“Sakura-chan, I love y-it! Thank you so much!” Naruto replied happily, almost overjoyed to tears. Sure he had so many of those already, but it was from Sakura herself. “Let’s eat some ramen right now to celebrate!”

Sakura fought the urge to knock some senses on her teammate's head with her fist. After all, he already had it rough after that little incident.

"I am not sure why I am helping you out in the first place! What made you think going with Master Jiraiya is a good idea?!"

“I was just tagging along with Pervy Sage to help him with his book research, and to test out my new and improved sexy jutsu too-oh...” Naruto got so carelessly honest with Sakura that he let it slip too, now his sweat beaded more at what Sakura would do with him with that revelation.

Naruto was trying to sneak a peek into the bathhouse with Jiraiya through the top highest window then got caught, had things thrown at them which caused Naruto to fall from the height, lucky he was durable being a jinchuriki and all. He was still hurt though, and of course Jiraiya already did a runner to save himself. “Sorry, and thanks, Sakura…” he tried to calm her down by sincerely feeling bad for what he did.
