???" The blanket dropped exposing her chest for a moment before she pulled it back up blushing. She was sporting some nice hickies from their night of fun.

“Y-Yeah…” Sasuke replied, feeling very vulnerable so after quickly checking on Sakura, realised she was probably in a worse state. The Uchiha had a throbbing headache, and could not recall what happened the previous night. While also calm and collected with the facts, the fact now was that he had none to lean back on.

“Sorry,” he apologised as he stood up, thinking Sakura was blushing more at him in the nude than at her own predicament. Luckily the Uchiha found and collected their clothes scattered around the room, and promptly got dressed though kept his top loose for his comfort.

“We had a lot to drink, that is all I recall,” he admitted. Sasuke figured he’d join Sakura for drinks on their anniversary, even though he wasn’t usually a drinker. Perhaps they got carried away with their celebrations, their friends were there with them, right?

He heard the rumours about Rock Lee when he was drunk, it was chaotic. Sasuke gulped, both he and Sakura were chakra monsters in their own right, what possible damage could they have done if they were that drunk? To better calm himself, he inspected the room to try a make better sense of their surroundings, they were definitely not in Konoha anymore.

“Sakura, do you remember us staying at this inn?” he asked her as he looked at a poster on the wall that outlined instructions for emergencies.
