CONCURSO DE POESIA "ARTE VIVA" É DESTAQUE EM BENGUELA

O Projecto TUPANGA KUMOSI, que firmará parceria para 2024 com o Movimento Literário Kutanga/Angola, e que tem a sua sede no Bairro São João, no município do Lobito, na Província de Benguela, in Angola, que tem como coordenadores os professores Punho Muenhu e Rita Barroso. É um projecto social desenvolvido com o intuito de consciencializar os jovens, e ajudá-los a identificar e reflectir sobre os problemas sociais que directa ou indirectamente influenciam na sua progressão pessoal e profissional.

É através do incentivo a Leitura, a prática de construção das suas Letras e dando seu contributo a nossa Literatura, que no âmbito da sua actuação enquanto organizadores e produtores de eventos, estão focados na Segunda Edição do Concurso de Poesia "Arte Viva", que será realizado no dia 30 de Março (sábado). Na 1ª edição quando tiveram 10 concorrentes, no mês de Julho de 2023, dos quais 3 mulheres saíram como as melhores classificadas e elevando a ascensão da Literatura nova feminina, na província.

Nessa 2ª edição terá 15 concorrentes, dos diversos municípios da Província de Benguela. O concurso é provincial então a ideia é de que os Poetas de cada município de Benguela participassem. E Terá a participação de poetas dos seguintes municípios: Benguela; Lobito; Caimbambo; Cubal; Baía Farta; Catumbela ; Ganda e Chongoroi. O VENCEDOR será publicado na próxima Edição da revista angolana de Literatura & Arte "Òmnira" em homenagem a Tereza de Benguela.

O vencedor será publicado na Revista Òmnira, ganhará vaga em uma Formação Básica em Criação Literária e ganhará livro e revistas Òmnira. Além de participar de actividades literárias. O evento tem o apoio da UBESC - União Baiana de Escritores/Brasil, Editora Òmnira e Movimento Literário Kutanga/Angola.

Menezes e o Padre José Ferro, respectivamente. O Projecto Cidadania-Catumbela, também conhecido como Parlamento de Rua, foi Idealizado pelo jovem Leandro Tchiwale, aos 06 de janeiro de 2021, na Cumuna e Município da Catumbela, Província de Benguela. É um Projecto de carácter social e comunitário que entre vários objectivos que se propõem uma delas é: “Promover debates, Palestras, workshops e mesa redondas”, refletindo temas ou assuntos que aflige a juventude angolana e não só. O país exige dos jovens a construção de nova matriz comportamental, ideológica e Governamental. O objectivo geral deste fórum é recolher dados sobre a percepção e as expectativas dos cidadãos sobre a implementação das Autarquias locais e a proposta da divisão política administrativa a nível nacional e da Província de Benguela em particular. De realçar que o Projecto Cidadania-Catumbela, também conhecido como Parlamento de Rua, já vai para 15ª (Décima quinta) edição desde que o Projecto foi criado.

CRIADA UNIDADE DE REFERÊNCIA PARA ATENDIMENTO DE EVENTUAIS CASOS DE CORONAVÍRUS NA PROVÍNCIA DE BENGUELA No quadro da implementação do Plano Nacional de Contigência contra a infecção do Novo Coronavírus (COVID-19), a nível da Província, foi criada uma unidade de referência, sita no Município da Catumbela (Hospital da Polícia Nacional) para atendimento de eventuais casos de coronavírus que possam a surgir. Nesta terça-feira, 17.03, o Governador Provincial de Benguela, Dr. Rui Luís Falcão Pinto de Andrade, na qualidade de Coordenador da Comissão, visitou, a unidade que já está desativada, cujos doentes foram já distribuidos nas diversas unidades sanitárias do Município. Durante cerca de 30 minutos, o Governador Provincial percorreu as várias dependências da unidade composta por 18 camas para internamento e um banco de urgência disponível. O Director do Gabinete Provincial da Saúde, António Manuel Cabinda, membro da Comissão e do Grupo técnico, explicou que neste momento está sendo criada uma área para cuidados intensivos, uma vez que os meios de biossegurança para os técnicos já estão diaponíveis e decorre já a formação. O Governador Provincial esteve acompanhado pelo vice-governador para os Serviços Técnicos e Infra-estruturas, Leopoldo Francisco Jeremias Muhongo, do Secretário Geral do Governo, Aquilles de Carvalho e do Director do Gabinete do Governador, João Francisco Júnior.
