Rainbow Club closed in the mid-30s. The building remained until the mid 1970s when Golden Nugget demolished it for use as a parking lot. In later years Golden Nugget expanded the resort over the former 100-block of South 1st. The exact location of Rainbow club is currently The Tank and swimming pool at Golden Nugget.

It’s been bugging me for a while, but have you found anything relating to the White Mask!Wonder in the files? This might be a little long so sorry! But we see in the fight between Wonder and Joker in the casino, Joker’s character glitches and shows Wonder for a split second, the glitches back to Joker. My theory is that we actually play as Wonder in the casino, him somehow disguising himself as Joker to fool the White Mask!Wonder. I originally thought that the White Mask!Wonder might be Cattle, considering their masks look similar, but it’s unclear if White Mask!Wonder has a persona at all considering his mask breaks. However, when WM!Wonder absorbs Joker’s skill, he starts moving quickly with a green tint behind him, similar to how we see Joker run with the red dash effect later on in mementos to save Wonder, so WM!Wonder might use wind skills? Also the fact that WM!Wonder and the Wonder we play as holds their guns differently, WM!Wonder holds his straight up, while our Wonder holds it sideways while shooting. I can’t stop thinking about why there would be another Wonder and why he would attack Joker, or at least “Joker” So this is partially me blabbing and saying we should remember this and probably consider this Wonder to be a separate being/character, but also to ask if he has anything distinctive in the files? Such as a separate model for his hooded Wonder attire, maybe his mask model, or maybe even his gun model, anything to point at something that could give us a clue to what or who he is. I just can’t stop thinking about this, sorry!!

Haha, yeah, no worries about the rambling! I definitely haven't forgotten about him, either, I think he just hasn't been a topic of discussion much lately because there hasn't been anything new about him to discuss. You've got some fun ideas in here, though!

I still haven't seen a model for him, though. It's possible I've just missed him every time (although if that's the case, I'm pretty sure it would mean his 3D model doesn't have "Wonder" in its name, because I check that specifically), but my current suspicion is that his model actually isn't really "in" the game yet!

I think the fight between Joker and White Mask Wonder is a pre-rendered cutscene, which means it's essentially like a movie they already put together and added into the game, rather than a cutscene rendered while you play, like any of the story ones with dialogue to click through are. That would mean he wouldn't need to have an actual model in the game files right now, as his model doesn't need to be rendered by the computer anywhere in the game yet! It's the best reason I can think of for why I haven't been able to find his model despite his appearance in a cutscene.

If the above is correct, though, it means there won't be a model for him in the files at all until he makes an appearance outside of a pre-rendered cutscene, or in other words, not until he shows up somewhere new in-game, heh.
