I am so pleased to announce that carte blanche magazine (@alacarteblanchemtl) is joining the Quebec Writers' Federation (@officialqwf) in taking part in the “Fresh Pages” initiative, a series of pilot projects designed to help an aspiring writer or playwright who is Indigenous, Black, or a person of colour. One of the components of this editorial mentorship program will include having a mentee help edit the Winter 2020 poetry section of carte blanche, alongside carte blanche’s poetry editor, Marcela Huerta (@marsmella).
