The Outback rescue project is finished after 210 hours of work. I'll load the Outback on the trailer and I'll transport it to the car painter tomorrow morning. There will be repaired the metallic paint and there will be also changed the hood. . Záchranný projekt Outback je dokončen po 210 hodinách práce. Finishing works today... The front wheel well is sprayed with the Dinitrol underbody protection. Front left fender mounted. Levý blatník namontován. Na detailní fotce je vidět nová verze uchycení k prahu. Namontován plastový podběh. Také vyroben nerezový držák podběhu. Namontován přední nárazník a světla. Finishing work on the left side of the Outback's chassis.... All remaining rust was mechanically and chemically removed. The last discovered hole was repaired. All repaired chassis parts were painted with polyurethane primer. All seams, welds and joints were sealed by Teroson 9120 Teroson repainted with polyurethane paint... . Dokončovací práce na levé straně Outbackova podvozku.... Všechna zbývající rez byla mechanicky a chemicky odstraněna. Opravena poslední objevená díra. Všechny opravované části podvozku natřeny polyuretanovým primerem. Pravá strana Outbacku je kompletně hotová. Pravá strana podvozku je nastříkaná Dinitrolem, dutiny jsou ošetřeny Dinitrol sprejem na dutiny, přední blatník je nastříkán Dinitrolem a namontován. Plastový podběh je namontovaný zpět do předního blatníku. Last welding on the Outback. Front fenders are repaired. I modified the ends of fenders. I removed the sheet, which were on the end of the fender and it worked like pocket for mud. I made this place from stainless steel strips. It all is covered under plastic panels. All welds, seams and joints on the right side of the car were sealed with Teroson 9120 seal . Poslední svařování na Outbacku. Přední blatníky jsou opraveny. Upravil jsem konce blatníků. Odstranil jsem plech, který byl na konci blatníku a fungoval jako kapsa na bahno. Udělal jsem tohle místo z nerezových pásků. Všechno je to pod plasty. Little rusty horror of the last days... One small rusty hole in the beam that was larger and larger when I was afraid it would be the biggest in the world ... :-) Absolutely rusty rear axle frame bolt. I had to drill a rusty aluminum distance washer between the beam and the rear axle frame and I produce a new stainless steel. It was a bit of a fucking job, but it's done and we continue on ... . Malý rezavý horůrek posledních dní... Jedna malá rezavá díra v nosníku byla větší a větší, až jsem měl strach, že bude největší na světě.... :-) Totálně zarezlý šroub rámu zadní nápravy, musel jsem odvrtat zkorodovanou hliníkovou distanční podložku mezi nosníkem a rámem zadní nápravy a udělat novou, nerezovou.
