This #sale here wasn’t a walk in the park you guys but I kept my clients hope alive, and look, WE CLOSED!!! ... So I listed this property back in the first two weeks in February 2021. The day after it listed, our first showing made an offer , my team and I did our due diligence on thee lender etc, and we went under contract by the end of the following day... So fast forward/ after the appraisal phase, buyers agent asked for a 5 day extension. We agreed. Come the deadline of that extension, buyers agent had the nerve to ask for a 30day extension, stating that a truth in which her buyer was awaiting a doc trying to work out a payment plan from/with the IRS. 😆 lol, now let’s be rational & honest here, who in the heck would trust that we will be meeting deadlines, when dealing with the IRS? 💁🏾‍♀️ I can only be in representation of my clients best interest in advising my client that we need to cancel this transaction, and so we did what was best at that time. The buyers agent was so pissed at me saying we could have made this work, yet, with no proof of any guarantees to reassure us her word. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Now, 30 days in, our listing-sitting on the market with nothing to show for (which from this point that’d get nipped in the budd off top), my client of course was a little frustrated and concerned with his home being sold in due time for him to close on his new construction property.... I encouraged and spoke life to my client with no fear that we will go right back under contract on his home and still close on his néw home in due time. Long story short, my client is happy!!! We sold his property last week on April 13th, And due to close this week, April 22nd, on his new construction. I’m so ready to be back to #consistent with #workingout & #create parts of my #workoutroutine here at the #trackandfield !!! It’s been #8months since #delivering the last #baby bk2bk and I’m telling you, this body has #gained tremendously to be able to do what I did #yesterday ok! I have been in #repair #mode and #prayers to get my #body and it’s #strength back together.
