stylizing 3ot characters final part The Rest of them
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
this one was hard because i hate moriya and hate mithra more but i DID IT i drew all of them. and me
Correct me if i’m wrong but i’m pretty sure Lotus isn’t from Lulukoko and his origins are never mentioned so i didn’t. mess with his skin tone in comparison to his character art
i’m passing on MC and Woofio for now because MC’s name is the same as my real sister’s and i don’t like that lol and also on the rest of the farmer’s family because i can’t. See myself as using them at all
Design notes: Ginjiro’s moles and birth marks passed on to Komari, Lotus has a cleft lip

I want Polyam!Brad/Carrie so bad
like Brad/Carrie/Ford? Where they've both decided that he obviously isn't taking care of himself in terms of like mentally (think that one line about Brad breaking into his house to make him eat stuff that's not boring and bland) So now Fords dealing with two people trying to make sure he's "having fun" and "enjoying life" and he really doesn't know how to feel about it
Brad/Carrie/Lisette? idk I think adding Lisette to anything is cute
Bard/Carrie/Wayne?? Where the real reason Wayne always rejects the girls that flock to him is because secretly he's already taken and very happy even though they can't really talk much about it for fear that the other towns people wont understand

HYPOTHERMIA....!!! I'm not super familiar with the 3oT characters, so I'll either let you pick who you want to whump, or I'll just say Lynn, because it's super cool that this game gives the player a little sister!!! And she looks so sweet.
Thank you for letting me play with the Whump Wheel! Giving Lynn a chance to have a Bad Day was actually a lot of fun! Y'all know I love the angst!
This one does have a happy ending! But obvious Content Warning for a near death experience.
Without further ado, Lynn experiencing some Hypothermia.
🥶🥶🥶🥶
Lynn had visited her sister's farm enough times over the years for things to get boring around the farm and even in the surrounding towns. Every year Lynn spent two weeks with her sister, one week during her summer break, and one week in winter break. It was a way to keep the two sisters close when they lived so far away from each other. It gave Lynn a chance to escape her parents (something she craved the deeper into teenagehood she crept). It gave her parents some quiet time alone. And spending time with Holly wasn't as awful as it could be. As far as older sisters went, she was pretty cool about a lot of things and Lynn knew she wouldn't narc on her to their parents if something """scandalous""" came up in discussion.
Still, Holly had a farm to run, which kept her plenty busy even in winter, and Lynn found herself bored to tears after a couple days at her sister's. She couldn't find anyone her age in the towns to hang out with. The schools here were on a different schedule and all her friends were in class all day. The adults were all working, and she didn't exactly fancy spending an afternoon sipping tea with the retirees.
So when Holly asked Lynn if she wanted to do anything that day, she had declared she was going to go for a walk. Maybe explore the wilder areas of the mountain.
Holly had pulled a face, biting her tongue from saying something too patronizing. "There are some hiking trails, they should be clearly marked with red flags. Please stick to the trail, people can get lost out there. It's going to snow this afternoon, too. Watch the weather."
Lynn barely resisted rolling her eyes. She was quite familiar with the marked hiking trails, thank you very much. Flatly she said, "I will, I promise."
Holly nodded and smiled. "Think you'll be home for lunch?"
"Nah. I'll probably just get something while I'm out. I'll go to the tea shop."
"Dinner then. I'll have it ready by six. Something piping hot to warm you up after your hike."
So that was what Lynn set off to do after breakfast. She bundled up a little, it was cold out but not frigid, laced up her snow boots, and set off from the farm. She found the hiking trails easily enough, there were other tracks of boot prints to follow from marker to marker. The sun was shining, the sky was clear, and winter birds were flitting overhead looking for something to eat.
It was a pleasant walk, and Lynn had every intention of wandering the trails for a few hours, meandering into Tsuyukusa for lunch, and then heading home before the weather moved in. She could see the storm that would bring the promised snow gathering over the ocean, but it wouldn't be here until much later.
She stuck to the trail, enjoying the relative silence and solitude of a winter forest, until an interesting set of tracks crossed her path. She crouched down to identify them, it looked like paw prints, maybe from a fox or a wild dog? They crossed her path and went deeper into the woods. Just at the edge of her vision she could see disturbed snow. Curiosity piqued, Lynn stepped off the trail to investigate.
The disturbed area was relatively small, but something had kicked up dirt and fallen leaves from beneath the snow. There were a few flecks of red dotting the snow. So a successful hunt then? The fox prints carried on deeper into the woods, interrupted here and there by drag marks.
Lynn wondered if the trail might lead her to the fox's den.
She hesitated, looking back at the marked trail. She shouldn't go too far, but really she'd be able to follow her own tracks back anyway. She just wanted to see where these fox tracks led.
With her eyes trained on the ground, she followed the tracks deeper into the woods, careful not to disturb the fox prints. She wasn’t paying attention to where she was going or the woods around her. She hadn’t noticed that the tracks led down into a ravine until it was too late.
Lynn teetered, her arms pinwheeling as she tried to regain her balance, but she fell and she slid down the steep incline, tumbling and bumping as she went. She rolled to a stop at the bottom, thankfully unhurt, as best as she could tell – a little bumped and bruised, but not seriously hurt.
“This is what I get for going off trail,” Lynn groaned, pushing herself up on shaking arms. “Holly’s never gonna let me hear –”
Crack.
Her heart stopped. Lynn froze. She looked down, gingerly brushing away from of the snow on the ground to reveal a sheet of ice. Cold, dark water burbled underneath, and fractures were spiderwebbing out from around her.
She barely had a chance to register the situation when the ice gave way beneath her, plunging her into icy cold water.
Fortunately, the water wasn’t deep. It was just a shallow creek, only about a foot deep.
Unfortunately, that was more than enough water to soak Lynn through, and shock the breath from her lungs and leave her sitting there for several agonizingly long seconds as she tried to get her body to work properly.
Coughing and sputtering, she stumbled out of the creek, shaking the water from her as best as she could.
“Oh that’s not good,” Lynn said to herself. She was already shivering, and somehow felt colder in the air than she had been in the icy water.
Somewhere in the back of her mind, Lynn had some information of what to do in this situation. If one was lost in the woods, they should stay put. But Lynn wasn’t lost, she knew where the trail was and how to get back to that, she just needed to get out of the ravine. And if she just sat there, waiting for someone to miss her, she’d be there for hours, and she’d probably freeze to death. She knew moving would keep her warm, considering her clothes were soaked. So she took a minute to wring the water out of her coat, someone not particularly easy when her fingers were beginning to hurt from the cold and go numb.
She looked up the ravine, she could see where she’d fallen down. It looked climbable. But after several minutes of effort, getting a few feet up only to slip and slide back down, Lynn had to accept defeat. The ravine couldn’t go on forever. There had to be a shallower place to climb out. She picked the direction that felt right to her and started walking.
She was shivering violently by the time she found someplace that looked climbable, and she couldn’t feel her fingers or toes, except for when she tried to move them. Then they hurt. Still, she bit down on the pain and crawled out of the ravine and managed to get back up top. She looked around for one of the bright red trail markers, but saw none. Just bare trees and empty, snowy woods as far as she could see.
A snowflake melted on her nose. She blinked at the sky, confused. Had the storm arrived already? Had she been walking for hours and hours? Or was the weather moving in faster than anticipated? She didn’t know. She hadn’t been watching the skies or the time. She bowed her head against the falling snow and continued walking.
If she back tracked to where she fell, she’d be able to find the trail.
The wind picked up, howling forlornly between empty trees. The cold wind cut right through Lynn, buffeted her around, pushing her against rough-barked trees and tripping her over hidden roots and stone. A steady snow had turned into a storm.
Lynn was so cold.
She felt frozen through, even her beating heart couldn’t produce warmth for her blood anymore. The numbness had crawled up her legs and arms, making her hike through the woods significantly more difficult. She looked and looked desperately for a flash of bright red, for a sign of the trail markers. She had to find one soon. She’d been walking for so long.
Lynn wasn’t as cold anymore. Her clothes must have finally dried. Her walking must have generated some warmth in her muscles. She almost felt hot, pain prickled all over her body, she would have unzipped her coat, if she could have coordinated her fingers to do so.
She was tired. She was so tired. Lynn must have been walking all day. The snow was not letting up. She could not find the trail. She was lost. Lost somewhere deep in the woods on the mountainside and nobody knew where she was, where to find her. Maybe she should have stayed put, down in the ravine, closer to the trail.
She didn’t have much of a choice now. She couldn’t take another step. She just needed a moment to rest, to gather her strength. Five minutes, then she’d keep going. Holly must be so worried by now.
Lynn heard a voice. Someone was talking to her. Slowly, painfully, she opened her eyes. A white fox was right in her face, its paws on her legs, its breath warm on her face. It looked right at her with intelligent, frightened eyes.
“You must get up! If you stay here, you will die. Get up!”
Lynn blinked at the fox, confused. She understood what it was saying, she knew that it was right. If she didn’t move, she would die, but somehow that did not spark any urgency in her. Her body felt like it was made of lead, she couldn’t move it even if she wanted to. She was so cold. But at least she had stopped shivering.
Her eyes closed and her head fell. “Can’t… tired…”
The fox’s head butted against hers. Its voice echoed in her mind. “You must get up! Help is close, but you have to get there.” It pressed its forehead against Lynn’s for a moment. “I will show you the way.”
Some new energy filled Lynn. Not a sudden surge of vigor, as if she wasn’t on the brink of freezing to death, but just enough to get her moving again, to push to her feet and stumble after the fox. Every step was agony, knives of pain shot up her legs, and she fell often. But the fox never left her, guiding her steadily, nudging her back to her feet.
Finally the trees thinned and eventually ended. Without that little bit of shelter, the blizzard tore at Lynn even harder, but there was hope. Lynn could see lights, buildings. … Westown buildings.
That was the wrong side of the mountain.
How?
It didn’t matter. Lynn stumbled through the snow to the closest building. She tripped up the porch and collapsed against the door, knocking as best as she could, praying whoever was inside could help her.
The door opened, dropping Lynn across a threshold of warmth, and that was the last thing she remembered. She closed her eyes and gave into the darkness.
When she woke up, she was warm and comfortable. She could hear someone beside her, shifting in a chair, sniffing, whispering. When she finally managed to crack her eyes open, Holly’s face swam into focus.
“Hey, big sis.”

Description : Goodpasture Loses In Tight First Dii 3ot Girls Match At Tssaa Basketball Tournament: ‘we Gave It Our All’
In the heart of the TSSAA basketball tournament’s first-ever DII girls 3OT title game, the atmosphere at Goodpasture Falls was nothing short of electric. The arena pulsated with anticipation as two resilient teams clashed in a battle that transcended the boundaries of ordinary competition. The air was thick with tension, and every dribble, every pass, and every shot seemed to carry the weight of an entire season’s aspirations.
As the clock ticked down in regulation, the intensity on the court reached a fever pitch, and the fervent cheers of the passionate crowd echoed through the rafters. Goodpasture Falls, adorned with the fervor of the moment, became the epicenter of a captivating spectacle that would etch itself into the annals of TSSAA history.
Overtime ensued, and then another, and another, as both teams refused to relent in their pursuit of glory. The players exhibited unwavering determination, pushing their physical and mental limits to the brink. Fatigue seemed to be an afterthought as adrenaline fueled every step, every jump, and every defensive stand. The court became a stage for heroics, where each player sought to etch her name into the narrative of this unforgettable contest.
In the midst of the triple-overtime drama, the players of both teams exemplified the essence of sportsmanship and camaraderie. They were not merely competing for a title but participating in a collective showcase of resilience, skill, and passion for the game. The Goodpasture Falls crowd, gripped by the unfolding spectacle, bore witness to an epic confrontation that transcended the confines of a championship game.
As the final buzzer echoed through the arena, both teams, exhausted but exuberant, gathered at center court. The scoreboard may have declared a winner, but the true essence of the game lay in the collective effort, the shared sacrifice, and the indomitable spirit displayed by every athlete on the court. In the post-game interviews, one sentiment echoed through the voices of the players, “We gave everything we had.”
The first-ever DII girls 3OT title game at Goodpasture Falls will forever be remembered as a testament to the unyielding spirit of competition, the electrifying energy of the crowd, and the resilience of young athletes who left their hearts on the hardwood. This was more than a game; it was a saga of determination, sportsmanship, and the pursuit of excellence that will echo through the corridors of TSSAA history for generations to come.

Let's rate all Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons summer themes! Why? Because it's summer at my half of the globe! SNES - I never really liked this theme. Too busy, too energetic, too repetiteve. It is fine enough to listen too though, but it was never one of my favs. GB/GBC - It's the same melody as SNES, but with the Game Boy sound font. For some reason, it actually sounds BETTER like that. Yeah, I prefer the GBC one to the SNES one. 64 - Hmm... I am torn on that theme. Similar to the SNES theme, it feels too busy for me and the first few notes are a bit grating, but the melody is pretty catchy and entraps you to hum along. Also, the quieter part of the theme sounds pretty good. Yeah, it's pretty solid ^^ If only the loud entry wouldn't be. GBC2 - YIKES! That was my reaction when it started, but it gets gradually better and turns into a pretty enjoyable little melody, sounds very much like summer. BTN - Aaah, now we are talking! This song is just FUN! It lets you think about a fun summer day on the beach. The melody starts a bit frantic and then gets calmer for the second verse, and you just want to wave your body along the melody and eat ice cream. It's a bit short though... GBC3 - Like pretty much every entry for this game, the music is pretty yikes. It just... isn't very good. It isn't an ear grater, but also not very enjoyable to listen to. AWL - While AWL lacks a summer theme on its own, because you can only play disks in your house and on your farm, it uses a song from Save the Homeland and that one is remixed pretty well. FoMT - It's the same melody as BTN but in the GBA sound font. It sounds well enough, but it can't beat the PSX version of it! Yes, I am biased, I prefer BTN over FoMT, end me if you please. BTN was the better game and I wished SoS FoMT would have been more BTN and less FoMT. MM - My husband goes around and hums this theme when I play Magic Melody ^^ And I get why, it's an earworm! It has this absolute summer feel, similar to BtN, from a summer day at the beach you want to spend with ice cream. It has such a tropical feel and once the main melody sets in, you can't help but hum along the music. I especially love the key change at around 1.17 ^^
StH Farm Theme - Ah, it's the theme got used in AWL, but this version is SO MUCH BETTER. I love the charming little melody, the guitar melody in the background, how the melody slowly splashes along and then turns into a flute to just tell you that you are on the countryside and sit leaned against the fence on your farm while there are 30 C and you are completely fine with it. StH Town Theme - Ah, this theme is a lot more energetic and quick. While it kinda remixes the farm theme (every StH theme does that), it doesn't carry quite the same nostalgia as the farm theme. The part that starts at 0.43 is super rad though and I love this bit. DS - I never have been a fan of this summer theme. It just feels like it starts and never ends. It just goes on and on and on and ugh... it annoys me kind of. At least you can switch the music in HM DS. IoH - This game kinda manages to nail all its themes, it is such a charming little song that makes me think of a summer breeze, but it's sadly, like every IoH song far too short. HoLV - Aw, what a charming little song ^^ The bassline melody and the main melody really contemplate each other and unite into a song that sounds like you want to let your feet doused by the river on a hot summer day.
ToT Day Theme - ToT goes a very different route with it's summer theme. It's a downright relaxing song. It is a joy to listen to, for it gives you the feeling that you are allowed to slow down and do your chores in your own pace. I really like the key change in this one. Sadly, the song falls short. ToT Night Theme - It's the same melody as the day theme, but... it sounds a bit haunted in my opinion ^^' ToT's night themes all have this problem. The key change though is really good here, make it sound like a warm summer night under the stars. SI - Hmmm... it's ok to listen to, I guess, but I don't actually feel a lot when I listen to this theme. It doesn't have a very summery feel for me and actually feels a bit chaotic. AP Day Theme - I LOVE THIS THEME! Ok, I say it, that is downright my favourite summer theme in the whole series! It starts with such joyful piano notes and then the piano takes a back seat with the same three notes that goes up and down while the main melody kicks in and just tells you that this is a summer day and you will enjoy it and you will have fun doing your chores and then sit at the beach that is right in front of your farm or share a cold drink with your sweet heart. My husband also can't stop humming this theme whenever I play AP, that shows how much of an earworm it is ^^ AP Night Theme - The melody is the same one as the day theme, but played more slowly and more relaxing. While I prefer the day theme, this one is super solid as well and a joy to listen too, especially the bassline of this song. GB - Ah, a fun little theme ^^ It is very fitting for the world of the game which seems to be set in the netherlands. I like listening to it, it is a song that you want to sway to.
ToTT - I hear the first few notes of this and instantly know that is summer, that is how much this summer theme got ingrained into my mind. It is one of the more relaxing themes though and there isn't much indication that it is a summer theme actually, so while it works very well as song, it isn't the greatest summer theme. ANB - Is it the 3DS game with the best music in the series?! It is! And ANB doesn't disappoint, the summer theme SLAPS! It is a joyful little song which runs at a quick pace and lets you feel like it is summer and you want to go to the mountains and sweat while you climb out and then go for a swim in the river on your way back up. The key change at 0.53 is just GREAT and it gets me every little time I play the game. TLV Day Theme - Aw, I always liked this little theme, it is a very relaxing theme and it fits the valley that is your playground in this theme. I just liked to terraform while this relaxing music played. TLV Night Theme - Um, are we at a jazz bar? Because that legit sounds like a theme that would play at night in a jazz bar, where you sit with your drink and just chill while you look at the jazz band performing. SoS Day Theme - SoS is special, because in that game you actually CAN SWIM IN THE RIVER, so I really like that the summer theme is so enjoyable to listen to, because you can actually cool off in this game ^^ Go swim and dive while this little theme plays, mostly played with plucking instruments. SoS Night Theme - Oh, this one starts a bit slow, but gets really nice to listen to once it hits the first 30 seconds. A very relaxing song, another one that makes me want to douse my feet in water and look at the starts while I stay on the countryside. SV Day Theme - I kinda always liked this tune. It is a fun little tune that feels like summer and has a nice melody to it, but that is pretty much all I have to say about it. SV Night Theme - Ah, we are back at the jazz bar ^^ The quiet piano melody is very jazzy and yeah, that is all I can say about it. SoS 3oT - It's a nice melody and enjoyable listening to it, but I don't really feel summer with this theme, so I am a bit torn on it. I think I prefer the fall and winter themes in this game. It's really nice to listen to though like I said, so I don't mind that it plays for 31 ingame days straight. LoH Day Theme - A nice song that totally sounds like summer to me, but like the rest of LoH's music, it just kinda... splashes along and nothing really happens. LoH Night Theme - Hmmm... it really isn't anything happening in this theme. It is more a melody so that it isn't quiet. SoS FoMT Weekday Theme - It's the tune of BtN but remixed.. and... in a good way actually! This song SLAPS! I really like what they do to my summer time beach fun song. SoS FoMT Weekend Theme - God, I LOVE this song! For some reason, SoS FoMT added a remix of the seasonal songs for the weekends and festival days and this one is such a banger, I can't help but bop to it, it's so good! It just sounds so much like summer and you just want to run around and dance to it while you enjoy your day off at the beach. Doraemon SoS Day Theme - What a cute little song ^^ It is on the more relaxing side, but it clearly has a summery feel to me. The video shows Nobita napping on the beach and well, isn't that a mood for this song ^^ Doraemon SoS Night Theme - Nobita still naps in the video and well, the music turned into his lullaby I guess ^^ It is mainly a guitar solo that is played slowly and very quietly, very very relaxing. I think I am falling asleep as well... OW - Sadly no one uploaded this music... which is a shame, because it is really good and the song gets remixed depending in which country you are. I really dislike how much hate this game got, because it is actually a solid entry and has some of the best music in the franchise. PoOT Weekday theme - I HATE THIS THEME! It isn't because the melody is bad, it's that DAMN TRUMPET! Why is the trumpet player playing it so... crazy? Why are so many notes sounding off key? The song would slap if the
trumpet wouldn't be there! I love every part of it, but then the trumpet ruins my day. Ugh! UGH! I legit had to switch the music off at first while playing until I got used to this horrible horrible trumpet. PoOT Weekend theme - Oh thank GOD! This theme is without the horrible trumpet. I prefer the holidays in PoOT summer a LOT because the song is actually enjoyable to listen to and it sounds very much like summer as well.

🌹🌹🌹🌹
Four roses means four snippets! Thank you!
Send me a 🌹and I'll share a snippet from a WIP!
Let's start with the next chapter of Take My Arm That I Might Reach You
He had thought initially, that bringing Anakin back was a matter of drawing poison from a wound, but now he was realizing that it was a matter of weathering a storm. A relentless, unending storm with a personal vendetta against him.
Even the sandstorms that beat against their hut hard enough to strip flesh from bone weren’t half as cruel as Vader.
And we'll look at the next chapter of Earth and Rebirth
The line rang for a minute. Holly's heart began to sink. Then there was a click, and her father's professional voice answered, "Daryl Hoffsteader."
"Daddy?"
"Holly?" His voice immediately softened. "Sweetheart, what's wrong? Why are you calling me?"
"I... I got a letter today from a friend of yours."
"Oh," Daryl cleared his throat. "I sent you a letter too. I’d hoped it would get to you first."
Holly twisted the phone cord around her fingers. "I didn't know you hired a lawyer for me. I didn't even know things had gone to court. Sh-shouldn't I have been there?"
And a peek at one of my Big Bang pieces
Slowly but surely the rice turned into mochi dough. Every hand was busy forming the mochi into traditional shapes, filling it with sweet pastes or wrapping it around fresh hot-house-grown strawberries. Tired arms passed on mallets and moved over to steal bites of the sticky mochi, until the last two left pounding the mochi were Claire and Gray, locked in friendly competition. The steady rhythm thump-thwack of their mallets carried through until the last of the rice was gone.
The tables were filled from end to end with mochi, coats were dusted with flour, cheeks were smeared with filling, and everyone was itching to get their hands on a piece of mochi. With the work done it was time to enjoy the fruits of their labor, celebrate another blessed year, and eat as much mochi as possible.
Winter would linger for a little while longer, but as sure as the sun rose in the east, Spring was on its way, and with it came a whole new year of adventures.
And then a look at a 3oT piece I started a couple months back. not sure if I'll finish it any time soon, but it's a little bit of Wayne/Ludus speculations.
“Yeah, it is,” Wayne said agreeably, turning his eyes back to the sky. “Shame about the clouds, though, can’t see many stars.”
“True.” Ludus looked at Wayne. “I’m kinda surprised to see you alone tonight. You usually have a date for these kinds of things, yeah?”
Wayne pulled his gaze from the sky, looking at his feet as he dug his toe into the sand. “Well, I kinda dropped the ball on getting a date together, and by the time I remembered the fireworks were tonight, I was kinda looking forward to spending the evening alone.” He lifted his eyes and looked at Ludus with a sly grin. “Besides, looks like I got myself a date anyways. Didn’t even have to lift a finger.”
