I feel they not only make you feel isolated but also presents as bigger or having more power over you than they really do, making you feel like you just have to take it. This stress could make you feel under the weather or nervous, of course always get checkups if you feel unwell. Your inner world and energy can be replenished through strategically working with your own nature and structuring things in a way that makes you feel secure. For example, if your work or some part of your day does stress you, is there anything you can do to make the other parts of your day more smooth in comparison? There's energy of having all your ducks in a row, of arranging either the flow of the day or things that are around you in such a way that it takes a burden off your mind (especially if there's any tasks piling up). As well as keeping responsibilities within their respective areas and times, example, not bringing work into relaxing time. In being strategic about it, that means to not let yourself be overcome by stress when helping yourself. If there are things you know you need (especially emotionally, like relaxation, socialization, even chores) but your stress or busy life gets in the way, basically "out-plan" yourself, account for those things ahead of time and see how you can still adjust to stress fighting activities or techniques you won't talk yourself out of. Remember not to overwork for others at your own expense! Even if an issue makes you feel isolated or stuck, these emotion are not the full or end story. Much can be overcome by caring for ourselves, at least it can get us to a place to challenge the deeper issues. We don't always have the control we feel we need over the stressful parts of life, but don't forget about what you can control!
