Andrew getting hurt midgame in an important match and needs to go to hospital
Neil wordlessly and immediately starts taking off his own gear to go with him
Kevin stops him
"what are you doing Neil why are you taking those off? you can't go with him, i care about him too but he'll be fine there. Abby and coach got him."
Neil doesn't answer, in fact, he acts like kevin doesn't even exist. he finishes taking off his gear and goes to grab his duffel
Kevin snatches Neil's duffel before he can grab it
"Neil, don't be stupid, what about exy?"
at this moment, Neil looks at kevin, gives a maniac laugh, and there, kevin sees pure urge to kill
Neil gives him his most murderous look, already angry at who ever jump at Andrew on the court
"Oh poor Kevin, FUCK EXY, FUCK YOU, AND FUCK WHOEVER OPENS THEIR FUCKING MOUTH NEXT. anything happens to Andrew and then you, this whole fucking court with every single fucking person in it is going to fucking burn down to fucking hell"
(Afterwards, Alison wins a bet as someone who insisted Neil cares about Andrew more than exy)

Ive seen a lot of complaints of 'bad writing' cause the AAA finale didn't include a full timeline of agatha and rio's relationship and ...
Seriously?
You expected the show to do that?
1) Agatha x rio is a delightful bonus, but it has never been the main story
2)THAT IS WHAT FANFIC IS FOR
#agatha all along#now idk what the team was thinking#but several writers who are um well aware of fandom#will specifically not give you the whole story#cause it will never fit aaaalll your headcanons#and by not knowing canon#you can fill the holes yourself!#(and this is case it clearly wasn't the story)#this is agatha's story#and the nicky subplot was more important obv#best to leave that other bit in darkness#it can always be adressed later#but this is the kinda thing you dont want to have all the details#trust me#it'll neve be as satisfying as whatever fic writers will come up with

I saw someone saying Nicki wasn't important and also multiple people trying to lessen his part in the show and like that's such a disservice to him and Lestat
Lestat's actions with stuff like Claudia's turning and staying away from Paris is directly because of what happened for Nicki and the deepness of what they had and are probably part of his abandonment issues.
And not to mention if he hadn't gotten close to Nicki he most likely would have never escaped his father and brothers. And he would have probably never been a vampire in the first place.
Nicki is irreversibly dead he will not fuck up Loustat (which feels like a big chunk of the downplay)
Like do I think he'll be a main? No he'll probably get like three or less episodes. But hes still necessary we don't need to write him out
(Also this is not to downplay the fact he might have automatically called Armand a slur that was not okay but guys what if you read the books Lestat says it too.)
