TIMELINE:

The sign up link is live!

I will be sending out the recipient assignments on the weekend of November 16/17.

Deadline still to be decided. But it will not be before December 16.

ART:

What types of art are allowed? Drawings, paintings, writing, video edits!

Is NSFW art allowed? No. i can not guarantee that everyone participating will be a legal adult, so art must be SFW.

How detailed does work have to be? I'm not setting hard minimums, but please try for more than quick sketches and at least a few hundred words for fics!

OTHER INFO:

Will everyone be receiving art? Yes, I will make sure that everyone who gifts art in this exchange receives art too.

ALL art is allowed to be the vehicle versions and non-shipping.

Please only make ship art if the request says shipping or if you know the person you're making art for well and know that they'll want ship art.

Reminder: This is a SFW art exchange! I assigned people in groups based on what age they said on the form, but I can not guarantee that the responses were accurate.

Gifting due date is still to be determined, but will be at least a full month after assignments are sent out.

IF YOU FILLED OUT THE FORM BEFORE NOVEMBER 4TH, THERE HAVE BEEN 2 MORE QUESTIONS ADDED SINCE THEN!

"Are you open to making/receiving humanized art" - you can either edit your form response, dm me your answer, or leave it blank (if you leave it blank, I'll ask in my follow up dm when figuring out assignments). Anyone who I don't get any answer from about humanized art I will assume is not open to making/receiving humanized art. The more info you have in your form, the easier/quicker it will be for me to get assignments out!

Are we allowed to submit OCs for the WoC art exchange?

Yes!

However, there's no guarantee that the OCs will be featured.

The more info you have (publicly) available for the OCs, the easier it will be to work them into the art!

Once giftees are assigned, I'm also happy to act as a "middle man" to pass on info about OCs!

Can we draw Transformer versions of the characters? I saw that humanized ones are allowed and I was curious about Transformers versions

I can ask the person you're assigned to make art for, but they might not want art of the Transformers version. But if they say yes or you happen to be assigned to make art for a friend you already know would like the Transformers version, go ahead!
