Bingo Card number 2 is Avalon aka. Lon Lon, the woman who got stuck in lamia form, bypassing hybrid form, and cannot access her original human form. She is forever known as the Snake-Woman.

Ironically the rare disease/condition is post devil-fruit, being a snake woman (lamia) is hard. Oddly enough, Lon Lon is one of my least developed OCs and yet she required no additional notes on the card.
